Placements: The college has an average placement rate. The core companies rarely visit the college. Other MNCs like TCS hires more students from the IT related branches and less from core branches. The student to placement ratio is average. The placements during our period of education was average.
Placements: The placements for 2017 batch are relatively less compared to 2016. Around 30-40% of the students got hired for different companies. The highest package for EEE department students in 2017 is 3.6 LPA. Some of the companies that visited the campus for 2017 batch are Trianz, BEPL, Sonata, Rajdeep info, WCI, TCS, and many more. The role offered in core companies is management trainee whereas, in software, it is a trainee software engineer. Most of the students got an opportunity for internships in ...
Placements: Placements are good but not the best from last 3 years. The placement level is decreasing. This year, all are pool campus placements only. This is increasing the competition in the college and there are no core jobs. But IT jobs are coming and I hope next year, placements will increase.
Placements: Placements for our senior batch were increasing year by year. They are doing the maximum effort for placements and they are also planning to develop our skills in order to get placed. Almost 60-70 % were placed and the average salary is 25000 per month. Almost all the companies are recruiting our students. The roles offered are software engineer, technical support and customer service.
Placements: When I passed out, around 600 students got placed. The college can still work harder in bringing placements. We never get many internships. TCS, vVrtusa, Trainz were the main companies. The average salary is 3.3 LPA and the highest salary is 7 LPA. Associate engineer and engineer positions were offered.
Placements: Jaro Education, Berger, Infosys and Capital IQ are some recruiters. In Berger Paints, 2 people got placed and in Capital IQ, only one person got placed. Again, in Jaro Education, one person got placed. The highest package of the campus was given by Jaro. It gave 5.5 lakh. Tech Mahindra also came and offered a 3.59 lakh package.
Placements: My college got more campus placements than other colleges because it is one of the top colleges in Andhra Pradesh and also providing the best education to students. Out of 120 members, 70 people got placed. The highest package is 9 lakhs. Almost all companies visit every year. Above 70% of students got the internship from the college.
Placements: For our super-senior batch, 440 members are placed (around 45-50%). For our senior batch, 90 members are placed (around 10%). The highest salary offered is 8 lakhs from Hyundai Mobiz and 6.2 lac from Kony Labs. Some of the companies which visited our college for the drive are TCS, Mahindra, Cyient, Kony Labs, Hyundai Mobiz, Ctrl S, Soctronics, Comtech, L&T, Virtusa-Polaris, Trianz, Sonata, Indian Navy, etc. Nearly 20 companies have visited this year and I can say all this because I was one of t...
Placements: 44 out of 65 seniors got placed in the campus placement and 42 out of 58 seniors got placed in the campus placement. The highest salary offered is 30k/month, the lowest is 10.5k/month and the average is 14-16k/month. Every year about 8-12 companies visit for placements in my college( only for chemical engineering branch). Companies such as TCS, ITC, Deccan chemicals, Berger Paints, Talli Godavari, Avra Labs and many pharmaceutical companies recruited the students. The roles offered to the studen...
Placements: The college is backed up strongly by its alumni relations which bring in a lot of opportunities for the young aspirants. Taking in-depth, the placement factor the percentage? It kept on increasing from year to year where the brand of MVGR also started making its brand viability into the market.
Placements: Till now, nearly 3 companies visited our campus for placements and 70% of the students got placed successfully. The average salary is around 2.5 lakhs per annum. Mostly, marketing students get jobs easily and believe me, finance students will have a tough time finding placements from the college.
Placements: In my college, my department has more placements when compared to the remaining departments. Every year, a minimum of 40 companies visit for placements. The companies which visited for recruitment till date are Deccan Fine Chemicals, Berger Paints, AVRA Laboratories, International Papers Limited, Talligodavari Chemicals etc. Apart from these, core companies and software companies like TCS, Cyient, etc. visited for recruitment. Chemical engineering in MVGR is good for placements. A minimum packag...
Placements: The placement can be stated as up to 75% approximately. Also, the companies coming to the college are worth the course studying. Seniors had a very high rate of placement compared to our batch. The major recruiter is TCS. There is a training and placement department in the college which takes special care about all the placements going to happen in the college. The average salary can be approximately quoted as 4 lakhs per annum.
Placements: Placements were somewhat dull this year, but we cannot blame the college for this. A positive thing was there were many recruiters this year and this helps college placements in the coming years. Generally, day 1 companies came and used to recruit in bulk like 150-200 every year but to IT inflation, it was reduced to 18 this year.
Placements: My college provides good placements and also teaches good basic skills that are needed for further education. One need not worry about being placed if they opt MVGR College. Out training and placement department is very interactive and helps us to get placed and they are very friendly.
Placements: Placements are very good at our college as compared to other colleges. Out of 800 students, 560 got placed. Many big MNCs like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Virtusa, Wipro, etc. visit our college for placements. This makes our college one of the best around Vizianagaram district.
Placements: The placement in the campus was good for my batch and my senior batch and nearly sixty percent of the students were placed in the campus placement drive. Coming to the salary, the average salary offered in the campus placement was upto 2.75 lakhs per annum. Various companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Trianz, Good Through Software Solutions etc visited our campus.
The faculty members are very supportive. The college has a good infrastructure. The teaching methods provide good theoretical and practical knowledge. The college facilitates many industrial visits, extracurricular activities, NSS, NCC and fests etc. There is an equal balance between education and enjoyment. We learn many things that boost our career.
MVGRCR is under MANSAS trust and is well-known for its quality education. It is spread over 20 acres campus, has highly qualified faculty, a good library, and a hygienic canteen. The college has well-equipped laboratories, playground, and etc. It is little weak in terms of placements but has a good academic record.
The college with the best faculty. It has good infrastructure and more scope for learning new things. I enjoyed a lot with my friends and the faculty in IT department are very helpful to the students in all aspects. The programmers club which was initiated by our batch and is running successfully in the campus. I have learned a lot from here.
