KCT is one of the best colleges in Tamil Nadu.

Placements: More than 60% of the students got placed in both core and IT jobs. There is a technical assessment training for every student when they are in the third year. The placement cell of KCT plays the vital role by being in the corporates and young graduates to interact for the mutual benefits.

My college is the best in Coimbatore.

Placements: If you manage to clear all the papers in all the semesters for sure, you'll be placed in a reputed company. The placements are good throughout the years. More than 200 companies hired the students from our college. The placement training will be given to the students, and no need to worry about the future.

You will get placement, exploration, social knowledge and support from management.

Placements: The placements are excellent for IT, MCA and computer science department. There are many companies give an offer for internship and placement. 60 percent of the students got placed, and 30 percent of the students start their startup and continue as an entrepreneur. Others are doing higher studies and preparing for government exams.

The college teaches what to think instead of how to think.

Placements: The placements are not as effective as we expected while joining. Only a few students got placed, and the rest remains same. We were thought what to think instead of how to think. The placement team is little effective, but the problem is, we were not prepared for placements but prepared for marks.

Absolutely satisfied for my degree and placements. I recommend others to join.

Placements: The placement was very good. We had placement classes from 3rd year itself. Every week, we had classes for different categories, and the placement faculty members were qualified in IIT. The classes were very helpful during our placement, and it helped many of us to go through placements.

The college will be engineers heaven and entrepreneurs hub.

Placements: We do have some good number of companies visited our college & almost everyone has got offers with a better pay scale. Meanwhile, students are well-trained to face those hard interviews to make their career companies whose pay scale is high like Amazon, Nutanix has visited our campus and recruited students who meet their requirements.

The best way to enjoy the college life, with proper placements and importance to our career.

Placements: The placements are good. Core companies like Amazon, Zoho choosing the good and best-talented freshers to the job. Service companies are also good for the placements. About 85% of the students are getting placed every year in both the service and product companies. It is a little bit low for this year when compared to the previous year.

Its not a college only. Its a 4 years experience in the heaven for every student in their life.

Placements: In placement department, they are doing well compared to the other top colleges like PSG, Anna university, etc. especially in CS and IT department they are providing more companies into campus interview in their own risk. Fewer opportunities are provided to the other departments like civil, EEE and ECE by the company. But overall the placement is good in our college worth for four years meditation.

About Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore.

Placements: The placement options provided here are so large that the students will find an enormous amount of companies in their field. The placement cell available here is too active and friendly. One can easily get placed in a company if they have sufficient skills. India's most leading product and service based companies will come to recruit on our campus.

Absolutely satisfied because of infrastructure.

Placements: We are looking for the companies. Biotech has fewer placements and companies. We are looking for more offers. The companies that come are only looking for IT and other departments. They are not considering us since we don’t have knowledge about IT, etc. This is the status of our college.

Simply go-to KCT, and Start your career.

Placements: It's one of the top 10 colleges in Tamil Nadu. The placements are the best but don't expect too much in core companies, but some core companies will come for the drive but extremely good at software and IT companies. Lots of software, IT and product companies will come and go, and they also provide a good package.

Fully satisfied with the college.

Placements: You get many IT based companies than any other for placements. But, I am pretty sure that more than the expected rate of students get placed during the 7th semester itself. And to review about the campus, you enjoy the most peaceful environment. The campus and hostel are enabled with Wi-Fi. And to have fun, they have also introduced OYO cycling, which is free of cost for now. And library being a major advantage, you will be given an option to renew through library app, which is available in goog...

KCT gives safe jobs but not sustainable jobs

Placements: Placements are close to 100%. But it is up to us to decide whether we are joining a course to gain knowledge or for placements. KCT gets you placed in the tier-2 IT companies. But is that what engineers need? Getting placed is for granted but if your dream is in Bosch or Mahindra or any other core company, then it completely depends on your own initiatives.

An average college to choose

Placements: The college is not providing good placements nowadays. In the starting, they brought good companies but not later. Only 70% placement I think they could make and the rest went for off-campus only or were not placed. Irrelevant training is given to the students. They are bringing poor companies like Placement Season, Vista Mind, etc.

I am satisfied in terms of placements.

Placements: Placements are one of the reasons for which students join this college. CTS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, Bosch, are the major companies offering placements. Core companies are limited here. Irrespective of the stream, students get placed in IT companies. Almost 80% of the students will get placed every year.

Naanga KCT Naanga Apidi dhan

Placements: Good Placement and worth studying here. The college is trying to bring in more core companies especially for electrical and mechanical. We have a lot of CS/IT companies for campus recruitment. Many of them are placed within three months of their final year. The placement cell is always busy in contacting companies.Prefinal year students are trained for their placement during their 6th semester.

Mediocre infrastructure, average faculty. Adequate placements, although this was majorly for IT.

Placements: Placements were mediocre. The majority got placed in software companies which were not our core companies. The field of work diversified from our course of study. But overall, the placements were high when you consider placements alone and not the field of work. 90% would be accurate enough as a figure. Companies such as Bosch, Camroon, etc. visited.

Life of an undergraduate student in KCT.

Placements: Placement opportunities are excellent for both my batch and my senior batches. Almost 90% of the students were placed. The highest salary is around 19 LPA and the lowest salary is 3.5 LPA. Most of the core companies and service companies visited the campus like Amazon, Juspay, Zoho, Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, Robert Bosch, etc. Many companies offered the internship during the final year with a stipend from 4000 to 25000.

A satisfying engineering degree.

Placements: Placements were mostly from IT companies, which is purely on the luck. There are some core companies visiting but their eligibility criterion is more. Overall, the placements are good. If you make a try, you can get a job. Those who need the job in their field of study should start preparing from day 1.

Placements: 80% of the students who have appeared for placements got placed in good and reputed companies. The placement is good when compared to last year. The highest salary offered was 11 lakhs per annum, the average was 6 lakhs per annum and the lowest salary will be rupees 28000 per month. We have more than ten core companies visiting our college and more IT companies visit our college. They are placed in a good position in those companies. The lowest position will be junior engineer.
