The college has affordable fee structure. It doesn't have a proper infrastructure and teaching.
Placements: The 5 to 10 percent of students are only getting the job and their package is very low, like 1.8 LPA to 2.5 LPA. From this year onwards, the new incubation centre has been started but placement is not starting. Once it starts, it will have a higher number of placements in top companies with a higher package. The internship in this college is very low and the students need to find their own for an internship. The roles offered by college are sales manager, technician, etc.
Infrastructure: The library in this college is done for the students and very helpful. But the lab facilities are not maintained properly and most of the machines in all labs don't give proper readings. The college has a strong Wi-Fi connection for the students. The food in the canteen is not so good but not bad. The college has a medical room but it doesn't have any tables or any first aid in it. There is a gym and it supports many physical activities and games .
Faculty: The teaching quality of the day is very low but the faculty members are very friendly and motivating. The main reason for the low teaching quality is because they appointed only freshers; they cannot handle the subjects. The syllabus won't be completed before the exam; the student needs to study on their own .
Other: I chose this automobile engineering because it is my passion and the reason for choosing the Malabar College of Engineering and Technology is because of the affordable fee structure and easy to go back to my home.

Malabar college review.
Placements: Malabar College is one of the best colleges with respect to its affordable fee structure and teaching staff. Last year, we had a placement drive, and most of the students were placed, and some of them were selected for the next round of interviews. The affordable fee structure is an attractive feature of this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is above average. The hostel is above average. In hostels, there is a warden, and the security of the students is high. Facilities in the hostel are the basic ones that are there. The quality is above average. There is a canteen in the college. Medical facilities are there. Library and Wi-Fi in the computer lab are also available.
Faculty: Faculty members are excellent. They are very friendly with students, so we can ask any doubts, and they will clear them. They conduct unit tests after each module is completed, which helps students easily attend the semester exam. The faculty members teach with great understanding.
Other: In this college, programs and events are conducted on special days and They conducted arts and sports.

Little dissatisfied due to lack of students, placement records are decent with good infrastructure.
Placements: Last year, about 42% of students were placed. The highest package was 8 LPA, the lowest was 3 LPA, and the average package was 4 LPA. Only startups recruit from our college. When it comes to internships, it's around 20%. Most placement drives are for IT companies.
Infrastructure: I have mixed feelings about this college. It's small, so we have issues with lack of space. The teachers are well qualified and educated, and the non-teaching faculty members are good and friendly. Overall, it's decent, but not that much better than other colleges.
Faculty: The teachers are very knowledgeable, but the course curriculum is outdated and difficult to pass. Since the syllabus is outdated, students need to acquire additional skills to get a good job. The semester exams are moderate.
Other: It's a small campus and the number of students is limited. So when it comes to college life, it's not that much better.

It is a good college, and the fees are very affordable for courses. Facilities are average.
Placements: Placements are available. Some of our seniors are placed in higher-paying companies with a good salary. After the course is completed, they conduct a placement drive and then find jobs for particular students that are suitable for that job. The jobs that are offered are of every type. That means even branch can participate in the interview and get the job.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average. One hostel facility is available inside the college, and it is also average. The hostel has no mess. We depend on the college canteen. Wi-Fi is available all over the college. The computer lab is such a good one. The library is full of good books that are most wanted by the students. The college canteen is a good one.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They have good knowledge. Our semester exams are average. Some of them say that it is easy. Others say it is difficult; it depends on every individual. Teachers are very kind, and they teach us in a very good manner.
Other: Programs are included on our campus. College Day, Arts Day, etc. are celebrated here.

It is located in a calm and quiet place. The atmosphere in the college is mesmerizing.
Placements: Most of the placements are in banks. But if you try harder you would get selected in good companies. There are plenty of companies coming to select students from the mechatronics department. There are additional add-on courses to each major which helps us to be more efficient.
Infrastructure: The food served in the mess is fine. Library is also huge. But it's a disaster when it comes to sports. There is no faculty for sports so we have to do everything on our own. There are some supportive teachers but it's difficult to manage everything on our own.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, and they treat you like how you treat them. The HOD in our department helps so much in placements. Most of the teachers are M.Tech holders. Some of them even worked in industries so we can have an advantage that we could ask them to share their experience.
Other: Our college organises freshers day, college day and other celebrations.

Review of Malabar College of Engineering & Technology, Wadakancherry.
Placements: Placements in our college are not good, and amount of students recruited is about 50-60%. The basic stipend offered in the year 2019 was Rs. 5000, and it all the way goes up to Rs. 25000. The placements are mostly based on just marks, students with good marks can get placements, but the starting package will be poor. Google & Siemen's visited the campus from the final year for recruitment.
Infrastructure: It normally looks like a better college. The authorities of college provide good infrastructure like ensure of labs, classrooms, a library also but the Wi-Fi facility is very bad. But hostel facilities are good for ladies and gents. During our course, the authority provided first year 200 students a hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. They help us to maintain our level of study. They teach better and give good messages for the living. They help students to upgrade. This course gives more benefits in different ways. Semester exams are moderately tough.
Other: I opted for this course because I like it. This course has more job vacancies in our country and foreign countries. The labs are more helpful in improving skills. The practical sections are of much benefit. The other programs like fest, etc. are also held.
