What You Didn't Know About the National Institute of Fashion Technology.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and have experience of 10+ years. The teaching quality is top-notch. The practical application of apparel production makes students very much industry-ready, which you will experience once you enter NIFT. You have juries and two written exams, which are very easy if you understand the concepts clearly during lectures.

This is the best campus ever.

Faculty: The best area is that there are more practical classes, so it's very interesting, and the faculty are also good for teaching, and the lessons they are giving are also getting proper attention. And we have jury exams that are divided into three parts: midterm, end term, and final.

Life at Nift Kannur be like.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Most faculty members are NIFT alumni. They all teach well; some of them are really nice. The curriculum is relevant and is designed to prepare students for the industry. In NIFT, most subjects have juries. Juries can be difficult, but it depends on how well you prepare.

I am dissatisfied with placements and campus life.

Faculty: Teachers are well experienced in the industry. The teaching is according to the curriculum with several outbound and industry visits. The curriculum is theory-based, and internships are done to gain industry experience. Exams are pretty competitive and fair. They are jury-based.

Our college has good infrastructure and the fee structure is a little high.

Faculty: Teachers teach well and are very friendly. They give us practical and theoretical knowledge by making us practice everything and presentations. The curriculum definetly makes us industry-ready. We have all kinds of such facilities in the college. The semester exams are mostly jury. We have to present our work to the jury members and also exams for theory subjects. The pass percentage is 50% and 14 marks by 40 for the jury.

It has good placements in 2021, really good ambience to study and perfect study materials to study.

Faculty: The teachers here are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is excellent. This course is curriculum-relevant, and this makes students industry-ready. Semester exams in this college are of intermediate level. The pass percentage is 100%.

The college has good infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Faculty here are experts in the field they teach and experienced in top companies. The course curriculum is relevant, but it has changed into a newer syllabus now including new subjects like theatre, nature walk, photography, dance and more. It makes the students industry-ready.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and helpful. At present there are only three faculty members and one assistant in the Fashion Design department. All the teachers are approachable and the way of teaching is quite involving and helps the students develop their own creativity and personality. There are 30-35 students in every batch. Every year students go for Industry visits to Tiruppur, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Wayanad, etc. And get to study and learn the processes more closely. The course curriculum was...

A good place for learner's to learn the process, technologies from past till present, various culture

Faculty: It is the student who has to learn not the faculty, so I always been in contact with faculty in class & as well as through social media like Facebook and WhatsApp. Their methods of teaching were experiencing and easy. The ratio of student to faculty was like 100:20. Since the campus is situated in the industrial area, so mostly I got time to get industry exposure like a visit to CCRI, chiral weaving industry, Kerala handloom and some other textile processing units. It was a great experience for ...

Not regretting one moment of the last four years!

Faculty: Faculty Rating The faculty members were really good. Well, my department faculty members. They always want best for us and always supported us in improving ourselves. They all matched our vibe and supported us in academics and other co-curricular activities. We could always go to them for their guidance. Even the department assistants are very friendly and fun.
