Placements: Regarding placements and internships, the college is amazing and very much responsible and cares for their students. Every year, the college provides internships to their students in some very good companies, agencies and NGOs like Smile Foundation, Unicef, etc. During the placements, 100% of the students were placed, and the highest salary package received was 6 lacs per annum. The minimum package was 3 LPA. Companies like Naz foundation, Smile Foundation, Unicef, and WHO visited the college fo...
Placements: There are no placement opportunities in our college as they don't provide any opportunity to explore fields to define our career and more successful life. They should provide opportunities so that students can know what is good and bad for them. Even they don't provide internships.
Placements: Placements in this college are quite good as the college provides a lot of opportunities for our bright future and career. As it is a vast course, you get to choose among the various fields available. I am not sure about placements for undergraduate courses, I will get to know about it when I pass the current year.
Placements: We don't have a placement cell in college which is disappointing. However, the faculty members are helpful in informing us about opportunities, though a placement cell would be more preferred and effective. We don't get to find out about various companies and opportunities because of this.
Placements: Students are provided with many internship opportunities by teachers, and students also apply for internships on their own in Bikanervala, FSSAI, Delhi Milk Scheme, etc. Teachers also informed us about many job opportunities in quality control, production, and processing in food processing companies. Stipends were not offered during internships. The college doesn't have a placement cell. Placements were handled mainly by the HOD of the food technology department and the teachers also posted job ...
Placements: Our college does not provide any placements for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. None of the companies visit our college for placements. The B.Ed department of our college has good placements. Our M.Sc. students are sometimes given preference if they apply for teaching in our college.
Placements: There are no such placements at undergraduate level but placement cell is quote prominent for B.Ed and post graduation as well. B.Ed provides 100% placement. College placement cell provides placements within the college. Teachers also help in getting placed with their personal contacts.
Placements: There were no placements provided by the college. However, there are college placements for M.Sc students. As the M.Sc courses offer specialisation, it is easier for companies to place students from that course. This could be one reason why they do not place bachelor's students.
Placements: Yes, in Masters we have to do an internship in any NGO with or without stipend. In our college, there is placement for B.Ed department students. In which multiple schools come to the college and take interviews from students and those who are selected in the interview can join that school for teaching. But I don't know about the salary.
Placements: No placement drive happens here at least for my course. We do internships and projects with organisations, if we get call from them then we can get a job. But no such thing happens on a larger level. If the faculty members want to get us placed, they try their best to get us placed.
Placements: Yes my college provided placement for our batch and senior batch also. It was great experience for us. Different schools came for placement and provided good opportunity for future. Most of the students got opportunity to work with schools after placement. It was very useful.
Placements: Placements are good. If you're hard-working enough to acquire a good work place, you'll surely get one. Seniors are placed in organisations such as public health foundation of India, UNICEF, WHO etc. One thing my college makes sure is that the child should not enter the professional world half baked. Therefore they recommend only those who have their basics very strong, good speaking ability.
Placements: Placements are for B.Ed department. Also taking up extra Diploma course can help placing you directly in companies, M.Sc. is of great help to those who want to be working women in future. Being in first year I do not have much experience about placement criteria but the course adders you to study subject which are accepted in almost all organisations and firms.
Placements: There is no placement cell as such, but all the students get placed with good packages. Half of them pursue their masters from our college only. Others who decide to do a job are satisfied, as our college is one of the best colleges of home science in the whole world.
Placements: The college provides the good placement opportunities to the students. According to college, the previous year, the college placement was 100%. The average package offered to the students is around Rs. 25,000 per annum. The placement partners are well-known schools such as The Heritage School and St. Thomas School.
Placements: It is one of the best colleges, where you are sure to be placed in one of the reputed companies. The faculty are amazing and put a lot of efforts regarding placements. The company have a tie-up with our college. 99% of the students get placed with their hard work.
Placements: My seniors have been placed in some very esteemed organisations across the country with a good pay in exchange for the acquired skill set. Many acknowledged and renowned companies approach the institution to hire students. Everyone seems to be happy and content with their job profiles which also provides them with a scope of progression always.
Placements: You get a placement after completing your M.Sc. from this college. My overall experience is great. The teachers are fantastic and empathetic. Every field has placements, and the branches are foods and nutrition, fabric and apparel science, human development, and the resource management and communication.
Placements: The college doesn't have a placement cell of its own. It is only with the central placement of Delhi University that students can apply. Although the college provides internship, the students but students prefer to do the internships at their places of interest in various fields like nutrition, communication, human development, etc.
The college is good but hardwork is definitely needed. The college has good faculty and courses to offer with long running schedules. Campus is great with big classrooms and practical labs. The college staff is very co-operative. It is situated in south campus and is near CP which makes it easy to pass free-time.
