Placements: The college is very supportive in terms of campus placements. The alumni network is very strong. Top recruiting companies like HUL, Nestle, Wipro and Accenture visit our college for placements. A top role offered is an assistant manager. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Almost 75% of the students from our batch got placed. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students get placements. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The top companies recruiting from our campus are Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Chase, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, and KPMG. Almost 100 students get internships in Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citibank JP Morgan, KPMG, Deloitte, and PWC. Financial advisory, audit-accounts officer, and tax planner are the roles offered.
Placements: You have to do an internship in the second year and write a report in the third year of semester 1. It is mandatory for every student. The placement cell is really nice and supportive here, and most of the students got placed. Lately, there were issues due to Covid-19. You will get roles according to specialisation and knowledge.
Placements: Almost 80-90% of the students were placed from the campus itself. The placement was never an issue at this college. I'm not sure about the packages. Some companies that came for recruitment are Accenture, Max Life, etc. 60% students applied for internships and all of them received it. I'm not sure about the roles offered.
Placements: Our college had a very good placement cell, and most of the students from our college got placed in good companies. The average salary package offered 2.5 LPA. In case of any doubts and queries, the faculty members in the placement cell helped us out a lot. For internships, students can try to reach out to companies themselves.
Placements: There are 40 students in our course. There are no placements, and no recruiting companies came for this course. We can get internships via summer internship programmes, and teachers provide information regarding the same. Research assistant might be the role offered, but most of them opted to go for masters.
Placements: I am a student of the batch of 2019-2020 and had pursued 3 years of bachelor in arts B.A degree from Mithibai. I did my majors in the 3rd year in sociology. Only 20% of the students were placed from here. The highest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month, and the average salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 5,000 per month. Top recruiting companies here are TISS and Tata. About 10% of the students got internships in TISS. Top roles offered here are a social w...
Placements: I heard a lot about placements. They are good, and many interviews and curricular activities are conducted for you to participate. If it goes well, you might be selected for an internship. The internships not only help you in personality development but also help you earn.
Placements: Placements for arts background have very little scope. Placements in good companies are not possible. Students need to do some extra co-curricular activities to get good placements. Even companies like Deloitte, and DataMatrix are looking for candidates from IT, and finance backgrounds.
Placements: There were no placements for B.Com students in the college. Even if placements were conducted, there was no communication related to placements. I have not heard of any good placement opportunities provided for B.Com students. So, our college needs to invite good companies to motivate students.
Placements: The placement cell of Mitihibai College is very good as they provide the best placement options and training to their students with the best companies. I am not quite sure about the students who got placed from our course, but companies do select students with good CVs. The salary packages offered are maximum up to 5 LPA by reputed companies, but again it's very much dependent on the students with exceptional personalities. The top roles offered for B.Sc. chemistry students are mainly lab techni...
Placements: I was from B.Sc. In our college, the placement cell for science students is not good at all. If you possess some extra skills like communication to add management skills, your chances are higher to get placed but not in the science field. Only 20% of the companies approach our college for the science stream. From our batch, around 4 students got placed out of 108. Only one company named GIA, i.e., Gemological Institute of America, showed interest.
Placements: Placements in Mithibai for B.Sc mathematics students were really terrible. Out of 44 students in our TYBSC mathematics division, only 2 students got average placements, and even those placements are offered in the finance and sales sectors. Most of the other students don't attend placements because of poor placements. Being mathematics students, we expect to get placements related to actuarial science or data science or some other fields along these lines. But offering marketing or sales placeme...
Placements: The lowest package offered is 5-6 LPA in B.Sc. chemistry. There is a lot of scope and students get more marks in this field. The students are doing well in this field, and they easily pass this course. Students get 100% placements in this field.
Placements: Top roles offered for our college in the BMS course are in the marketing field. Top recruiting companies are Reliance, IBM, Harvest, etc. Students required 80% of marks for internships. Companies like IBM offered the highest salary package of 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered varies from 4 LPA to 5 LPA.
Placements: I don't know surely how many students got placements from our course, but companies select a lot of students, especially the cream crowd. The salary package offered here ranges from 1 LPA-4 LPA, but it can be high for some exceptional students. Placements are offered in all domains like HR, marketing, operations and finance. Good companies visit our college every year, which includes big 4 companies as well.
Placements: Almost 70% of the TYBA psychology branch got placed. About 45 students got selected from the unaided batch and 45 students from the aided batch of psychology. Usually, psychologists have to do masters, and then they get good placements.
Placements: Mithibai is the best college in Mumbai. It was also known for its degrees in commerce and science. There were 10-12% of students in B.Com. If we talk about courses, there were many courses offered in commerce, like B.Com. BAF, any many more. Their cut-offs were also the most. We had to study more to get in good degrees. There were many recruitments done from the colleges from B.Com. Almost 8-9% of the students got internships from our course. Top roles, like tally, etc., were offered.
Placements: Our college was very good. Even students of B.Com were good. About 10-15% of the students were studying the course. Companies like Muthoot Finance and Trigent Software were offering jobs. About 2-3% of the students got jobs in Trigent Software, and 7-8% of the students got placed in Muthoot Finance.
