Satisfied with the course composure and placements in 2014.

Placements: When I passed out from the college, the placements were good enough with a wide range of companies from diverse fields like banking, consulting, research, IT, analytics, visiting our campus. Big 4 companies Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PWC visited the campus, and our placement cell was successful to place a good number of students, but the show stealer was Ar Cesium, a spin-off company from D.E Shaw who offered a package of 16 lakhs per annum. Adding to it, companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys a...

Review of LBSIM - Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Almost 45% of the students got placed until now. Major companies like KPMG, Deloitte, Asian Paints, ITC, Bane, etc., visited our campus for placements. I don't have an idea about the roles offered to students. The highest salary package offered was around 15 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was around 6 LPA. All placements are not completed, so the average salary cannot be determined.

Best return on investment.

Placements: Almost all the students were placed except some odd 10-20 students. Most of the students got placed in the field of sales. Also, IT companies also took many students at one go. Honestly, finance students struggled to get placed. There were many finance students who had to take job into another specification, which could be their minors. All the students got an internship from the college, however, some students also got an internship on their own.

Good if we look at it in terms of return over investment.

Placements: Placement of LBSIM is good. Many companies visit for placement and a few of them are good. Also, many startups come here during the placement time. The minimum package is around 5.5 lakhs and the average is 7-7.5 lakhs. Around 30-35 students got a 10+ lakhs package.

Tier one College for MCA from IP University.

Placements: Placements packages range from 3 to 8 lakh (mostly 3 lakh something) and pool campus of IP also happens to be a good opportunity for getting placed. Companies like Navarro organizes boot camp. Almost 80 to 90% batch gets placed. The college also provides corporate interface training which involves various tests and other skill that you must have to get a good placement.

Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management is a great college providing us enormous opportunities to grow and prosper. Facilities provided by college are excellent. Campus is not that big but you can't expect a big infrastructure in a place like country's capital. The placement packages provided by our college are above 6 lacs and the average is around 8 lacs. This year, maximum pre-placement offer given is of 21 lacs.

The institute is solely driven by its students. Almost all the atudents are a part of one club or the other which makes the learning even more practical. Alot of activities happen over a year. Only drawback is small infrastructure and no hostel in its campus.
