Is B.E./B.Tech at Meerut Institute of Technology (MIT) Worth the Investment?

Based on reviews from current students and alumni, here's a summary of the pros and cons:

    Infrastructure and Facilities:
    * Mixed feedback on the infrastructure - some students find it good, while others mention it's outdated and needs improvement.
    * Limited recreational spaces and sports facilities.
    * Hostel accommodations are considered poor, with complaints about food quality, hygiene, and cramped living conditions.

    Faculty and Teaching:
    * Positive feedback on the faculty's dedication and commitment to teaching.
    * First-year faculty members are generally considered good, but performance declines after that.

    Examinations and Academics:
    * Challenging and rigorous exams, with frequent assessments.
    * Passing marks are relatively high, and copy-checking is inconsistent.

    Placement and Career Opportunities:
    * Strong placement record, with 80-90% of students placed annually.
    * Average package ranges from INR6-7 Lakhs per annum, with the highest package reaching up to INR18 Lakhs.
    * Renowned companies like Tech Mahindra, TCS, and Infosys regularly recruit from MIT.

Overall, while there are some concerns about the infrastructure and hostel facilities, the strong placement record and committed faculty make it a worthwhile investment for those looking for a career-oriented program. However, prospective students should weigh these factors against the drawbacks and consider whether MIT meets their individual expectations.

Review of Meerut Institute of Technology.
Placements: 80 percent of students are placed with almost 6-7 lacs per year. Most students prefer to choose core jobs but students are placed in both core and non-core jobs. And also, students move on to higher education. Many companies visit here students like TCS , Mahindra, etc.
Infrastructure: I should not recommend this college hostel because it's environment is very bad and the food quality is also poor. Mess food items are present in limited quantities. But rooms and hostels are clean in the one-day gap. Present in the hostel are many quality machines, like washing machines, geysers, and watercoolers.
Faculty: The faculty of Meerut Institute of Technology are very educated and kindly. They support the student and increase his. Exam curricula are very tough, and university examinations are also very tough. The college conducts exams and regular classes. After a second, they are rude.

Good placement in 2020, dissatisfied with infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: I am currently a first-year student pursuing B.Tech in CSE at MIT Meerut. The average placement package at our institute is around 3-4 LPA, but a few exceptional students manage to secure offers of 8 to 10 LPA. We have several renowned companies such as TCS, WIPRO, Hexaware, Collabera, Daffodils, and many others that visit our campus for recruitment.
Infrastructure: Classes will be assigned based on sections, and free Wi-Fi access will be provided on every floor. In the first year, you will be allocated a three-seater room. However, the quality of food in the dining hall is below average. As for sports, there is a single basketball and volleyball court, and there is one canteen on campus. Although the campus area is not extensive, medical facilities are available in the evening.
Faculty: It is crucial to prioritize your studies in the first semester, as teachers are highly attentive and will promptly notify your parents if you are absent from college. Therefore, it is essential to remain focused on your studies during your first year. If you are diligent and acquire the necessary skills sought by companies, pursuing a B.Tech. course can be highly advantageous for you.
Other: In 2023, a renowned actress will grace our college fest, providing an opportunity to learn about various aspects of college life. Our college organizes the annual MRIDANG festival, which is celebrated with great enthusiasm every year.
