Best college for ECE CSE and EE but very poor for BME CE and ME.

Placements: In the year 2018 almost 60% of the student got placed in the IT companies. Actually TCS is our mass recruiter and it recruited 170 students out of 350 eligible candidate last year. Expect TCS, many other companies like I GET, Johnson Control, Microsoft, IXIA it's comes here for recruitment.

Best college for IT, CSE, ECE and EE. But very poor for ME and CE.

Placements: Our college placement is medium. Mass recruiter like TCS only come to our college. Only one mass recruiter come to our college rest only take some students. Previously we had 2 mass recruiters. Each year our placements is decreasing. But there ar e some good companies like microsoft, thoughtworks etc. Which also come to your college. Internships are not much provided.

Average college for average students, but not average for CE, ME.

Placements: The placements are average. The college should bring more companies for the unplaced student. IT companies are more prefered. The college placement cell should think about the students of the civil and mechanical department. The college should give the opportunity to all the students to sit in every campus interview.

An average college with decent faculty members.

Placements: There are almost no placements for the mechanical branch in this college. TCS is the only mass recruiter. So being from a core branch, you would only get the option of an IT company. Considering the mechanical branch in this college, it won't be a very good decision to join this college unless you only have the options that are below the standards of this college.

College is good in comparison to other colleges in Kolkata.

Placements: The placement of these college have been gradually decreased from the last couple of years. The mass recruiter is TCS most of the eligible students wait for TCS but for the last couple of years the number of placed students have been deacreased. Some companies like JCI, Amazon offers placements but 1 or 2 students are get placed in these companies.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of Infrastructure.

Placements: If we placement ratio of this college in Softwear is good but in core branch not good, but from previous year placement of mechanical is increased. The highest package of mechanical branch is 8 Lacs and the lowest is 4Lakh. Almost all students got internship and training from college and 4-5 thousand stipend they offered during internship.

Faculty members are good but very bad placement. Average infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placement of Computer Science and Information technology was very good. But the same for mechanical and civil is bizarre. Almost 60-70% of software sectors got placed and 3-4% of core branch got placed. The highest salary was 10.5lacks, the lowest 1.8lacks and average 2.6. TCS, JOHNSON CONTROL, MICROSOFT, THOUGHTWORKS, CABJEMANI. Microsoft offered BPO and assistant software developer. 40-50% got internship. College environment is poor, its seems to have a bad impact on student s.

Placements: College is good. This comes under third or fourth rank in Kolkata. But placement is not so good. CS IT, ECE students get placed but other streams students don't. There are olny one or two companies who come for placement. Package is not good as well.

It is quiet a good college for Information technology.

Placements: Placement of our batch was not that good. Only 50% students were placed. Condition is same with our senior batches also. TCS is our main recruiter. Infosys & capgemini also visits our campus. Main disadvantage is All the companies comes for all techno india group, so we need to compete with them also. The highest salary was 4lacs & the lowest was 2.6 lacs per annum. None got internship from college. There is a placement cell which is not that much efficient.

Think twice before selecting CIVIL ENGINEERING IN NETAJI SUBHASH ENGINEERING COLLEGE.

Placements: No placement for civil stream. Though We are eligible to sit in TCS. I am in 3rd year. From our senior batch only 2 persons were placed. But from CSE &IT&ECE many students was placed. From those streams almost 60 percent was placed. The highest salary was 4 lacs & the lowest was 2.3 lacs. They all are placed as a trainee engineer. None got internship from college. A review on Netaji Subhash Engineering College.

Placements: IT, CSE, and all other trades have many placement opportunities except for core trades. The placement percentage of my senior batch was 40%. In every stream, 120 students are present, and out of them, only 20 got internships. The placement depends on student's luck too.

On an average, the college is good.

Placements: The placements of EE, ECE, CSE, and IT are good compared to other streams. The placement ratio of CE and ME is bad, so if you want to go in IT sector, then you choose this college. Otherwise, it is not a good college, so try to generate your skills in this college.

The college is very good.

Placements: I belong to the civil department, and it is very good. The civil engineering department has good faculty members, and they are always ready to solve our problems. Now there is an issue of placements as none of the companies come to our college to offer the jobs. There are many intelligent students with good marks, but they aren't getting on-campus jobs.

Life at Netaji Subhash Engineering College.

Placements: The placements stats have fallen down on a sudden with also decrease in average salary of those placed. About only 45 percent of the total were placed with also very low packages in campus placement and those who went for off campus placements mainly were not awarded with jobs. According to college administration, it was the fault of students but students held management responsible for the same as they mainly lacked in interviews and group discussion although with good marks.

Placements: The placement result of our branch is good. This year 60% students were placed. The highest salary offered in this year is 14 Lacs. Average salary is 3.2 Lacs. Most of the companies visited the campus. Yes, there is a placement cell. It is useful.

Our college is good for other branches but not for civil engineering.

Placements: No placement in civil department from college. We can get a degree of civil engineering but can't get a job from college. College authority is not taking any responsibility for placement. No internship for civil branch and only two batches passed out till now and they also don't get any placement only few of them placed.
