Best college for home science in Delhi.

Placements: There are plenty of internship opportunities available to students during and after graduation. Some of the areas where students can intern include nutrition, fashion, textiles, child care, and event management. Although there is no official placement cycle, students can approach their professors for references.

Absolutely satisfied with campus, college vibe, festivals, culture, and best faculty.

Placements: It has a good placement cell. The cell is operated by us. Different seminars take place. Overall, good placement cells. Professors also recommend different internship companies. But you cannot completely rely on the college for your job. You have to work hard to find the job.

It is an excellent college.

Placements: Our college was one of the best for pursuing B.Sc. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA and the average salary package offered was 3.6 LPA. Around 70% of students got internships.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: Our college provided very good placements with well-defined salary packages. There was no placement cell, but our college had many collaborations with many government health offices and hospitals. It was a very good opportunity for all students of all streams.

Best years of my life at Lady Irwin College.

Placements: Placements were good but many students pursued higher studies before going to placements. Faculty members also recommended students who have magnificent academic and extracurricular participation. Our senior got placed in various good companies such as Sarthak Educational Trust, Sigma Research & Consulting Pvt. Ltd., and APJ-SLG Law Offices.

The campus life is good, with good infrastructure, and facilities.

Placements: Students have to secure 45-50% marks in their 12th class with the Science stream to get admission in this course. There are no placements in this course as it is only at the graduation level, although one can get placements after doing a master's. Internships are not provided by college instead students find out by themselves.

It is one of the best colleges.

Placements: Around 60%-70% of the students got placements with high salary packages. Many companies come to our college for the recruitment like Nestle, VLCC, etc. have for opted this course because it is a vast field and I have many subjects to choose.

The campus is good, and I am satisfied with the course and teachers.

Placements: Students need to secure 45-55% in their graduation or post-graduation to be eligible for this course. The average salary package offered ranges from 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA. Many reputed schools like Cambridge, DAV Public School came for the placements drive. Every student has to go through internships despite their percentage. Mainly teacher's roles are offered in our course.

I am satisfied with the college in all aspects.

Placements: As for B.Sc. (Hons) home science, the university does not provide direct placements. Certain internship/job fairs are done by NSS in the college and similar ones can be attended outside as well. Placements and internships are provided in master's courses in various fields and companies/NGOs and many more.

Our college infrastructure is amazing. Teachers are helpful and highly.

Placements: Placements are not available here. However, our college reputation is enough to get placements in any company because it's the best college for home science not only in India but also in Asia.

I must say Lady Irwin has given me dreams, and all I am is just because of this place.

Placements: The college doesn't offer placements after B.Sc. as it is a basic undergraduate degree. Professional degrees like B.Tech get placements. But for a job, you need to do at least M.Sc. or B.Ed after B.Sc. as it sets your basic. I am going to pursue M.Sc. from the same college now, and after that, I will go for PhD.

It provides quality education, good placements, infrastructure, and facilities.

Placements: The college is pretty good at providing placements. The placement cell is good. Our college provides placements to around 80-90%. Every year students got placements in companies like WHO, FSSAI, Nestle, etc. Almost 70-80% of the students got hired, and the rest go for further studies. Top roles offered are as a technical brewer, chef, research field, nutritional therapist, quality manager, etc.

Few teachers in our college are genuinely good in teaching and in behavior.

Placements: About 97-99% of students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amul and Cadbury visit our college to hire students from our course. Students get good placements after doing a post-graduation course. Only B.Sc. Home Science, i.e., under graduation course is not enough. We do not get placements after this under graduation course. Students need to do a post-graduation as well. So before you think of placements, make sure to do a post-...

It is the best college for those who want to become dietician or nutritionist.

Placements: Most of the students are placed in this course. You can do master's in dietician or nutritionist or you can take food technology. There are most of the courses that our college provides to students and many students got internships in our course or college as well.

Placements: People get good placements after doing a post-graduation course. Only B.Sc. home science, i.e., the under graduation course is not enough. We do not get placements after this under graduation course. Students need to do a post-graduation as well. So before you think of placements make sure to do a post-graduation as well.

It has an amazing crowd and campus. Infrastructure could have been better.

Placements: There are around 225 students in our course. There is a placement cell in our college that helps students get internships or jobs. Not every student gets these internship opportunities. There are various roles offered in our course, and students are willing to take those.

Delhi University is the best for campus life.

Placements: Delhi University provides best placement opportunities. Top companies which recruit students from our college are Nestle, VLCC, etc. Placements are good if the student is able to maintain a good CGPA and is involved in extracurricular activities. The person will surely get a good placement.

Placements: Our college has a placement fair and a placement cell. Various seminars and workshops are conducted to guide students. Major recruiting companies include food-based industries like Mother Dairy, Britannia, Nestle, etc. The process of recruitment is generally based on your experience in the field.

The best college for food technology.

Placements: Most of the students opt for a master's after B.Sc. in food technology, so only a few of them get a job after B.Sc. There is no placement cell for food technology students, but the faculty members help us in getting contacts for internships and jobs.

Review of Lady Irwin College.

Placements: There is no placement cell in our college for students. Teachers can help in providing references for companies for internships, but you have to arrange internships on your own. Students did internships in companies like Delhi Milk Scheme, Mother dairy, etc. Some bakery and other workshops are conducted regularly. Students have to search for internships and jobs on their own. Since the college is renowned, the probability of getting placed is more. Moreover, most of passed out students successfu...
