MNIT - A Dream Come True to Study in NIT.

Placements: There are about 83% of students placed in mechanical engineering. The highest package is about 26.50 LPA and the lowest package is about 4.50 LPA, with the average package being about 8 LPA. Top recruiters in core fields are BPCL, Maruti Suzuki, Reliance, and Triumph, and in software, BNY and Deutsche Bank. About 20% of students got internships in companies like JSL, Bajaj, Reliance, etc. Roles offered include Project Manager, GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee), Operations Manager, R&D, etc.

Infrastructure: There are good and well-structured facilities and infrastructure in this college. Labs and classrooms are clean, air-conditioned, and have projectors. The library is good, with all domain books, and Wi-Fi is available throughout. The hostel food quality is okay, and there is also a LAN port system for internet access.

Faculty: Teachers are well-knowledgeable and qualified with the required degrees. They are also helpful towards students. They mentor students, solve their problems, provide projects, and help build skills. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant to industry work. Semester exams are not tough, and students can perform in exams by just reading two weeks before the exam.

Other: There are two fests in a year: the Technical Fest (Sphinx) and the Cultural Fest (Blitzschlag). These are the largest fests in Rajasthan. These are three-day fests in which various events take place, and many colleges participate in the events.

MNIT, (My Dream College).

Placements: Around 80% of students get placed last year from mechanical engineering. The highest package was 23 LPA offered by BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited), and the minimum package offered was 4.5 LPA. Top recruiters include Reliance, BPCL, Maruti Suzuki, and Triumph. Companies offer roles of Project Manager, GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee).

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is excellent, and classrooms are well-equipped with projectors and air-conditioned. Labs are also nice, having all the setups for experiments. The library is very good, with a collection of books in all domains; it's air-conditioned too. Hostels have facilities for either LAN or Wi-Fi. Mess food is okayish.

Faculty: Teachers are good, knowledgeable, and qualified with the best experience of teaching. They are also helpful, mentoring students, and solving their problems. Yes, it is relevant to the industry. Semester exams are easy to pass if you attend 60-70% of the classes sincerely and study 2 weeks before the exam.

College review of MNIT Jaipur.

Placements: In 2024, 75% of students get placement. Minimum is 7.2 LPA, and maximum is 28.5 LPA. The average is 14 LPA. The main recruiting companies are BPCL, OHSL, etc. Approximately 60% of students got internships. Employment in a big mechanical field company. Students can also take placement in the IT sector by doing a minor in CS or AI branches.

Infrastructure: The labs are quite good, and good machinery is available, but the technicians do not give that much attention while teaching us only formalities. Our drona hostel's mess is controlled by the government; that's why the food quality is quite good. Good and large sports grounds, but all sports like football and cricket are played on the same field.

Faculty: Teachers are eligible and qualified; some of them have completed their Masters from abroad. Teaching quality is average because marks are more important than skills. This course is curriculum-relevant. It makes students industry-ready because regularly we go on an industry or factory visit.

Other: This course also provides opportunities in the IT sector. We also get placement in core branches. So many events will happen in college. Like Blitsslag, Sphinx, Mst, and the Inter NIT. Department Day celebration.

College with decent placement opportunities, but I am a bit dissatisfied with hostel facilities.

Placements: The past year's placement percentage for the mechanical branch was above 80%. It was pretty decent compared to other branches. The highest salary package offered was 27 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 8 LPA. Top core companies like Hero Motocorp, Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Bajaj Motors, BHEL, HPCl, and BPCL visit our college.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities. Classrooms are huge and air-conditioned. There is a central library for borrowing books and journals. A computer center is available 24X7 open. The infrastructure of the hostel is average. The food quality is average in some hostels. For any help, we can contact the caretaker of the hostel. Any complaint can be registered online which is a good thing.

Faculty: All faculty members are well-qualified. They are Ph.D. holders from reputed institutions. They are ready to help students with their studies and careers anytime. They motivate students to be the finest in their respective fields. Two exams are conducted during a semester. One is mid-term, and the other is end-term. It carries 30 and 50% of weightage. Semester exams are easy to pass if you study notes thoroughly. Some courses require regular practice to ace them. Others can clear by studying a week before examinations. The pass percentage depends on the course and professors.

Other: I chose mechanical engineering because it is an evergreen branch with an increasing scope in automobile, healthcare, space industry, defence industry, etc. The best thing about our course is that it always remains in demand. Industrial visits and workshops can be conducted to improve learning and give hands-on experience. MNIT has two annual fests named Blitzschlag a cultural fest, and Sphinx a techno-management fest, which experiences large footfall every year from various nearby colleges. Other extracurricular activities include the AIINIT sports tournament, the Malviya sports tournament, and various events of the central government. The campus is spread over more than 300 acres of land. It is situated near the railway station. It is Gandhinagar Jaipur. It is near a Jaipur airport.

Placements: This year's placement stati says that about 75 ℅ students are placed till now. There have salaries from ranging with aver package of 10 to 13 lacks per annum Depending upon the branches.. There are several dream companies that recruit from our campus. However the placement statist of mechanic students I the highest this year.

Infrastructure: The infrast of campus is excellent with dedicates buildings for doeartments or branches. The campus has a drawback that the canteen closes soon.also there is a computer center where students can study. The hostel are good and livable with triple sharing rooms first eyar and single rooms ffomr 2nd year onwards.

Faculty: The teaching staff is excellent and well learned having skills.The course cirriculum should be altered according to latest technologies as the syllabus is still old. The semes exams are moderate level with passing percentage of 35 xland with attndace of minimum.r
