B.E. / B.Tech | Candidate must have passed HSC (10+2) or its equivalent with above mentioned marks from any recognised Board/council. Candidate who have passed HSC i.e., 10+2 in any one of the Vocational Subject (Basic Mechanical Engineering/ Basic Electrical Engineering/ Basic Electronics Engineering/ Basic Civil Engineering/ Basic Automobile Engineering/ Textile Technology) with any one of the Engineering related subjects namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with above mentioned minimum average percentage put together are also eligible to apply. |
M.E./M.Tech | Candidate must have done B.Tech. from a recognized university. |
MBA/PGDM | Candidate must have completed Bachelors Degree of minimum 3 years duration and obtained at least mentioned (45% in the case of BC, BCM, MBC, SC, SCA and ST candidates belonging to Tamilnadu) in the qualifying degree examination. |
MCA | Candidate must have completed Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration in B.C.A. or B.Sc. (Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent), or a pass in a recognized Bachelors degree of minimum 3 years duration (in disciplines other than the ones mentioned above) with Mathematics at 10 + 2 level or at Graduation Level and obtained at least mentioned (45% in the case of BC, BCM, MBC, SC, SCA and ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu) in the qualifying degree examinations. |

UG Degree (4 year) : In year 2017-18, for 4 year UG Degree, a total of 444 students were admitted at Mahendra College of Engineering and 326 completed their graduation in 2020-21. Out of 326 students 259 were placed with median salary of INR 270000 and 15 students opted for higher studies. A total of 381 students were admitted in year 2018-19 for 4 year UG degree at Mahendra College of Engineeringand 242 completed their graduation in 2021-22.
