Review of Malabar College of Engineering & Technology, Wadakancherry.

Placements: Malabar College is a moderately professional college in Thrissur. Our college provides placements according to marks obtained by students. If you fail in any exam, you will have very less chances to get placements from the college. You will find many job opportunities for mechanical engineering.

Infrastructure: Our college provides a hostel for the first 2 years.

Faculty: There were 6 lecture hours, and classes were started at 9:30 am in a day. Two hours of two days of a week were allotted for practical labs. In the next two years, one more hour was added with certain changes in the time schedule. There are 6 subjects in all semesters except for the 8th semester, where there are 4 subjects. There are very hard-working teachers, and they are very strict. This college has a pass percentage of 90%. There are very hard-working students and teachers in this college. Teachers are very helpful in every situation. There are end-semester examinations for all theory papers conducted by Kerala Technological University. The examinations are normally of two hours duration. Usually, odd semester exams are conducted in December, and even semester fall in May.

Other: I chose to study engineering because I love engineering.
