Review of L D College of Engineering.
Placements: Placements are above average. Many companies come to our campus. The rate of placements is great. I've seen a girl getting placement of 11 LPA which was great. Mostly, 70%-80% of students in this college get placements.
Infrastructure: The girls' hostel has its perks. People are friendly and good. You'll get 24X7 water supply from the water cooler. Bathrooms need to be cleaned, but they are fine. Girls must return to the hostel by 8.30 PM on other days and 9.30 PM on Sundays.
Faculty: Biomedical engineering is a great course with scope and opportunities in foreign countries and in India. This department is comparatively new at this college. Faculty members are new, but they are supportive and good. LDCE has the best computer engineering department.
Other: This college conducts several fests and they never stop. You can pursue your passion or participate in cocurricular activities.

Review of the oldest and best college of engineering.
Placements: Our college provides very good on campus placement opportunities. College has tied up with many companies for the placements. Every year companies used to visits college for the placements. They provides the average package of 4-5 LPA. Every year 60-80% students gets on campus placements.
Infrastructure: Yes I had opted for hostel and is rate is to feasible. Hostel Facilities - College Hostel is good and rate is 5000 INR per year. We have to fill a form to get in t9 the hostels. All the facilities are available in the hostel. Food facilities are also good enough. There are four mess in college. Many events are organised is our college.
Faculty: Faculty and staff in the college are highly experienced and we'll qualified. All staffs have more than 15+ experiences. Teaching with model facilities available in college, regular classes are going on with 70%+ attendance from students and faculty side. Exams are based on semester system.
Other: One of the oldest and best colleges of the Gujarat.

No. 1 government college of engineering.
Placements: About 60% students have been placed from my course this year in different companies such as TCS, Byjus, etc. The remaining students are joining in different companies. They provide good placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good of this college because it is a very old college. Some of the buildings are under construction but biomedical department was made in 2004, so the infra is very good.
Faculty: All the faculty members of the college are very good and doing their best work. I am very happy that I am studying in this college. All the faculty members are highly educated. They have good teaching skills.

A decent college and low fees, good opportunity for enjoying college life while getting a degree.
Placements: For my batch, we had MNCs like Accenture and TCS recruiting for junior developer positions for the salary package of 3.5 LPA and 4 LPA respectively. Since our domain is biomedical engineering, we don't have enough skills needed for the IT industry, unless someone has a target in mind to join the MNC. Other students did internships in hopsitals like HCG, Shalby, etc., while, some students got placed in companies in the biomedical service industry. The top roles offered by the companies were for junior service engineer and junior sales engineer. Service engineer have a salary package of 1.2 LPA.
Infrastructure: Being a government college, it had its pros and cons. The infrastructure was well maintained. Our department was in the newer recently constructed buildings. We had Wi-Fi hotspots all across the campus. The labs were good and also had the latest tech, but some labs had old biomedical instruments donated by civil hospital, which I believe they could've purchased a new one. The classrooms were also well cleaned. There is a projector in every classroom and the professors mainly use the projector. The campus also had a library. One can get a card and read books for free. It also had a dedicated reading room in which everyone can study. People gather here to study before their exams. I personally liked the place but the people can get noisy and there is no one to control them. Get a good noise cancellation headphones for this. The hostel had 3 messes and 1 canteen. All three of them had different foods at the same time, so it means more options to choose from. The food available was decent and hygeinic. The canteen was also a good place to hangout with friends, but not a good place to eat. I doubt the quality of the food there. I don't recall having medical facilities on campus. There were cricket grounds, basketball court, badminton court, indoor ping pong table, and carrom table on campus.
Faculty: The professors in our college were highly qualified and some had doctorate degrees from IITs. The teaching methods were excellent. The professors used different theoretical and practical methods to teach. The curriculum was highly relevant to the industry. Although it did not make students industry ready, it gave students the opportunity to learn new things. The difficulty of the semester exams was the same as other government colleges because this college is under Gujarat Technical University. It was not so difficult. Anybody can study for a week and easily get good score. The pass percentage was above 75%.
Other: Broadly speaking, my course, B.E in Biomedical Engineering covers all aspects of medical devices. From the beginning of an idea to the production and service of instruments. I chose this course so that I could help others in need and use my intellect to design instruments that can help others. I would like to improve a few things, the 1st year is a mess. It had all the subjects from different fields. Honestly, this is a waste of time. It could be better used for other subjects. The exams weren't as challenging, because they are mostly theoretical and not the application of the theories. LD has a lot of events going on around the year. There was a huge crowd at that time and people can visit the campus to take part in the events. There were college fests, food fests, and some cricket tournaments as well.

Dream college for many engineering students.
Placements: Placement package varies according to fields but if you have ability and skills then you'll get placement easily. Placement cell is very helpful and they takes many webinars to encourage you and you'll learn all basics to crack any interview easily. And many companies participates.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good, classrooms are clean and library is also very clean. One thing I like about classroom is that the environment, clear air greenary. You feel very energetic because of environment and that wide classrooms with so many sits. There are 2 libraries also which is good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are very knowledgeable and highly qualified. Course curriculum is relevant which makes students to ready for companies/industries Semester exams are quite difficult but it helps very in main exams. Pass percentages are around 85-90.
Other: Campus activities are very knowledgeable and exciting. We can learn as well as enjoy.
