Not best but too good for any type of student.

Placements: At first placement record is not so good for last year. No core related company came last year. Approximately 355 students were recruited among 600 students. Specifically mechanical and civil department placement were very poor. Others departments will chance to GET job through college but not sure for me and ce.

Very good faculty, good infrastructure and a lot of book collections.

Placements: Surely the college placed many students since its establishment. Seniors always said that they got placed successfully. Many of my seniors and friends got jobs in very good companies like TCS and Infosys. Many companies came for placements and hired many students every year.

Not completely satisfied with the infrastructure.

Placements: The placement scenario was quite poor in the previous year. Though mass recruitment was done by TCS, only 50%-55% of the total students were placed. The salary offered by TCS was around 3.6 LPA. The highest salary was offered by Thought Works, which was around 8 LPA.

The condition of core stream is very pathetic. Erase your expectations to get placement job (Core ).

Placements: For the core students, the placement condition is too bad, but for electrical and mechanical students, the placements are quite better than the civil students. Around 30-40 students from electrical department. Almost 15-20 people from mechanical department got jobs (Total students of ME is 120 ). In case of civil students, the condition is too pathetic. Only 1 student got a job in TCS out of 140 students. Total 3-4 civil companies came to our college, but no one recruited any candidates from ou...

In my college, 1500 students from CS, IT, ECE got placed.

Placements: The placements are good. Don't worry, if you have bad CGPA. The average package of civil is good rather than other colleges. In this college, the placements are good for Cs and IT. The average package is of 6.2 LPA. My college is top among IIT and NIT in BME. It ranked 5. The placement cell is good. The average percentage of the students got internships from college. Many companies visit my college like Expedia, Don Bosco, Johnston and Control etc.

Overall Netaji Subhash Engineering College is a good non Government college to complete your B.Tech.

Placements: The placement rate is good in Netaji Subhash Engineering College. For computer Science stream the normal rate of placement is near about 80%. TCS comes here as the mass recruiter. Along with many other company comes also. If one is good in studies one will definitely get job on campus.

The faculty of the College are good.

Placements: As a private engineering college, its placement is quite good. The companies visit here are more than sufficient. The average is package is 3-4lpa. Companies like TCS, Wipro and infosys etc. We hope, in future, many more companies will come to select more students.

Well-known and reputed college, but placements are decreasing from past two years.

Placements: The placements are not very good. It is one of the most valuable colleges in West Bengal. This is a reputed college. The faculty are very helpful. The college environment is good. 2 or 3 mass recruiters like TCS come to college, and students are successfully placed in TCS, CTS, IBM, Infosys, Zebronics, Polycab Wires, Robert Bosch, Hitachi Consulting and hope it will go up. The average package offered is 3.5 lacs per annum.

The advantages and disadvantages of NSEC.

Placements: TCS is the company which gives max placement in our college as our college is under techno India University (Tata). Wipro and other companies also gives some placements and the other companies take negligible students for serving jobs and mechanical stream there is 0 placement.

Good college to opt for. A career launcher if used wisely.

Placements: The placements for our batch has been decent so far. Amidst the placements fiasco this time, more than half the students of CSE stream got a job to brag about. Companies like TCS, Thoughtworks, Microsoft, Persistent etc. Joined the pool of recruiters. Acolyte emerged victorious hiring @ 13 LPA. But the bottom line is if you ain't a prodigious fella, TCS is the only force to reckon with. Besides job offerings, NSEC provide ample opportunities to students to get interned with Ixia, Cerner etc.

This college provides a good education, and it is good for CSE and management studies.

Placements: The placements in the college are good only for the computer science department but not for the mechanical and civil department. There was a protest in January 2018 for placements of the mechanical department. Computer science department gets a regular package because the university being a techno India.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Our college gets many companies for offering a job. Only intelligent ones get a job in core company, for an average student non-core company offers the job like TCS etc. The highest salary offered is 2.5LPA and the lowest salary offered is 2.5LPA. Very fewer students got the job in their core companies.

NSEC is one of the good engineering college in WEST BENGAL.

Placements: Core companies are coming rarely. If your point is good- more than 7.0, you may get placed ATIT companies by showing your qualities. Mainly NSEC belongs to the TECHNO INDIA GROUP. From TIG there are many students placed at TCS from different college of TIG.

Netaji Subhash Engineering College is really a good college to complete B.Tech degree.

Placements: The placements are really good here. TCS and other companies come here. The average percentage of placement is 80% here. The salary offered here is like 25000 to 80000. Over all the campusing of Netaji Subhash Engineering College is really good enough.

Satisfied with the campusing and good placements of students.

Placements: Nsec has good placements as per record. Earlier Placements were good till 2016. But surprisingly placement rate has decreased to an extent due to change in campusing technique. Though good companies, such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, still visit us till date.

Satisfied with the non-core branch, but totally dissatisfied with the core branch.

Placements: Placements for non-core branches are very good, whereas placements for core branches are very poor. TCS is a mass recruiter. It recruits almost 200 students and offers a salary package of 3.2 LPA. Some companies also offer 10 LPA-12 LPA. For the students of CSE branch, the college provides internship opportunities.

The college is good, but the placements should be more.

Placements: A few companies visited our institutions for the placements. TCS and Wipro visited for campusing, but a few students were selected. The salary package was not good. Most of the students did not get the placement, so they need make more companies to visit. Today the students are here to study and to get a job.

It is a great college and nice.

Placements: The placements are good for IT, CSE, and EE as 90% of the students placed from this college. The highest package offered was 5 lakhs per year, average 3.5 lakhs per year. About 50% of the students got internships, and there is a placement cell, but not good for mechanical engineering in the college. There are no core companies and no placement for ME, CE in the college.
