LSR college review as a 1st-year student.

Faculty: The faculty of LSR is quite knowledgeable, and they offer so much to the students. They are professional when it comes to studies, but they are helpful as well. They make time from their schedule to clear the doubts of students regarding studies or otherwise. All the faculty members have completed their graduation and post-graduation from well-known colleges in their fields. Most of the teachers who teach theory subjects teach through presentations. As for my course, i.e., BA (Hons.) Economics, ...

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty and course but not campus life.

Faculty: The faculty across all departments is excellent, and the curriculum is well-structured. Students are highly focused on academics, creating a conducive environment for learning. Exams are conducted fairly and transparently. Teachers regularly administer tests and assignments, and the course structure is highly engaging.

A really wholesome experience.

Faculty: The teachers are really helpful and understanding, though you may find some not that helpful or nice, but overall you may find really amazing faculty. The curriculum decided by the University of Delhi is followed along with continuous assessment and internal assessments. The curriculum does help in making the students industry-ready only in case of practical subjects like maths, statistics, and commerce. Semester exams are tough, but the continuous exams are tougher when it comes to quizzes and ...

Magic of Elsa, beauty with brains is the tag given to LSR students.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated and experienced. They teach inclusively as per the requirements of students, such as for Hindi medium students, making classes informative. Tutorials are held, which are basically doubt classes with only 10-15 students.

Lady Shri Ram College for Women. The magic to our life.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They are all PhD degree holders from top institutions in our country. Teaching quality is excellent. Course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams in the college depend on the student's level of hard work. If students are studying sincerely, it is quite easy, but if the student is not, it might be hard. The pass percentage is 63%.

Maths H in LSR, yes or no?

Faculty: The teachers are extremely helpful and dedicated to our learning. They are more than qualified for the post and know their subjects very well. With an especially tricky subject like Math, they are patient and hear us out if we need retests or assignments in internals and so on. The course curriculum can sometimes feel irrelevant for a person who wants to enter the finance world, but if you like Maths (which I do) and are happy with Economics as a minor, then the exams and the course as a whole a...

Exam pattern is pretty disappointing, but the faculty and campus life make the college worth it.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and well-qualified. Curriculum and syllabus are pretty interesting, but the exam pattern is a bit tough. They expect us to write 6-7 pages just to score decent marks. Instead of focusing on our knowledge and answers, they give marks based on the amount of pages you fill.

LSR is a perfect space for students.

Faculty: In this course, students have exams annually. Some teachers conduct mid-term exams for internals. Teachers are very good. Students have mentors and teachers for guidance. It is difficult to blend in with teachers while they teach. Afterwards, it will be very easy and joyful.

Alluring campus with intellectual minds.

Faculty: Professors are very knowledgeable. They are generally Ph.D. holders and have been experienced for 30+ years. Their teaching methods are par excellence. Semester exams, more than tough, are lengthy, and the pass percentage is over 95%. The course curriculum is very relevant.

Brilliant teachers and a good campus life.

Faculty: The teachers in the Sanskrit department are phenomenal. They teach with the utmost dedication and ensure that you grasp all the concepts. The number of students in this department is small, so interaction with professors makes the classes interesting. Exams are set by the university. However, the curriculum does not make one employable.

It’s really very good to take admission in this college.

Faculty: The teachers of the university are well qualified, and they help us gain various skills and potential while also polishing the skills we already have. Our semester exams are not difficult; they depend on our study. If we study, then we obviously get good marks.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and very helpful. They teach thoughtfully and are always ready to help. They are friendly and will make you feel comfortable. During our course, we also go for school and slum visits which give us a new experience. We don't have mandatory semester exams but annual ones are there.

Faculty: I like mathematics problem solving, which is why I chose MSC in mathematics. Specific aspects such as the inclusion of applied mathematics, programming, and problem-solving techniques can greatly influence the appeal of the course. A strong curriculum should equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary for both practical applications and advanced academic studies. Incorporation of more interactive teaching methods, such as hands-on projects, group discussions, and real-world case studi...

Faculty: The faculty is one of a kind; they really get into the depth of the discipline. And at the same time, they are supporting on a personal level. The classes and assignments are regular and can get a bit rigorous. Yes, the curriculum is relevant; from HR to clinical, one can learn all of it. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty; one can easily score above 8 SGPA.
