One of the best colleges in Meerut.
Placements: Around 50% of students are placed in MIET. The highest package is around 5 LPA, The lowest is 2 LPA and 3-4 Lpa being the average. Top recruiting companies are Asian Paints, Berger, Wipro, Sun Pharma, Cipla, etc.
Infrastructure: All labs are available in college. Wi-Fi is also available. Classrooms are hi-tech. Ro water is available and a large ground is present. The hostel is good but mess is not good. The college campus is one of the biggest campus in Meerut. The canteen is also the best. Medical facilities are available in college campus and other sports activities are also there.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and well educated. The teacher’s behavior is good and their teaching quality is excellent. The curriculum is good and it makes the students industry ready. The semester exams are average. The minimum passing marks are 30% in semester exams.
Other: Chemical Engineering is a good course as it offers a lot of job opportunities.

Our college is not good for Chemical engineering but CS and IT branch is very good.
Placements: Placement for chemical engineering is average as the college mainly focus on Computer Science and IT company. Some core companies from the chemical field come for placement but they offer an average salary package of around Rs.20,000 to 30,000 per month. Most students take an off-campus placement in chemical engineering.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good with all the subject labs and has the freedom to use the lab equipment for research and project purpose. Classrooms are average as there is a very less number of students in chemical engineering so classrooms look big and sometimes scary.
Faculty: Teachers are very few one teachers teach two subjects but they are very helpful and friendly. They prepare you for the university exam. If you attend the class properly then you can clear the university exam easily. The semester exam is not that hard if you read the notes provided by the professors.

I had an average experience and got low exposure.
Placements: Placements were average in our college, particularly for CS and IT branches with moderate salary packages. In other streams, many students took admission, and they also attended placements in the same companies which visited for CS and IT. Those companies are TCS and IBM. A few general companies visit here to offer placements with a salary package of about 2.4 LPA, and in these companies, students of all branches can attend placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel is good, and the food served is mediocre. The hygiene maintained is average, and there is good bandwidth Wi-Fi facility. But during summer, we can't tolerate here. The infrastructure of the main building needs to be renovated while other ones have good infrastructure.
Faculty: During my tenure, the teachers were highly experienced. But the very next year after we passed out of college, our college hired new teachers, so I don't know about them. The course curriculum is outdated and needs to be improved. Labs are outdated, so practical exposure is very less. There were no such industrial visits for the chemical department.
Other: I suggest you choose only other streams if you are genuinely ready to gain knowledge and not to get placements. I wish that our college should compulsorily provide lab exposure and industrial visits. There is no assistance to get internships, so you need to use your references to get them. Extracurricular activities conducted here are good, and fests are awesome. Scholarships are available in a limited number.

Infrastructure, faculty members, labs, and placements are good.
Placements: I got placed in Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited with the help of our placement cell. They are very helpful and always try to put all their efforts for the placements of students during their studies. Many companies have offered internships. A lot of students got placed in 2018 by campus recruitment. Companies offered good salary packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college was very good and favourable for studying. All classrooms were smart classes with proper windows and projectors, etc. They also provide all the facilities like 24*7 library, medical, sports club and Wi-Fi, etc. Proper sports facilities were also available for both indoor and outdoor games. They provide any information through online mode.
Faculty: Faculty members were very mature and highly qualified. The way of their teaching is good. They provide regular counselling for the students regarding their career. They put all their efforts and cooperate with students. They help to visit industries, and they help us participate in competitions which were organised by other colleges and industry. We completed our industrial training in a reputed industry with the help of the faculty members.
Other: The campus culture was very favourable even for girls. During my graduation, our college organised a lot of cultural events for students' entertainment. Many celebrities like Neha Kakkar, Suraj Jagan, Divya Kumar and Shalmali Kholgade, etc., have visited our campus.

Our college is providing good knowledge, and we all are totally satisfied with our college.
Placements: Right now, from our batch, only one student is placed in Indian Tobacco Company, and the rest of us are trying for jobs. The college also provides some company reference for our job profile. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Right now, there is none of the company visited for our course, so I can't say. However, for the previous batch, Dhampur Sugar Mill hired the highest number of students. The roles of a chemical engineer are offered in a company. The highest salary package offered in our course is 5.6 LPA. The average salary package offered in our course is 3.6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course is 2.5 LPA. I have 24 students in our batch, and every student went for the summer training. Some of them were in the internship period. Some students went to IOCL, NFL, DRDO, and some were in sugar mills.
Infrastructure: If we compare the infrastructure of our college with other colleges like Vidya, our infrastructure is not good. Wi-Fi is not available for students. Labs are goods, and classrooms are average. The library is the perfect place in our college. Facilities provided in our college hostel is average, neither bad nor excellent. The quality of the food served is most of the time is not good to eat. The quality of the food served in the canteen is something better than the hostel. There is no medical facility available during classes. Sports grounds and games room are available in our college.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, and they all are most qualified in their specialisation. They also have good knowledge of their work. The quality of teaching is excellent in our college. The course curriculum is relevant to the job profiles, and it makes the students ready for the industrial job.
Other: I have an interest in the chemical field because I want to know how a reaction occurs. The best thing about my course is you will learn about every concept, which is happening in a daily life related to our field. Most of the things will teach us practically not thoroughly. There are many events conducted every year in our college, and even fest is conducted. The campus crowd is always awesome in every condition. The connectivity is also good. The campus surrounding is good. Scholarship facilities are also good. There are many extracurricular activities conducted every time. Even many seminars are conducted for students from reputed industries.
