Good college and worthy to join.

Placements: You will get placed if you are disciplined and sincere in academics. You do your part of hard work. The placement cell will take care of your placement. Many of the students who get placed every year are hard working. The companies like Maersk Tankers, Synergy, MOLTA, MOLMI, Seaspan, Apj, Chevron, etc recruit our cadets.

Review of MANET-Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training, MIT-ADT University.

Placements: A minimum criteria is set by the companies during the placement drive. Students should have a 70% or above in their 12th PCM. There should not be any active backlogs. If you satisfy these conditions, you may be shortlisted for placement drives. The rest depends on how you perform in the rounds after getting shortlisted, on your communication skills and technical knowledge. Training for these is provided by the Institute via SCIL Training. Companies visiting MANET include Maersk Tankers, BW Marit...

It is a reputed institute which is focusing mainly on its cadets to evolve as a better seafarer.

Placements: I am pursuing B.Tech and I belong to the 2019-23 batch from MANET. I must say MANET provides good knowledge along with several placement opportunities. I, along with many of my friends, got placed at the start of our 3rd year itself. There are many companies that visit MANET for placement drives like Bergesen Worldwide, Maersk Tankers, Chevron, MOL, Molta, etc.

Placement drives improved and various companies visited.

Placements: Almost until now, more and more companies are visiting our college and placements drive is going on. At our college, the placements drive generally starts from 4th semester and goes on. Companies such as Maersk Tankers, Molta, Molmi, BV, V Ships and Wilhelmson visit our college.

Best Marine & Nautical faculty members. Worthy.

Placements: Big shipping companies like Maersk, Bergen Worldwide (BW), Chevron, Mitsui Oska Lines, Molta, Seaspan, and many other companies come for recruitment. You will get 100% assistance from the placement cell. If are good at academics and don't get any backlog, then you will get placed in one of the best shipping companies.

Review of MANET-Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training, MIT-ADT University.

Placements: The institute is visited by the best shipping names in the world. Placements start in the second year for B.Sc. nautical science and the third year for B.Tech marine engineering courses. A few of the companies those visit are - Maersk, MOL Maritime India, MOL Tankers, Chevron, BW Maritime, etc. I got placed in Maersk Tankers. It would have not been possible without MANET Pune. The placement cell is always working hard, not only in getting companies to the college but also in giving extra trainin...

MANET is a very beautiful college.

Placements: There are 90% of students placed every year in MANET. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Many companies are coming to our college but Merck tankers and Anglo-Eastern are very big companies. There are top-ranked students getting internships in big companies.

Dissatisfied by placement.

Placements: In our course, only 20% of the students are placed, till date. As we know in the marine field only placement matters and CDC doesn't matter at all. Maersk Tankers, BW Maritime, etc., are the companies visiting here for us. Mainly in Maersk Tankers, students got internships from college, and only 10% of the students got this opportunity.

Faculty are so good all time supporting, sport and living facilities are nice .

Placements: Placements are less in campus, because recently we are facing corona issue that time all exams are going on online so companies are not interested coming, because all students are giving full marks, placement is less because lack of knowledge because of online learning .

It has very good infrastructure and faculty, and the best marine faculty members.

Placements: 10% of students were placed in our course. The highest package offered by a shipping company named Chevron is around 650$. Other companies named Maersk offered about 580$. Many companies like Maersk, Chevron, B&W, and MOL visit our college for recruitment. As this course is about Merchant Navy, every candidate starts from a trainee marine engineer onboard ship for like 11-12 months, and later, he can get promoted by giving class exams.

College is good but try not to get into this field .

Placements: There is a high competition in this field because of some agents college tries to offer placement for top cadets but the field is getting more competitive daily. Even lot of big companies are hiring through agents and cadets who have potential aren't able to get a job.

It has a good campus in all aspects.

Placements: Placements are based on cadets' performance. If students are throughout all clear with high CGPA they have more chances of placements. There are other options available to get placements, just focus on studies and have a good relationship with faculty members which may help.

It is one of the best colleges if they focus less on earning money.

Placements: The placement scenario is poor. Only 5% of students from our course get placed. Top companies like MOL, Maersk, Molta, etc., visit our college for placements. Placements should be improved, but the college is not working much on it. Earlier it was good, but the college is not good for the past 2-3 years.

Overall, it's a good college except for placements.

Placements: In terms of placements, MANET is below average as only 15-20% of students get placed, hardly 25-30%. The placement scenario is really poor. The number of companies coming to college has decreased. Top companies are MAERSK, MOL and BW. Packages are good.

It is a good campus with good placement records till 2020 batch.

Placements: Top international companies visit our college to recruit cadets. Some of the companies which visited our campus are Maersk Lines, Maersk Tanker, Mitsui OSK Lines, MOL Tanker, BW Maritime etc. If you are good in academics with some extracurricular activities, then you can easily get placed.

Absolutely satisfied by the college.

Placements: The package offered by the companies are good and well-known companies like MOL, Molta, BW, Maersk visited for recruitments. If you are doing well in your academics the placement situation is good. The placement percentage is not so great right now due to covid but it will improve.

Students here can have a positive impact on lifestyle but a negative impact on morale.

Placements: About 11% of the students got placed in-campus. The highest salary package offered is 700 $ per annum, the lowest salary package offered is 250 $ per annum, and the average salary package offered is 450 $ per annum. Recruiting companies are top tiers like Maersk, MOL and BW, but employ a negligible number of cadets. Internships are non-existent, and pre-sea additional courses are not available.

The college has really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: In my course, approximately 45% of students got placed. My course is BTEC in marine engineering, which is all about ship engines. It is an interesting field. After getting a degree, you have to go for 6 months of training. The average package offered is 4 to 6 Lacs per annum.

Review of MANET-Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training, MIT-ADT University.

Placements: About 15 cadets got placed from our course, i.e., around 10% of cadets. The salary package depends on company to company, and as a cadet, we are not allowed to ask for the salary they offer. However, it is pretty much satisfactory. Topmost recruiting companies here are Maersk Tankers, BW, Chevron, etc. As there are no internships, but Maersk Tankers takes its placed cadets on the ship in the 8th semester for learning onboard.
