Top tier companies like Microfocus, Eurofins, Deltax etc. come for in campus placement. Huge number of offers are made by MNCs like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro etc. Average CTC offered in our college is around 4 LPA.

Special care should be taken to provide placements to students.

Placements: There were around 110 students in our course. NO companies visited our campus for recruitment neither any salary packages were offered. Therefore there were no placements in our college neither any internships were offered.

Satisfied with facilities, ample opportunities will be provided but no spoon feeding.

Placements: Placement wise college is good. In computer science and electronics, about 90% of eligible students got placed. For other branches, 15-60% got placed. Microfocus, Eurofins, Deltax are some big companies providing offers. Maximum package is 7.5 LPA, average is 4 LPA and minimum is 1.8 LPA. Mostly top companies hire students for software developer role. Mostly students get internships on their own in either PSU or startups.

Our college is good in terms of academics but does not encourage cultural activities and sports.

Placements: About 13 students got placed out of 60 students from the electrical department. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. In TE Connectivity, 3 students got placed, while in Wipro, one student got placed. In Productive, 3 students got placed, and in TCS, 3 students got placed. In Infosys, 3 students got placed. Satisfied about teaching but little dissatisfaction about placements.

Placements: Almost 15% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Wipro and Infosys are the top recruiters. Productive, software engineer, are the roles offered. All the students got internships in KPTCL, HCL, BEML, Mindtree. The salary package offered in our course is 10 LPA and students also got reasonable salary packages in Cognizant and TCS.

Good infrastructure and teaching.

Placements: Placement in core companies are less as it is difficult to invite them. The placement cell of our college try their level best in inviting good companies. Plenty of opportunities for those who want to get placed in non-core companies like IT, marketing etc. Top IT companies like TCS, IBM, Infosys, Wipro etc. Recruited many students from our college.

Review of M.V.J. College of Engineering - MVJCE.

Placements: I am from batch 2013-17. The college provided pretty good placements compared to our seniors. Many students got placed into well-established companies to start their career. Many companies, like Global Logic, Yodlee, TCS, Microland, etc., visited our campus for placements.

Our college has good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: I think every student who was eligible to attend placements got jobs through on-campus or off-campus placements. The highest salary package offered can up to 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 4 LPA, and the average salary package offered is about 5 LPA. The top recruiters for our college are TCS, Eurofins, etc. Nearly 70-80% of the students do internships in the last three semesters.

Our college has good faculty members, but there is money-making management.

Placements: The placement department of our college puts a lot of efforts to invite good companies for placements. The top IT companies like TCS, IBM, Infosys, DeltaX, etc., recruited many students from our college. It's really tough to invite core companies. However, our placement department managed to invite TE Connectivity and a well-renowned core company, and we are hoping that we will get many other companies in the next semester. The placement cell is supportive at its best to make students get placed...

I am satisfied with the college and the facilities it provided.

Placements: We got many placement opportunities from the college and department. It gave us a good exposure to face the interviews. Many students passed out with good job offers for varying positions in companies like JSW Cement, Novo Nordisk etc. Teachers also helped the students by referring them to people they know who are working in relevant industries.

The infrastructure is good, but the campus is too small and hostel rooms are not clean.

Placements: Placements in our college are good but not for all branches. Only the CS students get more chances to sit for placements compared to other branches. To sit for placements, one should have minimum marks with no backlogs and no NSR (next semester repeat).

Overall, it's a good college. Students who are sincere and focused can be benefited.

Placements: Placements are not bad. It's a good place to get placed. The criteria for placements is based on the academic percentage of the students. Those who are eligible for placements will get it definitely. Overall, 120 students were recruited by TCS in 2015 batch, which was better. It's a good college for the students who focus on the academics sincerely. Now, the college got NBA approval, so the chances of getting placed are more. It's a good opportunity for the students to take benefit of it.

A pretty good college for academics but not for placements, college fests and events.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. Placements for our batch are quite good but not for our senior batch. Around 20 companies visited the campus to offer placements for our department. Overall, around 40 companies visited our college till date. The lowest package offered is 3.3 LPA, and the highest package offered is 7 LPA. Companies like Microfocus, Eurofins, L&T Infotech, JK Technosoft, TCS, Elitmus, Evertz Microsystem, SAP Labs, VMWare, Neudesic, Hotel Soft, NIIT, etc., visited the campus....

The college is so strict and restricted that you will feel like you are in a school.

Placements: Placements in college are quite reasonable; they are not that high and not that low. If you have prepared well and also have good aggregate, you can crack the opportunities they provide, and you get deserving opportunities. All you have to make sure is to crack the interviews.

This college is a hidden gem in Bangalore.

Placements: Placements of our batch were average. The average salary package offered was around 5 LPA with more than 50% of the students getting placed. Companies like Tata Consulting Service, Quest Global, Wipro, Infosys, etc. are frequent visitors in the campus for placements.

I slightly hated the way they treated students regarding attendance.

Placements: The placement department helps us in all means. The CS and IS department students are definitely placed. They now come with a placement programme by bringing the alumni to the college. This helps a lot of engineering students. The college tries a lot to get a student placed in a good company. The minimum package offerd is 3 LPA. The students don't get much assistance from placements during internships.

A decent college with many clubs like entrepreneur club, acting club, singing club and dancing club.

Placements: The college has a decent placement record. The placements completely depend on one's calibre. I have seen my seniors getting placed with decent salaries, and I have even seen people not getting placed, but it does not mean that college is not providing opportunities to them. It's actually the present market scenario which has to be blamed.

The college has good infrastructure and good faculty. Attendance is very important in this college.

Placements: The college is a good academic knowledge provider, but the placements are quite less. Aeronautical branch has good ranking in VTU. When we talk about the placements, not more than 3 companies come for the placements. The faculty members are good enough. They are very friendly. We can discuss our problem with them at any time.

Overall, the college is good and decent. The faculty and infrastructure are good.

Placements: When it comes to placement in mechanical, a few(3-4) companies are approaching the campus. For CS, EC, and EEE, the good number of companies are approaching for campus placement. For mechanical, the companies like Quest Global, Westline, etc., hired up to 35-40 students. Most of the students will get placed in IT sector.
