Placements: I am currently in the 1st year of BBA course. My seniors got placed in top companies like L&T and Accenture. The average salary package offered ranges between 4-5 LPA. The college provides an internship this year, and around 35 companies offered an internship. Most of the companies offered paid internships. Around 80%-85% of the students from our course got placed.
Placements: The highest package offered is around 1 Lacs for the 1st month including the bonus by JP Morgan. Least was around 15000 per month. Top recruiting companies- JP Morgan, KPMG, EY. Out of 600 students who applied for internship nearly 300+ students were hired by Companies such as Unbox, Oyster Learning, Revamp, Rose petals etc.
Placements: I did my UG from chemistry, zoology and microbiology subjects. My core subject was Microbiology. Since we were doing bachelors, so most of the students from our batch wanted to pursue their Masters. So I don't know how placements were provided to the students who wanted to start their career. But, I have heard a lot from my seniors that the college provides pretty good placements. Students get placed with a good salary in companies likes Biocon, etc.
Placements: Being one of the best college in Bangalore and THE best college for women, there is no doubt that students from Mount Carmel College are sought after by well known companies. From my batch itself, everyone who SAT for placements got through. Though some of them took some time and had to wait till the end.
Placements: There are good placements in our college. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies were EY, Deloitte, KPMG, and PWC. Roles offered here were taxation, accounting, risk management, etc. The highest salary package offered in our course was 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course was 2 LPA. The average salary package offered in our course was 3 LPA. Almost 80% of the students were placed.
Placements: This course I. e B.Sc. Nutrition and dietetics, consists of 5 subjects, basically it's a triple major course. Basic nutrition, chemistry and human development or zoology are the 3 core subjects. Apart from this English is compulsory also you have to take a second language. This is a professional course so placements are only after M.Sc. not after B.Sc.
Placements: We are provided with good placements with average package of 350000-600000 per year and as of now there are companies yet to come that recruit students from my course and we are trained for the same by the college which gives us a clear understanding.
Placements: Placements in our college are nil. Not even a single company related to biotechnology or life science visited our campus for placements. Even if they visit, they are not related to our field. Before admission, they assure 100% placements, but it's not even 10% of what they promised. Undoubtedly, the education provided is good.
Placements: My stream was M.Sc. biotechnology which didn't have any decent placements. The commerce stream is given more importance. Placements are not given much importance to in our stream. It needs to be taken more seriously. It has been the same for previous batches.
Placements: Placements were not that great compared to our senior batches. A lot of too companies refused to come as they had faced issues with students before and the package was limited. But I see a difference in the same when talking to out juniors, they say it has become better.
Placements: Companies which visit here offered high profile. More than 500 students were recruited. Placements are just brilliant in Mount Carmel College. More than 10 companies provided the opportunity to work in their companies like KPMG, Deloitte, GS, EY, Accenture, etc.
Placements: Placements in our college are excellent. Topmost companies visit the campus for placements. Almost 90% of the students who attended placements from our batch got placed. They offer various roles such as clerks in banks up to assistant manager. Companies like Axis Bank, EY, JP Morgan, visit the campus for placements.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. The salaries offered were between Rs. 50,000 to 2 Lacs. The placement cell helps students not only to find their dream job but also to start their startups. They also provide lots of internship opportunities for students.
Placements: Mount Carmel College provides placements based on the score of students in aptitude test. Various Companies like Times of India, Tata Consultancy Services, EY, Airtel, Decathlon, etc., visited our college to recruit students. The average salary package offered for the students of B.Com course was 3 LPA, and this package is fairly good for a B.Com graduate. Many good and renowned companies visit our campus for placements. Students are also provided with live project opportunities.
Placements: At least 80% of the students get placed. I won't say that the placement rate is 100%, but most of the students get placed through campus placement drives. The placement training programme is provided for all the individuals, and it's mandatory as it helps students during placements.
Placements: Mount Carmel College provides placements based on the scores of students in aptitude test. If the test is cleared, MCC provides good placements for the students. Various companies like Times of India, Tata Consultancy Services, Airtel, Decathlon, E&Y, etc., recruit students from our college. They offer quite good packages starting from Rs. 2.5 LPA to 5 LPA.
Placements: Mount Carmel college provides one of the good placements compared to other UG college in Bangalore. 50% of my batch mates got placed, and others opted for higher studies. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000, and the highest salary offered is 50,000 per month approximately. My Senior batch had excellent placements. Companies that visit the campus are the best and big brands. They give a great kick-start to one's career. We had many internship opportunities. We used to get frequent emails from...
Placements: One of my friends got a job through placements. We do have a placement cell in our college, and I think it is efficient enough to provide information about placements to students. We usually get information about placements and even internships through e-mail.
Placements: Placements in the college were below average this year. Only 30 to 35% of students got placed and the average package offered was 3 lacs per annum. Ernst and Young hired a maximum number of students which was around 10. The placement cell conducted many training sessions to help students crack the selection rounds.
Placements: We had very few placements during my final year. Otherwise, Mount college is good placements wise. Companies like E&Y, GS and KPMG come for recruitment and high number of students get placed every year. There is a placement cell that takes care of placements and keeps us updated.
