Satisfied with the faculty and the course.

Placements: Adobe is the top recruiter. This year the highest package was 17 LPA on campus. But 2 - 3 years back a student got the package of 1.7 crore pa off campus in Adobe. Microsoft is also one of the top recruiters in our college. Average package is quite decent.

Infrastructure: Labs are good and classroom are also good but some of the classes are not air conditioned, it sometimes gives problem in summers but it's fine. Labs also have all the equipment that are needed according to the curriculum. Computer labs are also good.

Faculty: Faculty and curriculum are both good. Teachers are also helpful to their students and have a decent knowledge of their subject. Exams also have good level that check the preparation of students properly. End semester exams are held at the other colleges of IPU.

Other: Campus is a bit small but situated at a good location.

Absolutely impressed by it.

Placements: The placement scenario at Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology varies year by year, but recently, it had a decent placement record. Companies like Amazon, Google, Adobe, TCS, etc., recruited students from various streams. The highest package offered was about 1.5 Crore.

Infrastructure: The classrooms and labs are okayish, but talking about the hostel, its condition is just not worth living in. There are no proper basic facilities like proper electricity or even drinking water. Instead, you can opt for a nearby PG or a rented room, but the hostel is a big NO.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and they are also experts in their respective domains. There exists a mentor for every 30 students with whom students can discuss their various problems, and they try their best to help them. The curriculum is very much relevant to the subject that we're studying and the degree we are preparing for. Also, the semester exams are not that difficult; however, it just depends on how you prepare for them. Otherwise, they are quite easy, and the pass percentage is only 40% of the total marks.

Other: Positive recommendations from family, friends, and alumni aligned with the career interests and the placement opportunities were also factors that influenced the decision of graduation in the IT sector. There are 2 fests organized by the societies of the college - cultural and technical fests. This college also provides many scholarship schemes and extracurricular activities.

Decent College, Okay - Not Much to Expect.

Placements: Around 25-30% of the batch has only been placed so far. Don't expect much of a package from here; although 1-2 companies come that give a CTC of 13-15 LPA. There is no concept of internship; you have to find one at your own level. Very few companies provide software roles, but most of them are giving business development roles, which is nothing but a sales role.

Infrastructure: Facilities are quite old-fashioned and need to be renovated, both in college infrastructure and the hostel. Food is of decent quality. College infrastructure is very old-fashioned; there is no A/C, not even the ducts, and in some classrooms, not even the fans work properly.

Faculty: Some teachers are quite helpful, while some are not. The curriculum is relevant but lacks practical work. Semester exams are of easy to medium level; the pass percentage is around 40%, but they are easy to crack, even if you study for just 1 day.

Other: Fests and events are horrible; they are just for the sake of a name. The campus crowd is decent; connectivity is good, located in a good location among all the IPU colleges. Extracurricular activities - none.

Good, you can consider this college among all IPU colleges .

Placements: I am in IT B.Tech, and it's like in my batch, the rank of students was ranging from around 60k (outsiders) to 1 lac 60k (without category) to 5-6 LPA (reserved category), my own rank was around 1.21 LPA. Packages completely depend upon your skills, as far as I have observed. Many students are very skilled, and they got really good opportunities, getting high pay. So, placements are pretty good too. Accenture, TCS, etc., are two main fixed companies; other than that, students also got placed in Flipkart, Google, Amazon, etc., from this college. No complaints about opportunities; you can get so many opportunities to grow that you won't even be able to grab them all.

Infrastructure: The campus is small. Wi-Fi is available only on the 6th floor, where we have a common room separate for girls and boys, and there you can chill, study, stay, talk, do your own work, and whatnot. One lift for students is available, which doesn't work early in the morning; if you have your class at 8, you would never be able to go to the 6th floor for classes using the lift, you have to use stairs for 6 floors, full cardio done. And labs and all are well-equipped, everything is available, and pretty good labs. Sports, I don't know; there is a badminton court people usually play there. There is a tennis table as well, around 3 tables. And a huge ground, you know.

Faculty: Some faculty members are way better than others, so yes, good studies. They are strict too, teach well, focus on exams, encourage not to become bookworms, help you anytime, good behavior; they are good overall. You should know how to trick them and bunk.

Other: Top college of IPU, so yes, why not choose this college. Fests and programs hotel rehte hai.
