Best college in Bhubaneswar.

Placements: It's a great college for education, but charges are too high for a middle-class family to afford it. The environment is very pleasing here and the teachers are also sweet. 50% of candidates get placements in well-established companies like TCS, Infosys and so many. But for a candidate hard work is something that is necessary for every aspect. So you can get a placement if you try and work hard. The average package is 1.45 Lacs to 8 Lacs per annum, keep faith in yourself and sure you will be able...

Environment, faculty members and placements are good.

Placements: A lot of people were placed in different companies with good salary packages, and they were satisfied with their jobs. Top recruiting companies of our college are Shapoorji Pallonji Group, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte and HCL. Almost 30% of the students were placed, and the remaining went for higher studies. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. Junior engineer and business analyst were some of the roles which are offered to the students.

Overall, it is a good college.

Placements: About 30% of the students from our course got placed. The salary package offered is 6.7 LPA. IT companies visit our college for placements, and most of the students got placement in IT companies. A top role offered to the student is a graduate. The lowest and average salary package offered is very low. Overall, it is a good college. The college helps us to know a lot of things in life for our betterment.

CS and IT related streams have a descent placement.

Placements: 90% placements are shown by the university. But most of them were fired after 6 months of joining. Mostly CS and IT students got their placements in dream companies. College don't provide internship. As a software engineer or an assistant engineer, job roles were offered.

Excellent infrastructure and facilities, decent placement and education.

Placements: I am a civil engineering student in KIIT. I joined in 2016 and my passing year is 2020 (4 year). Placement here in civil engineering is decent as there are only 50 to 60% got placed in well-reputed companies like Sapoorji Palonji and HCC and IT companies like Accenture, high radius etc.

Good infrastructure, facilities. Placements are not as expected. Industrial training should improve.

Placements: Around 50-55% of the students were placed in our batch, which had a strength of around 480 students. I believe it will better from the next batch as the number of students has been reduced to half in the civil stream. Most of the students got placed in IT, staffing, Consultancy or sales companies, and around 25-30% of the students were placed in the core domain. The highest salary package offered was 10LPA by Byju's and ZS Associates and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA by Lancesoft...

KIIT-Best private college.

Placements: The placement of KIIT is average. Mostly the start-ups are coming for the placement with the average package of 10LPA. The highest package is 39LPA and the lowest is 5LPA. Very few MNC's comes for the placement. The percentage of students getting an internship from college is 80% with an average stipend of 5000. The placement cell is available and it is useful.

It is a good college if you know how to use the resources.

Placements: Placements provided by our college were pretty good for almost all the branches except civil. Companies like Microsoft, Mu Sigma, Shaporji Palunji, etc., visited the college to conduct placements. Companies like Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, Infosys, etc., conducted mass recruitments in the college.

Good Platform For Your Future.

Placements: It is good especially for the it and CSE branches. When I passed my course the overall placement was in the range of 75 to 80 percent while those of CSE and it will be around 100 percent. The placement of core branches was in the lower side of 55 to 60 percent. General profile offered was of assistant grade. Coming to the packages, the highest package offered was 20 Lacs and average package was 4.64 Lacs. The same for the core branches were 6 Lacs and 3.24 Lacs.

Infrastructure and facilities review.

Placements: The placement cell is good. Good infrastructure. The placement offered by the cell is very good. Basically, they offered IT sector or consultancy job. The highest package offered by amazon i.e. 16 Lacs per annum. They take responsibility to place every student. But in core sector, they offered few job.

Not worth the huge amount you will spend. But exposure other co curricular activities are good.

Placements: Got placement in Everest industries limited with a package of 3 lacs. Placements are excellent for CS and it branch. And mediocre level for other branches. Mostly the other branches students also get placed in IT company's. In my batch and senior batch placements were excellent for CS it branches even many students get multiple job offers.

If you are a IT job aspirant this is the place for you.

Placements: College had a decent placement during 2016 but not 100 percent. Many remain unplaced especially in civil branch. Usually students gets a package around 2.5-3.5 lacs per annum on average. 60 percent of us were placed in Day 1. But don't expect a core job. Very few core companies visit the college. You would get mostly IT companies.

The best 4 years of my life.

Placements: Placements are cool enough. But not for core civil, mechanical and electrical. For computers placements are sweet. Microsoft picked up one of my friends in 2015. Accenture and other IT industries regularly. People from KIIT are actors, poem writers, photographer etc. Too.

KIIT School of Engineering campus review.

Placements: The placement of the civil branch is very poor. About 20% of the students in our branch are placed, and not all have been placed in core companies. The highest package offered was 8 LPA, the lowest was 1.2 LPA, and the average salary was about 2-2.5 LPA. The main core company is Shapoorji Pallonji and Simplex (GET programme). Most of the students are taken as trainee engineering. The students have to find their own internship.

KIIT is an experience to cherish for a lifetime.

Placements: B.Tech placements are a matter of concern in civil engineering in any college throughout the nation. However, in KIIT we have better exposure, and hence students algorithm get packed in companies such as Deloitte and Mu-Sigma, apart from core companies such as Shapoorji Pallonji, Aashiyana Housing, Simplex Infrastructures, etc.

A college with good Infrastructure but needs to make more connections for better placements.

Placements: For the 2018 pass out batch, around 120 students got placed out of 350. The highest package offered is 9 LPA by Think and Learn. The lowest package offered is 7000 per month by the Simplex Infrastructure. A central training and placement cell is present with a training and placement cell for each branch. A separate placement training department called CAAS is present for training related to placements.

Take interest and you will soar high.

Placements: In our college, on day zero, 15 companies came for the recruitment and Shapoorji, as the core company, visited our campus. Their package was 3.5 lakhs per annum and they have taken a written examination in which only the top 50 branch toppers can appear. From my senior batch, five of them bagged the job at Shapoorji. In day one, 56 people got placement in Accenture, which has given a package of 4.6 lakhs which is very commendable. 15 students got placed in Infosys(package not disclosed). one se...

Overall an excellent university, faculty, infrastructures, placements etc.

Placements: Placements in our college are good, though it's not 100% as it is bragged in advertisements. If you opt for core branches, you will get plenty of core companies' placements offers, provided one should maintain a good CGPA (8.5/10 and above). Talking about technical based IT companies, a minimum 7.5 CGPA will allow you to sit for a placement interview and there approx 85% applicants are placed. Placement offers by different companies are plenty, a decent CGPA and a good interview/ test will surel...

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Last year, it was 90% placement for eligible students and the rest went for higher studies. This year, the placement is not as good as last year, especially for Civil Engineering students. However, for other branches, it is going very good. Especially for Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunicaton.
