NIFT Mumbai cutoff for UG and PG courses is based on the NIFT Exam. As per the NIFT Mumbai cutoff 2024, the last round closing rank for B.Des ranged between 1557 and 3400 for the OBC All India category students. B.Des. in Accessory Design was the most competitive specialisation considering its last round closing rank. So, as per the NIFT last round cutoff, candidates seeking admission to NIFT Mumbai must secure a rank upto 3400 to be eligible for B.Des admission.

Direct admission to National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Mumbai is not possible. The institute follows a rigorous admission process that involves a written test, situation test, and personal interview. Candidates must register online on the official website of NIFT and appear for the entrance exam. After clearing both stages of the entrance exam, candidates are called for a personal interview round. The final selection is based on the candidate’s performance in all three rounds - written test, situation test, and personal interview.
