Review of Malabar College of Engineering & Technology, Wadakancherry.
Placements: Placements in our college are not good, and amount of students recruited is about 50-60%. The basic stipend offered in the year 2019 was Rs. 5000, and it all the way goes up to Rs. 25000. The placements are mostly based on just marks, students with good marks can get placements, but the starting package will be poor. Google & Siemen's visited the campus from the final year for recruitment.
Infrastructure: It normally looks like a better college. The authorities of college provide good infrastructure like ensure of labs, classrooms, a library also but the Wi-Fi facility is very bad. But hostel facilities are good for ladies and gents. During our course, the authority provided first year 200 students a hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. They help us to maintain our level of study. They teach better and give good messages for the living. They help students to upgrade. This course gives more benefits in different ways. Semester exams are moderately tough.
Other: I opted for this course because I like it. This course has more job vacancies in our country and foreign countries. The labs are more helpful in improving skills. The practical sections are of much benefit. The other programs like fest, etc. are also held.

Review of Malabar College of Engineering & Technology, Wadakancherry.
Placements: Our college doesn't have applaudable placements. Google conducted a workshop. Siemens visits here for placements for civil engineering students. Automobile companies visited here, and many of them were service centres. The stipend offered will start from Rs. 5,000 per month to around Rs. 20,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The boys' hostel at MCET College renders distinct hostel amenities for first-year students, and it can provide accommodation for more than 200 students. At most, a maximum of three students are allotted to every room. Separations are provided for reading rooms on each floor, which are partitioned from a common room available to enjoy television.
Faculty: The curriculum needs to be updated here. They need to add more practical sessions. The theory subject we had studied was very old. We need to improve our current knowledge by updating the subjects. The exams structure is good and feasible, but sometimes they do not inform us about the dates of the fees to be paid. So it may cause inconvenience, and there are also some other fees like exam fee, semester registration fee, etc. If we consider all these fees once, it may be expensive.
Other: I only have positive thoughts about our campus. The campus helped me to remove my pre-occupation, inhibitions, fear, etc. It gave a lot of memorable moments and a huge number of friends. The most special thing about the college is that memorable friendship with the faculty members who understand students very well.

Placements are mostly based on just marks, and students with good marks can get placement. The starting salary package offered is low. Companies like Google, etc., visit our college in our previous year for recruitment.
Infrastructure: There is an attractive and peaceful library. The library has a good collection of books. In the hostel, the food served is not that great, but it is bearable. Sports are not much cared for. All classrooms are highly cleaned. It also has good smart classrooms.
Faculty: There are a group of teachers, and they all have good personalities. They are very friendly with everyone. They are teaching us to make us industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately tough.
Other: I have chosen this course is to complete MBA. Not in this college but in general, every tier 3 college is teaching irrelevant stuff. Campus life is good, and I actually loved it there.

Review of Malabar College of Engineering & Technology, Wadakancherry.
Placements: The placement cell is working inside the campus. From many years, the number of students who got placed was about 100 students. Many companies like Indus Motors, Infosys, etc., select many students every year. Siemens visited here for civil engineering students. Automobile companies visited here, and many of them were service centres. The stipend offered will range from Rs. 5,000 per month to up to around Rs. 20,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The boys' hostel in MCET college renders distinct hostel amenities for the first year, where more than 200 students can stay. At most, a maximum of three students are allotted to every room. Separations are provided for a reading room on every floor, which is partitioned from a common room present to enjoy television. There is a badminton court, football ground and a table tennis table enclosed to boys' hostel, where students can rehearse games and do exercises.
Faculty: Faculty members here are good enough to teach and behave. They have the capabilities to handle us. But the changes in faculty members make us uncomfortable communicating with them. They don't know us and our previous things. The curriculum needs to be updated, and there is a need to add more practical sessions. The theory subject we had studied was very old. We need to be provided with the current knowledge by updating the subjects. The exams structure is good.
Other: I chose this course to complete my MBA next because I need graduation first for MBA. Not only in this college, but in general, every tier-3 college teaches irrelevant things. Campus life is good, and I actually loved it there.
