B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Batch of 2025

Overall the infrastructure of the college and the faculty members are good.
Placements: Our college has a good placement record. This year, 10 to 12 students got placed, with the highest package being 9 LPA and the lowest being 3.3 LPA. The internship opportunities are also good. Most of the students get internships from Salesforce. Some students also get internships from DRDO.
Infrastructure: The hostel and academic buildings have Wi-Fi. There is a library for reading and separate labs for each course. The canteen and mess food are good, and medical emergencies are handled promptly. The college also has good sports facilities.
Faculty: The faculty are knowledgeable and helpful, and the teaching quality is good. All courses are relevant, and the college recently visited a nearby industry to provide practical knowledge. The semester examinations are a bit tough because they don't set questions from the last previous pattern.
Other: I chose B.Teach, but the branch I was assigned to was not my first choice. However, I am enjoying the program overall.

Our college provides good infrastructure and placements but facilities are not better.
Placements: There were no placements till 2021. In the year 2022, many students got placed in this course. Almost 80% of students got placed in our course. The average salary package offered ranges from 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, HCL, Infosys, etc. You have to find internships by yourself through your connection.
Infrastructure: Currently only the academics building has Wi-Fi but in future the entire campus is going be have Wi-Fi connectivity. Both girls' and boys' hostels are good. The food served in the hostel is good. Medical facilities are also available. There is a huge playground for sports like volleyball, cricket, and football.
Faculty: Faculty members are available for all types of help regarding our subjects. This college does not make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are averagely difficult but it is lengthy. The minimum passing CGPA is 5 in every semester as per rules.

Student have to work on their own to get placed in top companies.
Placements: Top companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Tower Research, Adobe, Uber and many others don't visit our college for placements. Students get placed in various non-tech companies like EXL, Axtria, ZS Associates, Brain and Company, BCG etc. with their hard work. Internships are available only through contacts in our college, but you can apply for a non-tech internship through campus.
Infrastructure: Sports facilities are top-notch with cricket ground, gymnasium, volleyball, kabaddi, basketball, table tennis, squash, badminton, etc. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is good but can be made better. The hostels are not so good, but there are new multi-storeyed hostels being constructed, and they have all the top-notch facilities one needs.
Faculty: Some new teachers (mostly Ph.D. students) are generally not good. However, regular classes and premium quality labs ensure amazing educational experience. The teachers in our institution are very helpful, well qualified, and have good knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry ready by involving students in innovative projects, which allow them to survey topics outside of the course.
Other: Some societies/clubs are good and you can choose any depending on your interests.

Review of Motihari College of Engineering.
Placements: Our course does not have a lot of on-campus placements, but there are some off-campus placements available. The highest salary package offered is 5.6 LPA by TCS. Students from our stream are also placed in the IT sector. For our course, there is no company that comes on campus for the recruitment procedures. Some students got internships and were placed in the IT sector rather than in the core sector. Students in our course primarily chose GATE and other options.
Infrastructure: There are many proper instruments and everything is available in our lab. There is proper management of the electronic equipment. Regarding the Wi-Fi facilities, there is no such thing available in the college, not even in the hostel. In our hostel, food quality is good but not best as compared to another one. The surrounding environment is quiet and good for studying. Other facilities like beds, almirahs, and fans are available in the college hostel. There is no act of ragging in our hostel.
Other: I chose this course because I have a keen interest in the electrical department. I like to solve circuits for my own interests. That's why I chose this course in engineering. I wish that there were some on-campus companies that would come to hire students in the core branch, and there is modification required in the syllabus of our course. There are no events or festivals taking place at our college. According to the event name, there will only be a farewell party organised by juniors on a very small scale. I am not satisfied due to a lack of placements in core branches, but overall, our college is good to go for the purpose of studying and gaining knowledge.

Our college has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Almost 240 students are placed in our college. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 7.6 LPA. Almost 40% of the students got an internship.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on the whole campus. Labs are for all subject like a chemistry lab, electronics lab and also for a computer lab. The library has a good facility for books. Hotel's facilities are very good, and every day we play games and sports.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful for us and qualified with PhD and M.Tech. They are knowledgeable. The course curriculum is English in all subject. Here teachers make students industry-ready. Teachers style for teaching is also good.
Other: I have chosen this course to become an engineer.
