Placements: Less than half of the students got placed in companies from our college. We were privy to many competitive companies, but a few top-tier companies were not part of the placements. I wish to see more fortune 500 companies visiting Mount Carmel College, and roles offered mostly include accounting roles. Our college can approach more digital marketing companies and expand their horizons for commerce students.
Placements: I did a specialised course of B.Com industry integrated under the commerce course. During our course tenure, about 15% of the students got placed in big 4 companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, etc., in the commerce market. Other startup companies are also an option for placements for this course at the undergraduate level.
Placements: I studied B.Com industry integrated. Our class strength was 70, and only half of them applied for placements. The rest wanted to pursue higher education. Out of the 35-40 students who applied for placements, at least 20-25 students got placed. The highest salary package offered to us was 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was around 1.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Deloitte, EY, EY GDS, KPMG, etc. Everyone got their internships, and our course was an intense course....
Placements: The salary package offered was around 4 LPA. Companies visiting the campus were recruiting students on high numbers. All were well-known companies and were offering placements for all the courses. Top companies like IBM, Schneider, HP, Wipro, etc., visited the campus for recruitment. Many more companies from commerce and science field also visit the campus.
Placements: A lot of students who pursued journalism got into top news companies. Others went onto to do further studies in psychology and English. Around 65-70 students were part of the batch. Not sure about the salary package offered. Almost everyone found good internships.
Placements: Around 30% of the students got placed in campus recruitment from our course. The highest salary offered was around Rs. 35,000 per month, the average salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month. Top recruiting companies were KPMG, EY, Deloitte, PWC, Accenture, etc. Top roles offered were audit assistant, chief accountant, etc.
Placements: There aren't a lot of options when it comes to placements for students pursuing science. The number of companies coming to hire someone from a pure science background is less as most of the placements occur for management students or students belonging to commerce background.
Placements: I was batch of 2017 and passed out in 2020. The placements are ample and students are given a very good training before attending any sort of interview well in advance. The average package depends on companies and there are companies like Infosys, EY and many start ups that come for recruitment .
Placements: The college has 90% placement almost every year. The highest package is around 1000000/-per annum and least package is 250000/-. Top companies like Accenture, INT, Amazon, Biocon, Cognizant, and many more companies visit the campus. Every year an internship fare is conducted so that students can get exposure to working in industries.
Placements: Probably less than 50% got placed through college. The highest package was 4lpa and the lowest was 2.5lpa for my course. Top recruiting company - Thomas Cook, SOTC. All the students got internships. Top roles that were offered to the students of my batch were of sales executives.
Placements: Around 35% of the students got placed in the course. ITC and TERI are the top recruiting companies for our course. Around 15 % of the students got internships in the Pollution Control Board for database handling. Roles like environmental scientists, wildlife filming, database management, etc., were offered.
Placements: Almost 60% of the students get placed from the college in various startups and established companies. The roles offered to students differ according to their abilities. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month and the highest salary offered was Rs. 40,000 per month. The college conducts a test and also provides internship opportunities to at least 65% of the students.
Placements: The placement cell of our college make great effort to place most of the students. According to the placements of the last year, 65% of the students got placed from B.Com. Companies like Goldman Sachs provide both job offers as well as Internship offers. JP Morgan, KPMG, TCS and various well-established companies recruit students every year.
Placements: Around 80% are placed. Goldman Sachs and J P Morgan are the top recruiters. Around 75% students got internship. Most of the reputed companies come for placements. Top roles offered by the course are accountant, finance manager, H R manager, sale manager. And in marketing sector.
Placements: About 5% of the students got placed. My friends got an internship in the previous year at Merry go Learn. I have no idea about the companies which visit here to hire students from commerce background. Many companies should be invited, who are hiring science students, and they should also encourage us.
Placements: In our B.Com course, almost 40% of the students get placed. The salary packages offered are average for our course. Most of the students got into an internship in many startups as well as ongoing companies. Best placements and guaranteed college.
Placements: Our course is B.Com BPS, and it is a specialised course offered by Tata Consultancy Services. The recruitment mostly is done by TCS, and almost 80% of the students get recruited with a salary of Rs. 25,000 per month. Roles offered to the students varies according to students' capabilities.
Placements: 2% students were placed. The highest package was for Rs. 8.5 lakhs and the lowest package was for Rs. 2.5 lakhs. Roles offered were marketing executive, sales executive, accountant, Human resource executive. Good companies have been approaching our college for the recruitment.
Placements: The college does invite a lot of companies. About 60-70% of students are placed in companies that offer them good packages. Most of the students have also got an internship in good companies. The college invites companies that already have a good name in the market and also invites startups.
Placements: The Placements were above average. The college does invite a lot of companies but the packages offered are satisfactory. The Top Recruiting companies do come as well. About 70% students are placed in companies with an average package. A few students have got an internship in a variety of companies.
