Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: About 40-45% students were placed in our college. The number is less because some students wanted government job. 700000 per annum is the highest package offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Facilities given by college are Wi-Fi, laboratories, classrooms, and also a library. The college provides hostel to students with free Wi-Fi and average quality food is served in the mess. Separate laboratory is there for mechanical students to gain practical and technical knowledge.
Faculty: Professors were really very helpful, well-qualified and highly knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is the best. The semester exams are not very difficult to pass and the minimum passing percentage is 60-70.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering because I want to become an automation engineer. The course provides a number of chances to get a job in different industries.

I am dissatisfied with extracurricular activities.
Placements: The placement rate in the mechanical and automobile departments is very low because only 4 or 5 core companies come for hiring. The placement rate in computers and IT is very high because this field is in high demand. When it comes to core branch placements, you will be disappointed.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi available for students, but internet surfing labs are available. The dinner food in the hostel is not good. Sometimes it felt better to stay hungry for the whole night rather than eat the mess food. Otherwise, hostel buildings are good. There are no water or electricity problems.
Faculty: Not all, but some teachers were very helpful. I don't think any engineering college in India is making students industry-ready. The semester exam is easy if you just want to get passing marks. Some professors are much more active. You will get to learn something new from them if you interact with them daily.

The story of my college life.
Placements: Around 60% students are placed.
The highest package is 12 lakh, and about the lowest, I don't know and the average is around 3.2 lakh.
TCS is the top recruiting company at our college.
80% of students got internships at our college.
If you are a developer, this is related to developer, tester and so on.
Infrastructure: Yes, we have good infrastructure at our college.
We have a high-tech lab with AC in every lab.
Classrooms are always clean and have a good environment.
Yes, we have a library and a special lab for students to practice in.
So, I think enough facilities are provided by the college
.
Faculty: The teachers at our college are very experienced so that can help a lot. Yes, the faculty has a lot of knowledge.
I believe that in today's fast-paced world, the scope for large packages is very limited.
But our college's curriculum will make students industry-ready
The semester till now has not been difficult.
Other: I think the IT industry has a very big scope for high packages.

It is an average rating college because of faculty members.
Placements: Almost 20 to 30% of the students got placed. The minimum salary package offered is around 1 LPA, and the maximum salary package offered is around 4 LPA. Top recruiters are Infosys, TCS and other local companies in Ahmedabad. Almost 30 to 40% of the students got an internship. Top roles offered are manager, quality control engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: Almost all the facilities are up to the mark. Labs and classrooms are well-organised, and the library is also good. Wi-Fi is somewhat lagging in between. Hostel facilities are good, and canteen facilities are also very good with air-conditioning facility. Medical assistance is available for hostel students.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful up to some limit, but after that, they are helpless. Except that, every faculty member is well-qualified, and their knowledge is also better. Teaching quality is useful. The course curriculum is updated and resembles students skills in demand. Alumnus has good contact outside of the university.

LDRP : Better Option For Engineering in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar.
Placements: Overall Placements of LDRP were nice in 2018. But for software branches like computer & IT, it was best. Overall placement was around 60 to 70% and for computer & IT branch it was more than 80%. Average package of 2018 was 2.5 LPA. Some good industry players like TCS, Adani, Infosys, L&T etc. Had taken part in placement.
Infrastructure: Campus is huge with good facilities in it. Talking about the infrastructure of LDRP, then it very good developed. Campus is having all facilities like Wi-Fi, Library, auditorium, sports facility etc. Food of LDRP's canteen was very tasty and delicious.
Faculty: Teachers of LDRP were best of our branch. They were very much helpful and friendly to us. I can rate 10/10 for their teaching quality. Course Curriculum was relevant in some manner and irrelevant in some manner. As according to time and technology, some part of it should be changed or updated.
Other: I chose this course as it was and also it is trending field and college was also good for studying.
