Our college provides poor placements for mechanical engineering students.
Placements: Around 50% of students from our department get placed in IT sectors. Placements are not provided from core fields. TCS, Wipro, and CTS are the top recruiters. Offer letters are provided in January 2022 but students are not called for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is good. Lab facilities are good. The quality of food served in the hostel is not good. Sports and games are for namesake. Wi-Fi connectivity is not meant for students to access through their mobiles but it is available in the laboratories.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is not completely relevant. Semester exams for mechanical engineering are difficult to clear because of the analytical concepts.
Other: Placements should be provided according to respective departments because most of the mechanical engineering students are placed in the IT sector. Sports activities and cultural activities are not organised regularly.

Satisfied feeling of the college totally.
Placements: 1. Only around 50% of the students were placed. 2. The highest salary offered -6L per annum, the lowest -2L per annum was offered. 3. TCS, Zoho, Wipro are the top recruiters. 4. GET roles only as trainees not as employees were offered. 5. The highest-1.2L per annum, the lowest-96000 per annum was offered to our course. 6. Just a handful got internship and the companies are local companies.
Infrastructure: 1. No Wi-Fi facility, Labs classrooms library are fine. Labs were good equipped but weren't let to utilize fully. 2. Hostel is not good, canteen mess all are horrible, Medical facilities haha they won't let us use them. Sports and games weren't allowed to play.
Faculty: 1. Teachers were not fully knowledgeable they did what the syllabus had. Teaching quality is not good. But the teachers were double faced. 2. Not at all. Only book contents are taught. Students were not given any exposure. A typical syllabus based faculty student relationship.
Other: 1. Mechanical engineering is my favorite course. The best thing is machines. 2. Entirely the college can be changed and the syllabus can be changed. 3. No events, fest weren't there, campus crowd was moderate, connectivity is bad, campus surrounding was good, Scholarships were there, extracurricular activities I haven't heard of them.

It provides a good environment for students and infrastructure is good.
Placements: Almost 87% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 1.5 lacs per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. TCS and MRF are the top recruiting companies. The manager is the top role offered to students. The average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. Almost 37% of the students get an internship in TCS and Ashok Leyland.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There is a library with a lot of collection and also a digital library. There are various labs worth Rs. 2.5 crores. The quality of the facilities in our hostel is very good. The quality of the food served in the mess and canteen are excellent. The medical facilities, sports and games are excellent and well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is good and friendly. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes us industry-ready on various basis.
Other: I chose this course because of my interests and curiosity in mechanical. It makes my knowledge much more creative. There should be more job opportunities. All the events are coordinately organised with fun and involvement. They support and motivate us to participate also in other colleges.

Infrastructure and facilities are good in our college.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed in our college. The highest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Justdail, Ashoka Ltd., MRF. TCS company recruited six members, Justdial recruited two members, MRF recruited one member in our college. Nearly 70% of the students got an internship at our college.
Infrastructure: Facilities available are air-conditioned classrooms, Wi-Fi and the library, and all departments textbook are available in our college. All the facilities are good. Hostel facilities are good with air-conditioning and hygienic food, but hostel rooms are very limited.
Faculty: Professors have good knowledge, help the students in projects, teachers teach from out of the portion and use PDF for teaching, and they conduct a workshop in our college. The college provides industry visits to the final year students 4 or 5 times in a year.
Other: I chose this course to get more knowledge, earn more money. We need more design classes.

I am not well satisfied with the college due to sports activities.
Placements: About 56% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package of 10 LPA and the lowest salary package of 2 LPA and the salary package of 3 LPA are offered to students. TCS, Zoho, Amazon, Sutherland, etc., are the top recruiters. I have no idea about the top roles offered. The highest salary package of 6 LPA and the lowest salary package of 2 LPA and the average salary package of 3.5 LPA are offered in our course. Around 25% of the students got internships in various core industries such as TCS, Lucas, TVS, etc.
Infrastructure: There are good classrooms with good ventilation, and smart classrooms are available for the better improvement of technical concepts with visualisation. There is an air-conditioned digital library with super internet facility available. The food quality in the college hostel is poor, but medical facilities are satisfactory. The sports facility is also poor.
Faculty: Teachers are sometimes helpful, have good qualification and average knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is not satisfactory to the students. The course curriculum is not irrelevant to the students, and it makes a huge discrepancy for the students in their industry life.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in it, and it provides good analytical skills for us. I wish that the college should update the syllabus. Mitilence is a national level technical symposium conducted in every year in our college.
