My Experience at MVGR: Placements, Faculty, and Facilities
Placements: In my college, the highest package is 30 Lakh per annum and the top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and Accenture. Almost 75% of students got internships and 80%of students were placed in my course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure includes all essential systems and facilities that allow the smooth flow of an institute's day to day activities and enhance the people's standard of living. The best quality of the facilities are in my hostel, the good quality of food is available in the mess and canteen.
Faculty: In my college, the faculty is good and is better at understanding what you're looking for. They can provide more information. The faculty is supportive and well trained, and they have good knowledge about their subjects. Semester examinations are conducted in a very strict manner.
Other: Computer Science and engineering is a dynamic and rapidly evolving field that combines principles of computer science and engineering to develop software, hardware and systems.

My experience in MVGR as student.
Placements: In my batch, nearly 80 to 85 percent of students got placed. The average package is 4.5 LPA and maximum package is 12 LPA. Every student in 3rd year will get internship opportunities. Many students from my department had done internship in companies like BHEL, Steel Plant, etc.
Infrastructure: The whole college environment and culture are too good. There are huge grounds for sports, and especially there is a well-maintained cricket ground. Gym facilities are available in both girls hostels and also in colleges. The girls hostel is attached to the college. The hostel environment is peaceful, but there should be improvements in the food and menu.
Faculty: Almost every faculty member in our department done their Ph.D. All faculty are highly qualified and talented. In between class, student - teacher interaction will be there. They are very friendly and supportive in nature. The pass percentage of students is above 90 percent.

I am satisfied because I got placed in a good core company and the faculty supports me every time.
Placements: In our department, mostly 80% of students are placed in this academic year. I am also a person who received 'Efftronics Systems' from the college. Some students got internships from top companies. Some of the students are interested in higher studies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was good. A Wi-Fi facility is there. We have a library to explore new concepts. In the library, there are different sections that are used for project work and research purposes. The lab facility was there. Labs are not common to all subjects; different labs are available. I used to stay in a hostel for 3 years; it was good.
Faculty: The faculty was very good. They always encouraged students and helped them get new ideas. Faculty were highly qualified (PhD's or M.Tech).
Every semester, we need to submit at least one project that is relevant to industry projects. Semester exams were not very difficult.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, really good infrastructure, facilities etc.
Placements: 80–85% of students were placed in this recession situation and TNP members were still providing opportunities for unplaced students to get placed. The highest package is around 25 lacs offered by Pennant Company. 11 students were placed in that company.
Infrastructure: The classrooms and labs at MVGR College are exceptionally well maintained. Classrooms are spacious, clean and equipped with modern teaching aids, including projectors, while the labs feature state-of-the art equipment and strict adherence to safety protocols. We do have a digital library for exploring new concepts that have been taught in classrooms. This excellent upkeep provides an ideal environment for both theoretical and practical learning, greatly enhancing the educational experience.
Faculty: We do have highly qualified faculty and they are very helpful. In our department, EEE, the faculty members are supportive of students and help us apply the theoretical concepts practically. Semester exams were a little bit tough but due to this pattern, we will explore the concepts in depth, which in turn will be helpful in placements.

A candid look into Maharaj Gajapati college of engineering.
Placements: 17 percent of students were placed in my course and the highest package and the lowest package offered in my course are 12 LPA and 3.25, respectively. The top recruiting companies in our course are Medha Serviço and Moschip. Very few companies got internships from our course at IIT Hyderabad. There are many roles offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities available in our course are digital screens for easier learning, high-speed Wi-Fi and a digital library. Cricket is given more importance among all other sports. The food in the mess and canteen is average. Good medical facilities are there.
Faculty: The teachers in our course were qualified and helpful. The course is relevant but the students need more practical knowledge to work in industry. The semester exams are not that much difficult but some are typical. More than 75 percent of students pass every year.
