The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA and the average salary package offered was 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Bosch, Amazon, Four Kites, Accenture, CTS, Infosys, etc., visited the college for placements. Nearly 20% to 30% of students got internships. The highest stipend offered was Rs. 45,000 per month, the lowest stipend o...
Placements: I'm studying in 2nd year but instead of seeing which year we are studying all the students who have talent in their field are provided full support and training for placements. Your overall percentage matters a lot during the placements as a good percentage will provide a better job. The salary is based on which company we are placed. The college provides a lot of placement companies especially core companies. If you have a good command of languages like C, C+, Python, Java, etc. Surely you" ll...
Placements: Placements in our college were pretty good. Almost 70% of the students opted for placements, out of which, more than 55% were placed. Many IT companies such as Accenture, CTS, Wipro, MindTree, Mu Sigma, etc., recruited students from various departments. The salary packages varied from 3.5 to 6.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered to civil engineering students was 7 LPA by Proscape.
Placements: Placements were good for my batch. They were even better for my senior batch with more number of placements. About 90% of students in my batch got placed. The highest salary package offered was about 20 LPA and the average was around 4-5 LPA. There is a placement cell in the college, and it is good.
Placements: Placements are good for circuital branches and are average for non-circuital branches. The faculty members help us by providing the placement training. Almost 90% of the students who appear for placements will get placed. The college even helps the students for higher studies by providing valuable guidance. They also help us to build our resume.
Placements: The placements were really good. A sufficient number of core and IT companies visited our campus. The highest package offered was 16 LPA by a company named Nutanix, and the average package was 3.6 LPA. The college has a dedicated placement cell, and they were very helpful by providing placement training. They invited a lot of companies to our campus, and some companies visited the college twice even.
Placements: Placements in our college were good compared to other colleges. Many companies visited our campus and recruited 80% of the students. But, a less number of core companies visited the campus. Training was provided. It was good but not enough for the students. Skilled trainers need to be appointed. Overall, it was good.
Placements: The placement in our college is better in comparison with the other college's. But for a college since 1984, placement must be better than what is present. The placement of other departments are quite impressive when compared to our department. We hardly had about 10 companies in our core and they took about 15 students. The worst case is the package in which they are placed.
Placements: Good placement. 90 percent of students get placed. Three years Placement training will be given that helps to placed easily. Many core company will appear for placement. Maximum placements in IT field. Computer Science and information technology department will have high benefits. Good placement.
Placements: We have very good placements in Tamil Nadu, especially among Coimbatore colleges. Some of the recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Mu-sigma, Bosch, Techathlan, Titan, etc. IT companies are major recruiters. Average package for IT companies is 3.5 Lacs per annum. I am not aware of other companies packages. The internship is not arranged by the college but students are doing on their own.
Placements: The placements are decent but a little less in the core sector, still, all to all maintained a 100 percent track record regarding placements. They have good tie up with a few IT multinational companies along with a few management companies. Hence, overall, Kumaraguru College of Technology has good placements.
Placements: Core company placement percentage is between 15-20% mostly students with 8.5 or higher CGPA are preferred. IT and related company placements is between 50-60% of total strength of the batch. Reputed companies offer post graduate Diploma or related courses.
Placements: Placements are 100% guaranteed. While this year there were very few companies came for placements. Now japanese companies are coming to take us into japanese software firms. Hope it will improve. We cannot expect intern through college we must improve on our own skills.
Placements: Placements in our college were good. Core companies like Renault Nissan, Rane India, Robert boss, TVS, etc., visited the college. IT company like Assenger, Wipro, CTS, Zogo, also visited the campus. In our batch, about 70% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA.
Placements: Placements were good for computer Science and information technology and average placement for Electrical, electronics and mechanical streams. Pretty decent for construction too. Average of 70% were selected but most of them are placed in service based companies.
Placements: After entering the final year it is routine attending placements. Atleast 3+ companies for a week. Both mine and senior batches almost had same number of companies but, when a company expects 100 before entering will end up selecting 30+ only because of the students performing poorly with lag of knowledge and exposure. We got very narrow training only few gets its advantages. Some students got 15k in internship itself and most of the companies made 2 years bond. Frequent companies are Accenture,...
Placements: KCT is a top-tier college for the mechanical students. Bosch, Titan, Nissan, and ELGI are the companies that come every year for placements. All IT students are easily placed, but the core companies are less when compared to the software-based companies. The training for placement is good, and the college will help in students' placements.
Placements: The placements of the college are very low which is the same as other colleges. Core companies don't recruit many students. About 50% of the students get placed, and others opt for higher studies. The minimum salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month and the maximum was Rs. 80,000 per month. About 100 people get internships, and the stipend ranges from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000.
Placements: Here, they are providing good placements. If we are following the instructions given by the faculty, then we can easily get placed in any of the company. They are also providing placement training classes for the students. In our batch, most of them got placed except some guys, who have arrear. If they cleared that arrear papers, then they will help us to get placed. The highest salary is Rs. 60,000 per month and the lowest is Rs. 23,000 per month. The companies like Amazon, Voonik, CTS, Accentu...
Placements: Actually, the placements for senior batch was little down when compared to ours. In our set, there were many students got placed in the good company. The maximum salary offered by some company was 9.5 lacs per annum, and the minimum salary was 2.5 lacs per annum. The popular companies like Renault, Nissan, and Bosch companies visited the college. The roles were like assistant officer range. The students who are really interested got the internship in companies, and the college itself took it car...
