Review of New Horizon College of Engineering.

Placements: Selected candidates in the campus drive were allowed to work as interns in the respective company with the permission of the college from the final semester itself. And so drives were conducted from the start of final years, and training was given to students from the start of the college itself.

It is a good college with a neat campus and great facilities. Placements are reduced.

Placements: Many students get placed. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered ranges from 50-60 LPA in CSE, mechanical, and many other courses. Our college is overall good with nice amenities and very good education. It offers various courses.

NHCE mini tour of CSE student.

Placements: Here you can't expect such big offers, and the HRD department is a big scam. No placements. They charge for everything too. They ask for money to sit for drives. No problem if you can get placed outside, but don't believe in college placements even after taking Computer Science.

Unique experience of my life.

Placements: While coming to final years, in morning sections we have placements, and in the afternoon sessions, we have academic classes, so it is a hectic period, especially in the final years. After so many struggles, I got placed in Barclays as a business development associate with a starting pay of 300000.

Deep Dive into New Horizons College of Engineering: Academics, Campus Life, and Much More.

Placements: So, our placements usually started in the 6th semester, and we had to pay an amount of 12000 INR as the placement training fee. Approximately 1000 students had SAT for the placements, and nearly 700 students were placed among them. In total, 100+ companies had been to our college for both technical and non-technical roles. The highest package is 28.5 LPA from the company Visa. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA, and the average package of our college is 4.5 LPA. Some of the companies that came to our...

Absolutely chaotic college in existence, with a lot of scams.

Placements: 70% of students were placed and that was too low package jobs. Companies have even made a remark saying this collage is producing mass candidates and nothing sparkful. Also, this college and Capgemini have dark collaborations. The worst part is they take a certain percent of your 1st year salary after being placed.

Just like other colleges, there are much better options out there.

Placements: Around 2.5% of our CTC is taken by college as some sort of charge. Some say it's more like 25%, but I don't know yet. However, some seniors have already paid a small amount. College makes students do a lot of training, mock tests, and many more, so there's no lack of effort.

Absolutely best college in regards of education.

Placements: Seniors have got good placements with an average of 4.5 LPA, and staff are very supportive. They tell us and prepare us for how to attend an interview. About 100 percent of placements have been done. The highest was 45 LPA, and the lowest was 4 LPA. Capgemini and Nvidia are top recruiters.

It is an average 2-tier college, and students can join this college.

Placements: The placement cell is working very hard. Our college has a placement rate of 80-85% and others go ahead for M.Tech courses. All of them get internships in the college. New Horizon College is a beautiful and a peaceful college in the city.

Placements: Our college has 100% placement, but the average salary is only 4 to 6 lakhs per annum. Only a few students get more than 20 lakhs per annum. The highest salary offered was 34 lakhs per annum, and this year we are aiming for 80 lakhs per annum. The top companies do visit our college.

Awesome college with great atmosphere.

Placements: As the college is situated in the IT corridors and has many IT giants coming in for campus recruitment, the main companies like Cognizant and Infosys come to the college by the 6th semester to give you a placement for CS, IS, CE, and other departments respectively.

Really good infrastructure along with friendly faculty and good food.

Placements: The lowest rank selected by the college through KCET was 16500 for the EEE course. I am still in the first year, so I can't say anything about the internships and roles, but the average package was 4L. In the orientation, we heard that we would get 100% internships and also that if we somehow did not get placed in our fourth year, the college would help us even in the following year.

It's a good college among the top colleges in Karnataka with good infrastructure, placements, & fest

Placements: For placement, students must have at least a 7 CGPA. The highest package is thirty Lacs. Many top companies come for placements, all through good college for placement. Even students must be skilled in coding for their easy placement. CGPA is helpful for students to go forward.
