I am dissatisfied because of unqualified teachers, but it has very good extracurricular & sports.

Placements: Placements in our college were quite dull. Only 20% of the students from our batch got placed that too in small companies. None of the top companies visited our campus. BPO companies visited our campus. Only a few members were placed in reputed companies.

Overall, our college is good.

Placements: Students who scored an average of 75% in academics get placed. Students who scored 70% in academics get internships. The top roles offered are manager, HM, etc., which are the best roles for students.

Review of Loyola College, Chennai.

Placements: Students are eligible from the 3rd year to apply for placements at placement cell. More than 73 companies visited here, and some of them are Amazon, Cognizant, TCS, L&T, Federal Bank, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs and many more. The highest salary package of 10 LPA was offered by Federal Bank. The average salary package offered was around 3 LPA-4 LPA. Around 60%-75% of students get placed under college conditions. My plan after getting a degree is to study MS in the same college.

I really like to go to college every day. I would recommend every student join Loyola College.

Placements: Almost 60% of the students were placed from our course. The average salary package offered ranges from 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was around 4.5 LPA. Accenture, Wipro, Goldman Sachs, Byju's and many other companies visited here for placements. It was mandatory for us to do an internship for a month, so almost 100% of students got internships in many companies, which we are supposed to find on our own. Opportunities were not provided by the college for internships. Mai...

Really good experience in the campus and satisfying placements.

Placements: Nearly 75% of the students were placed in the campus interview. The top recruiting companies were Amazon and Cognizant. Our college guided and helped the students to get into these companies. Every student did an internship. The internship is chosen by the student based on their interest to work and know the industry.

The college has the best infrastructure, placement rates and on-campus facilities.

Placements: About 50% of the students got placed, and others went to pursue further education. Some of my friends got placed in Amazon, and most of them are working as French teachers. Most of them did their internships in different schools and colleges, translation tourism and other French companies.

Placements: Most of the students get placed in a good workplace with a high to low salary. Companies like CTS, TCS and Amazon have approached through campus placements. Students with good grades and good communication skills are more likely to be placed.

It is a very good college for media studies.

Placements: I did B.Sc visual communication, and we don't have any placements here, but staff will help you to get placed in aright field. All the students must do their internships in the final semester whatever the field they like cinematography and direction, but you'll learn a lot.

Our college is good at everything and better than all the commerce colleges in Chennai.

Placements: Almost those students who wish for placement are placed in good companies if they have a good and minimum percentage of marks. Top companies come for recruitment. Various roles are offered to the students based on the marks and the percentage they have scored in their exams.

I'm satisfied with the curriculum and way of teaching of teachers, but it lacks industrial visits.

Placements: Nearly 10% of the students from our course got placed in both the shifts. The highest salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. Companies like MRF, Asian Paints, etc., recruit students from our course in our college. Nearly 80% of the students attended internships all over Tamil Nadu. Students from our course usually go to factories and laboratories to do internships and some major companies like MRF.

Dissatisfied with the faculty, but infrastructure, exposure, and knowledge provided are good.

Placements: Loyola College is known for its placements. The best companies in the world including Google visit the campus for placements. The college stands among the top 5 colleges as well-reputed companies visit the campus for placements. Goldman Sachs hired one of my friends from the 2nd year for a 1-month internship in May 2019. The recruitment process was tough, and only the best students get selected from our college.

Review of Loyola College (LC, Chennai).

Placements: Loyola College, Chennai has a very good reputation and is known for its popularity. There are placement cells in Loyola College. Various top companies like Amazon, IBM, Tata, etc., recruit students from our college. But for visual communication, there are no campus placements. Students have to find a job on their own.

A very good faculty and infrastructure and placement but students lack life skills.

Placements: Loyola offers a good placement for students but major setback is college does't impart employability skills in the students. It is in the hands of students to develop their skills to get placed. Most of the big players in the industry comes for placement in Loyola (all the big4, TCS, CTS, DE shaw, L&T, citi bank, idbi and lot more). Let your light shine at the college of excellence.

Placements: Loyola has got a placement and training cell. The placement cell organises campus drives, offers courses for communication skill and aptitude development etc. As far as the placement is concerned, loyalties are seen as valuable additions to their institutions by many. Since the college has various departments graduates, it gets hired by various companies operating in different fields. Therefore providing accurate or approximate stats is not easy. But, then again I've had a few seniors who entere...
