NIT Kurukshetra offers admission to the BTech courses through JEE Main, followed by JoSAA and CSAB Counselling. For MTech admission, NIT Kurukshetra accepts a GATE score. NIT Kurukshetra has concluded its cutoff seat allotment rounds with the release of Round 6 cutoffs. NIT Kurukshetra cutoff 2024 spanned from 350 to 523 for General AI category candidates. NIT Kurukshetra has offered two design related courses: M.Tech. in Machine Design and M.Tech. in VLSI Design. As per the NIT Kurukshetra MTech cutoff 2024, the Last Round score for MTech in Machine Design and MTech in VLSI Design concluded at 372 and 494. The exam-conducting authority (IIT Roorkee) will decide the GATE cutoff 2025. It is conducted across the country jointly by IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee, and the Indian Institute for Science, Bangalore (IISC Bangalore), on a rotational basis on behalf of the National Coordination Board (NCB-GATE), Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource & Development (MHRD), Government of India. GATE CCMT cutoff was concluded after Round 6 for NIT Kurukshetra M.Tech admission. As per the NIT Kurukshetra cutoff, the last round closing rank for MTech ranged between 434 and 483, among which Computer Engineering (Cyber Security) was the most competitive specialisation. During the NIT Kurukshetra cutoff, the Round 1 closing rank for MTech in CE (Cyber Security) stood at 513 for the General AI category students. NIT Kurukshetra MCA admission is based on valid NIMCET score, followed by NIMCET Counselling process. The percentage requirements listed below are necessary to be eligible for NIMCET: Applicants in the general category need to have passed their qualifying exam with a minimum of 60% of the possible points, or 6.5 on a 10-point scale. A minimum of 60% should have been earned during graduation.

After Round 3 was posted on DASA's official website, the NIT Kurukshetra counselling procedure 2022 came to an end. It is mandatory for candidates to complete an online application form on the DASA online admission portal for the forthcoming NIT Kurukshetra admission session 2025. Candidates can apply for the DASA UG counselling process by doing the following step:

Candidates who meet the requirements for DASA counselling must register in order to take part in the admissions process. Below is a description of the DASA counselling registration procedure:

• The candidate's date of birth and JEE Main 2025 application number must be entered in order to register. On the email address linked to JEE Main, a web link will be mailed to finish the registration procedure. JEE application number will be the user name of the candidates.
• In the registration form, candidates have to fill in the required details. Applicants are required to upload the following:

1. the latest passport size photograph in JPG format (size ~ 3.5cmx3.5cm, file size < 100kB).
2. Scanned signature of applicant in JPG format (file size<100 kB). 

• Submit the completed DASA application form. The submitted online registration form should be downloaded and saved for their records. However, there is no need to send the hard copy of the form and documents to the DASA office.

NIT Kururkshetra cutoff 2022 is yet to be releasee. For the upcoming admission session 2025, the admission authority will release the DASA UG cutoff 2025 after the seat allotment result of each round is declared. The cutoff is made available as opening and closing ranks for all the participating colleges and courses. The preparation of the cutoff marks depends upon various parameters like the number of applicants, seat availability, etc.

DASA 2025 registration is expected to begin in June 2025 on the official DASA 2025 website, dasanit.org. As per NTA - The governing authority for DASA UG admissions - announced JEE Main 2025 ranks will be the basis for admission. In contrast to Indian candidates who must register for JoSAA counselling 2025, all foreign citizens must apply for JEE Main 2025 and, upon the announcement of the JEE Main ranks, must register for DASA counselling in order to be considered for admission.

Foreign nationals studying in any country, including India, as well as Indian nationals studying abroad who meet the specified admission criteria, are eligible to apply for the DASA UG program.

For Indian nationals, the criteria are:

1. Completion of at least two years of education, including 11th and 12th grades or equivalent, in a foreign country within the last 8 years.
2. Successful completion of the qualifying examination from abroad.

Eligible candidates must also have a JEE Main rank and should have completed Mathematics, Physics, and one additional subject from Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Biology in their 12th grade. Additionally, they must have secured at least 75% marks (or a CGPA of 7.5 out of 10) in aggregate, as per their respective boards.

The two well-known institutes for MSc admissions are National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and National Institute of Technology Agartala. For MSc course admissions, both colleges accept CCMN scores. The MSc in Chemistry specialisation at NIT Kurukshetra Last Round cutoff scores were 1392 for 2024 and 1536 for 2023, respectively. In a similar vein, the NIT Agartala Last Round cutoff scores were 1852 for 2024 and 1625 for 2023.

Yes, NIT Kurukshetra cutoff 2024 for the MSc in Physics course increases a lot as compared to the previous year. In 2023, the NIT Kurukshetra CCMN cutoff was 1476 for the General AI category. The final CCMN cutoff showed a notable increase in closing ranks for some of the MSc specialisations like MSc in compared to previous years.
