Good Placements, Plethora of Clubs, and Good Hostel Facilities.

Ongoing college experience-satisfied so far

Placements: As I am still in the middle of my course, I can't share much about the placements. However, according to what I heard from my seniors, many companies hire graduates from our college based on their skills and knowledge. Companies include Google, Ansys, Wipro, etc.

Comprehensive Review Of My College.

Placements: For the course at Model Engineering College, Thrikkakara Kochi, the placement statistics reveal a promising scenario for students. On average, about 85-90% of students from various branches secure placements, although this figure may vary slightly by department. The highest salary package offered typically reaches around INR 20-25 LPA, while the lowest tends to be around INR 3.4-4 LPA, with an average package of around INR 6-8 LPA.

Good Placements and Crowd.

Placements: My course is CSBS, it’s a curriculum by TCS. TCS has assured a percentage of placements. Our college has a really good placement and also a great training cell. They keep a lot of mock interviews, aptitude tests, and group discussions. All these cells are managed by students.

Ragging free and good faculty but small infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in the mechanical engineering branch are very poor. Most graduates prefer to pursue higher studies or look for IT jobs because core companies rarely come for placements.

Good placements, faculty members and facilities .

Placements: Almost 100% of students in the computer science department get placed, but even though some students choose higher studies as an option, many companies like Wipro, TCS, Adobe, Cognizant, and Google are among the main recruiters. The highest placement package for 2024 was 52 lacs per annum, and the average package is about 8.1 lacs per annum. MEC is comparable with NITs and IITs in terms of placements. In MEC, students themselves bring placements. Students connect to different companies for place...

Pros and cons of MEC and why you should choose it.

Placements: Our college has the second-highest placement rate in Kerala. Our average package is 100,000. Many companies like Google, Twitter, Tata, Meta, etc. came to our college to find employees. Almost 95% of the students are placed in the placement drives. And all of them are offered highly stiffened internships and scholarships if they have a great GATE score.

Satisfied being here. Hope everybody gets to be here.

Placements: Top companies recruit for almost all the courses in our college. Even though I am a first year, professors and alumni already prepare us for placements and tell us more about the art of getting placed. Last year one got placed at Google for 32 LPA package. Siemens, Bosch, IBM, are just some great ones I can remember. But there's a lot more.

Greatly satisfied with the campus, and looking forward for my placements?

Placements: Am a 20-24 ECE student in the Institute. I'll say it is one among the top engineering institutions in Kerala. All the students who pass out with good marks get very good placements and internship will be provided to all by our cell and we will get Training for our interviews by our training cell. We get great support from the alumni and other faculty members. This Institute always ranks in the top 3 colleges under KTU.
