It a good place for learning and exploring yourself when you have something to live for. Join mvjce.

Placements: Placements are quite good as far as circuital branch are concerned, but when it comes to civil engineering and mechanical engineering it is less comparatively. More than 50 companies have visited this year and at least 500 students are placed. Almost 70 percent students were placed.

MVJCE, a good engineering college.

Placements: Good Placements. The placement coordinator manages to pull in quite a few companies every year. Overall good placement. The best placement in Bangalore. They have contacts everywhere. The students are trained well before tackling an interview. There are personality development courses since semester 1 and that is very helpful.

Very good infrastructure surrounded with greenery.

Placements: Avarage, depends on the students, high payable (Google, Microsoft) companies may not visit, the highest package was 6 lpa, but attendance plays very important role during placements because management is strict. If you are looking for the college to get placed then its best option. For 2016 almost all eligible students got placed in various companies.

Very bad placements for the year 2017-18.

Placements: The college has a good Placements. If one has to be placed, he/she must be good in technical and should have a good aggregate. Overall placements are less compared to other colleges, and not too bad also. The Placement department is enthusiastic, and the college invites the companies, there will be a hike in placement rate.

It is a worthy college for students with change in syllabus. A good college to study.

Placements: As for civil engineering branch, the placements weren't good, but for top branches like mechanical, EC, EE, and CSE, the placements are improving year by year. Since from the academic year 2014, mainly in the field of software and other technology-related fields as per my knowledge.

Satisfied with the teaching quality on the campus.

Placements: The placements in this college are bad. Only 4 or 5 out of 60 or 70 students get placements, and the others don't. The internships are offered well, only if you are bright enough. The internships in our college don't pay much and mostly, and it's only for a certificate that the students do internships in our college.

College is okay with 6/10. Not worth Rs. 2 Lakhs a year, but it is worth, if you're into academics.

Placements: The placements are really average. Probably like 20-30 mid-tier companies come in for the deal, but placement cell is really sophisticated. Only 15% of the students get placed. The average LPA is Rs 2 to 3 lakhs per annum, in minor companies. Major MNCs has not even heard of the college, but companies like British Paints and TCS pulls over the major students.

An honest review of MVJ College of Engineering.

Placements: The placement department is promising based on the recent developments, but last year, very lesser people got placed. Even the salary package is average like 5 lacs per annum. Overall, it is average. I am still in 2nd year, so I do not have much idea about the placement department.

The only problem with this college is attendance. 85% attendance is mandatory.

Placements: The aeronautical department placements are good and no placements in M.Tech departments. IT branches get a good number of companies. Exposure to industries is satisfiable. M.Tech students get internships. The stipend depends on the company, most of the time, there will not be any stipend.

Good infrastructure. Dissatisfaction because of placements.

Placements: The placements currently are not up to the mark for our seniors batch. The highest package was 9 Lacs per annum, and just two students got it. And, the average package was 3 to 4 Lacs per annum. This college comes under VTU university, and the syllabus schemes change after that particular period of time. We have a different scheme than our seniors, so our placement may be a bit different as compared to our seniors. But then, it won't much affect the packages offered. Talking about the internship...

Placements: Many companies come to our college for placements like Quest global, Text Ron, and UTC aerospace. But the intake will be less in numbers. The entire placements depend on the student academic performances, and the possibility of placement opportunity will be more if the student is talented.

Great college for the profession. Not so great for spending a happy college life.

Placements: The college has a placement cell that tries it's the best to place almost all the students for a job. Although, the major recruiting companies are service oriented like TCS and Wipro with an average salary of 3 lakhs INR per annum. Some good companies which are product-based on a high pay recruit too like HP, Amazon, SAP Labs, but only a handful gets recruited by these companies. Getting internship from our college is tough, and if a student wishes to do an internship before the final year, the ...

Every place has its own pros and cons. What matters is how you take them up and adjust yourself.

Placements: We have had some great companies coming in until 2015-16, as per the information I received from my seniors in the mechanical branch. The companies like Airbus, Toyota, Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, and Volvo have come in previously. But, right now, the major placements take place for computer science from companies like Eurofins, TCS, etc.

Best among the average colleges.

Placements: This college has one of the best placements in Bangalore but surely does not guaranty you a core job. Irrespective of your branch you will be placed in an IT company. The average salary package is around 3.5-4 lakh/annum. Aero and mechanical placements are quite low. In fact, hardly 5 students got placed among 150. It does not offer you any kind of internship like any other VTU colleges where attendance criteria of 85% minimum gives no time for students for the internship.

Nice college to join. Good luck.

Placements: The placements are pretty good. The companies which visit the college are tier 3 companies. The average package offered to the students was 4 LPA. The infrastructure of the college is ranked among top 10 colleges in Bangalore. Academics wise, the college is doing a good job by providing efficient faculty.

Review based on my 3 years of experience.

Placements: The placement offered are not good, as explained in the brochure like Microsoft and Google don't visit the campus, but Amazon visit once and recruit just a single candidate, but mass recruitment companies are visiting each year. Each year more than half of the top batch students get placed, but this is not the case with every department.

Satisfied only with faculty, not with placements

Placements: 1. Placements are one of the worst things in our college which is the most important thing every student desires before joining engineering. 2. INTERNSHIPS: Not even one was referred by the college. 3. COMPANIES: Only 7-10 have come till now among which Himachal Pradesh has taken two students, offering 8.5 lakhs per annum. All other companies have offered only 3 to 3.5 LPA. When it comes to mechanical, only 1 core company 'Quest Global' has come offering 3.02 LPA and taking only 2 students. All ...

The faculty members are good, infrastructure is average, pathetic placement

Placements: If you are a student of ISE or CSE branch, you stand a good chance to get placed. Other branches like ECE, TE, etc. have average placement. The 2017 batch got less placement than the 2016 batch. They got the best placement result. Almost 100% eligible students from ISE, CSE, and ECE of the 2016 pass out batch got placed. From 2017 batch, only ISE and CSE got a decent number of placements. Other than that, the placement record was really poor. The placement department has lost its abilities to...

Satisfied by the faculty, placements are to be improved, really good infrastructure and facilities

Placements: It was good. Nearly 50% of them were placed. The highest package was 7 LPA. Companies like TCS, Amazon, Westline, Evive Health, TPF Software and Brillio visited the campus. Technical consultant and software developer were the roles offered by the companies. 10% of the students got the internship and 17,000 was the stipend.

It has a Really good and Hi-tech infrastructure

Placements: The placements in the college are good for computer science, and if you have an average of more than 60%, then you will definitely get placed in good MNCs. The highest package was offered by Eurofins which was 7 LPA, and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. Mostly all the students were offered the jobs relating to their stream; meanwhile, some who left unplaced were selected in other companies not relating to their stream. An internship is depended on the student contacts as many of the students have done an...
