The placements are quite good here even though the package at which the visiting companies took the students is low but success ratio is good indeed.

Review of MSIT by a B.Tech CSE Student (Batch of 2028).
Placements: Many companies come for placement on campus, like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The average package for the CSE branch is 12 to 13 LPA, the highest is about 60 LPA, and the lowest is about 3.5 LPA. These companies also offer internships with stipends ranging from 0 to 1.5 lakhs per month.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is okay, not great but not bad either. Classrooms are similar to those in schools. The Wi-Fi in the library is very slow, although the library has a good collection of books, journals, and technical magazines. Labs have all the equipment required by the GGSIPU syllabus.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good, and the course curriculum is industry-relevant, preparing students for placements. Semester exams are very easy compared to competitive exams like JEE and BITSAT. The pass percentage is 40%.

IITM- BS in Data Science and Application.
Placements: This year, the placement rate at our college was lower than in previous years. Only 70-75% of students got placed into companies. The top company was ZS Associate, and the average package was 12LPA. The highest package was 64LPA.
Infrastructure: All the classrooms are equipped with both a projector and a blackboard, which makes it easier to learn with the help of the projector. The hostels are quite good, and the maintenance is good as well. The mess provides good food with a different menu each day of the week. There are also sports and games facilities available on campus.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, and they make sure that the students understand each concept very clearly. The college syllabus is designed to meet the needs of industry, and the semester exams are of moderate difficulty. Sometimes the questions are too straightforward, and other times they're very tricky.

Less fees and decent placement.
Placements: Around 90 percent of the students were placed in 2020-2024 batch. Placements were decent in time of global recession. Highest package was around 52 LPA and lowest was 3.5 LPA. Average would be around 5-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies were TCS and HCL. Mostly CSE and ECE branches were preferred for software developer role. Many students got internships also but data is not disclosed.
Infrastructure: For my course which is ECE labs are decent but equipments in some of the labs are not in working conditions. WiFi connectivity is also slow and classrooms are just basic, not so good. Hostels are below average. But mess food is quite good. And library is also quite decent. Medical facilities are not known.
Faculty: Teachers are very well qualified and knowledgeable. But lab assistants are not so good. Teachers also help before exam providing suitable theory and learning material for exams. They also provide a pdf of some books helping in theory section. Difficulty level of exams are quite good. It will check all your theory and practical skills.
Other: Fees that you pay for this college will be very low and knowledge you get is good. So it is a quite value for money. Placements are decent you have to prove yourself in the placement. Crowd is also decent since it is located in Delhi. Events are below average. It is near metro station around 1km so connectivity is also good. But there are no extracurricular activities. Campus surrounding is also good. A big park is also there and there is a police station also near the campus. But campus area is small around 8 acres.

A roller coaster ride. An enjoyable experience.
Placements: The placement percentage for the year 2024 was about 70% and above. In the previous year, about 80% and above of placements were offered. The average salary package offered is 6.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered in 2023 was 80 LPA and the highest salary package offered in 2022 was 1.7 crores. In 2024 highest salary package offered was 50 LPA, and these are off-campus placements. Major companies that students from our campus are mainly service-based mass recruiters. Some of the students also get placed in companies like Microsoft, Abode, Google, Amazon, Atlassian, etc., off-campus. One major mass recruiter also visited the college to hire students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the college. Labs are there but are of poor quality. Classrooms are decent, but some of them do not have air-conditioners, which will be tough to sit in the summertime. The library is good. There is a central library in the MSI builidng of the college.
Faculty: Teachers are not well-qualified to teach. Their teaching quality is poor. They are supportive. The course curriculum is not relevant in today's times. It has various subjects which are of no use. The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate. We have two exams in a semester. One is mid-term exams, and the other is final exams. Passing marks are 40 out of 100 in each subject.
Other: I chose this course because I want to get into technology sector and grab a good placement. This was the best college that I was getting so I chose it. Things I wish I can improve about this course is their course curriculum. It includes core subjects from the very first year. The college should remove subjects like a manufacturing process and environmental studies. The campus has a decent crowd which is the main reason I joined this college. Many events are organised in our college like the Navratri event, pre-Diwali event, January fest, etc. Extracurricular activities are not conducted in college. The campus size is very small.

MSIT: The Great Place To Study.
Placements: I am a little bit aware about the placement. The placement is nearly high for the CSE students as compared. And the college claims they have a 90 percent placement rate. Many good companies come to the college like Infosys, TCS, and many more.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is a little bit average but the location of the campus is great. The classes are equipped with benches, blackboards, and projectors. All the classes do not have AC but the labs have ACs. The hostels of MSIT are also good.
Faculty: MSIT has the best faculty members. They are very supportive. They are very helpful and have great knowledge with experience. Especially the faculty members of the Computer Science branch are really good. The curriculum they follow is a little old and needs to be modified.
Other: The fests in the college are average.

Review of Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology.
Placements: Placement is just fine at this college; not that good, not that bad either. Every year, around 60% of the students in my course get placements, out of which half already secure internships in their fields, but the rest struggle to find jobs. So overall, the placement is just fine.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and campus of the college are worth appreciating. Although the campus is a bit small, it includes all the necessary facilities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a library, and computer labs. I never lived in the college hostel, but they seem to be quite good too. The rooms are spacious enough for two students and their belongings.
Faculty: The teachers are not very qualified; not all of them are postgraduates, yet they manage to teach us well here. To be honest, the teachers are not so good. They can be rude, often unable to answer many of our questions, sometimes late for class, and what they teach, though within the syllabus, is very difficult to understand. The exams they set are so difficult that the pass percentage here is also 40%.
Other: I chose this college because the fees were lower compared to other larger colleges.

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology offers better placements than Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology. Some reviews on our site indicate a higher average package and a more relaxed atmosphere at MAIT, while MSIT might have a stronger reputation for overall placement success rate.
