An underrated MBA department.
Placements: Around 70% of students from the MBA department were placed last year. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 6 LPA. Top recruitment companies include Federal Bank, College Dunia, IDFC Bank, etc. The top role offered was the manager position.
Infrastructure: Overall, college facilities are good. Campus life is very enjoyable. The MBA program is excellent, using an updated curriculum and a new syllabus. The library is very good, and classrooms are clean, neat, and modern. Old hostels are not in good condition, but new hostel facilities are good.
Faculty: Teachers from the MBA department are very knowledgeable and provide excellent mentorship. They put in maximum effort to deliver the content and discuss real-world case studies and problems for study purposes. Semester exams are moderately difficult.
Other: I mainly chose this course at NIT Kurukshetra for its brand value and the quality of teachers, which is very good. The curriculum they follow is updated.

This college is good in terms of facilities, and it is average in terms of placements.
Placements: Around 80% of students got placed in electronics and communication engineering till now. The highest salary package offered by Microsoft is 52 LPA. For ECE, Texas instruments, Synopsis etc., companies visit our college. They take around 5 to 6 students only.
Infrastructure: In the ECE department or I can say in every department there are air conditioners, fans, etc. Every department has labs and classrooms. In the hostel, Wi-Fi and LAN are available. For sports, cricket, chess, volleyball, football, etc., are available. Medical facilities are also available at any time. There is an ambulance in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. They help in the classroom but not in exams. They are very good and teach very well. Mid-semester exams are tough because of less time. In mid-semester, we get more questions but less time but in the end semester, we get a lot of time to complete our questions.

Curriculum is not that good. Placements are fine.
Placements: Placements are average here. Internship scenerio is not good as heard from seniors. Last year from our branch 89% of students got place. Median package was 8 LPA And average package was also around 8 LPA, and the highest package was 16 LPA. I don't know about the job roles but every student has two options weather he want to pursue career in core field or non core field.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is decent. Classrooms are equipped with AC's and the best part is the campus is lush green. Wi-Fi is also fine, every room has wlan ports for using Wi-Fi in hostel. Labs are also good and well maintained Library is also very good and has a very good collection of books and journals. Hostels are average mess food is also fine. I never experienced canteen food yet, although there are canteens in a good number. Medical facilities is fine but not upto mark. Sports facilities is pretty good it is compulsory to join atleast one activity with sports section alongwith academic curriculum. With mess there is a common room where one can watch TV's and play indoor games like Table tennis, carrom etc.
Faculty: Teaching quality is fine. Varies from teacher to teacher but you will find very less teachers who teaches passionate. Most of the teachers just aim to finish the syllabus timely. Since it is my first semester I cannot comment on the course content. Semester exams are not that hard but one have to study for them dedicated. Passing percentage is 40% including internal exams and assessment.
Other: I had two options weather to choose civil or production at this college. But was inclined towards startup so I chosen production. I want the concerned authorities to remove useless and old subjects which are not relevant and time consuming and add on the subjects like AI and ML which are highly useful in current time in very field. Major events are confluence, techspardha, E-summit etc. I don't have good idea about them as it is my first year. Airport is pretty far from here only railway station and bus stand is near. Since kurukshetra is a holy city, it has surrounding of devotional places like brahmsarovar, devikoop bhadrakali shaktipeeth etc. There are a good no. Good no. Of scholarships to apply if you are eligible. I haven't experienced extracurricular activities yet.

A great 4 year experience, with multicultural experience from all around India.
Placements: In the IT and CS branches, NIT KKR has 90+% placement, and for branches like Civil, Mechanical, and Production, placement percentages range from 50% to 80%. Top recruiters this year are Accenture, Hero, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Adobe, and L'Oréal. Students secure internships in their 2nd year as well, getting interns from colleges like Stanford; for example, one student got in Quantum Photonics.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi speeds are 500+ Mbps, and hostel infrastructure is decent; mess food is overpriced, and talking about sports facilities, I would rate those 3/5. Classrooms are also decent, with each room equipped with projectors or Samsung smart TVs. The library is very big in size and is 24/7 available for students.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, but some lack a sense of responsibility towards their work, many a time M.Tech students to take our classes, and they teach in a very friendly manner. Classes held in the computer department are top-notch, and professionalism in professors and staff varies from department to department.

College is good and the campus is fine.
Placements: Nearly 120 students are selected for the first-year course as per the JEE Main exam and JoSAA counseling. The highest package is nearly 40 lacs and the lowest package is nearly 4 lacs, and the average package depends on the course that we have in the counseling process for our course, which is nearly 9 lacs.
Infrastructure: All the classrooms are well-equipped, the teachers and professors are highly qualified, the college is good, the campus is full of greenery, and all the labs are well-equipped. We have a computer lab, a chemistry lab, and a physics lab, and all of them are well-equipped.
Faculty: All the facilities are available in the college, and we have all the Wi-Fi connections. As all the teachers are highly qualified, they explain the topics very well, and all of them are good. The library is so useful that we can learn what we want, and all the books are in it.

NIT KKR: The worst nightmare
Placements: Although placements are usually good, many companies only occasionally offer 4 LPA due to the non-profit nature of the industry. Only 64% of the students placed here last year received a placement, and the highest package goes up to 40 LPA, which is not good, and the lowest is only 3.2 LPA. Annually, fewer companies arrive and provide fewer services.
Infrastructure: The number of courses offered has been rising annually, and some courses have very few or no teachers. The infrastructure is also poor because many of the buildings have not been renovated in decades. The hostel facilities are the worst. At hostels, there is no hygiene and cleanliness.
Faculty: The only teacher we have is V.P. Singh, the future director of our college. He gives us instructions, but when it comes to homework, he says he will only accept the first five submissions before letting the others finish it. And when it comes to exams, then they take exams every month named as mid-sem, they take two mid-sems.
Other: I guess there is this one time when a girl student got molested or raped, and the college didn’t care about the mental stress of the student; they just cared about suppressing the matter and did it very effectively.
