Mixed Bag, yet better than most DU colleges.

Placements: I'm currently a sophomore and so haven't experienced the placements myself. However, the placement cell of MH has brought in big names like Make My Trip, Next IAS and numerous NGOs. Almost 60-70% of applicants makes through internships in HR, PR, Content Writing, and other related roles.

Review of Miranda House, University of Delhi.

Placements: It is a new course. Our batch has 20 students. This course has a good scope. They teach us very less, because research work is not much lucrative in our country. Many students opted for a master's degree or competitive exams.

It's a Home away from home.

Placements: Most of the placements takes place in Eco (hons) course but the kind of exposure the college gives to students working in societies or associated organisations is extraordinary. Mostly students pursue UPSC after getting graduated from my course, but there are ample opportunities for research internship and also content writing.

Our college provides good placements and has a pleasant atmosphere.

Placements: The majority of sociology graduates want to work in government jobs or further their education. Placements in this domain are relatively less significant. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA to 7 LPA. Top roles offered are content creator, market head, and admin head.

Good College in terms of exposure and great peers.

Placements: 1 person got placed among 60 but this isn't because of lack of opportunity. Many of our batchmates were aspiring to pursue higher education and give competitive exams instead of opting for campus placements. Barclay's was the top recruiter. And the roles were for business/data analyst.

Our college has good infrastructure, faculty members, and campus.

Placements: Placements are not much in our course. Some students got placed through off-campus placements. There are many opportunities for internships. Students have the chance to do add-on skill courses to enhance their knowledge like data science or coding-related courses.

Companies like google, makemytrip, Ohio, jurni etc. all come forth with placement opportunities.

Great faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: The Placement opportunities are ample here in Miranda House, but that is not the case for Science courses like this one. Most of the students choose higher studies. But if someone still wants to get placed, he/she can apply for off campus placements and get a package of 2 or 3 LPA. Various internship opportunities are provided in the college by companies like Younity, market, etc. Various certificates are provided to the students on the completion of their internship programme. This college provides good placements and best infrastructure. It also has a beautiful garden.

Placements: Our college has a placements cell, but placements are not good. A very few students opt to sit in placements as most of the students in this college want to study further. In this college, education-oriented firms visit for placements, and very few corporate sectors visit our college to hire students.

Placements: There are 100% of placements shown over there but in orientation I asked a teacher about placements and she told that not every student gets placements. Approximately 80% of students are placed in schools.
