NHCE Bangalore Course Admissions 2025: Eligibility, Selection Criteria, Application, Fees

Candidates need to pass bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ Category-1 for candidates belonging to Karnataka) to apply for the MBA course. Candidates are required to fulfil the eligibility requirements and submit their proof of eligibility during the document verification round. Any candidate found ineligible during the verification process, will not be given admission.

Aspirants who have passed bachelor's degree with Mathematics or Statistics or Computer Science or Computer Programming or Computer Applications or Business Mathematics or Business Statistics as one of the optional or elective at degree level with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ Category-1 for candidates belonging to Karnataka) can apply for the MCA course. Candidate who has studied and passed one of the subjects specified in the first provision in the Pre-University course with at least 50% aggregate in that subject shall also be considered for admission. However, in the case of candidates from Karnataka belonging to SC/ ST and Category I, the aggregate percent of marks of all the years of the qualifying examination shall not be less than 45%.

Yes, the college provides 50% Freeship Scholarships for topper in BE AI and Machine Learning, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, MCA, MBA, and MTech. BE is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. The college offers BE in seven specialisations, namely Computer Science, Mechanical, Computer Science (Data Science), Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Information Science & Engineering and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Candidates after completing Class 12 or equivalent examination with English as one of the languages with at least 45% aggregate in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Biology can apply for the BE course. In case of candidates belonging to Karnataka Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and other Backward Classes (Category I, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B), the minimum aggregate for the purpose of eligibility will be 40% aggregate in the optional subjects in the qualifying examination. Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate in each subject is required for Management Quota.

The college offers five-degree courses at UG, PG and PhD levels in various specialisations in Management, Engineering and Computer Applications streams. NHCE is the research centre of VTU for PhD and MSc by Research. Candidates must qualify Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG courses. The selection to all courses is based on entrance exam.
