Placements: In the past 3–4 years, the placements at NITK have been mind-boggling. This year, due to the recession happening in many companies, it fell a little. This year, the highest package was 54 LPA. The average package was 24 LPAs. Almost 50% of students got internships.

Placements: NIT branches see decent placements, with the highest package reaching 45 LPA and an average of 24 LPA. Approximately 50 to 60% of students secure internships in software and core field jobs, while the hostel infrastructure meets basic needs, offering triple accommodation.

Placements: Exceptionally, 99 percent of eligible students from each branch secure placements. The salary spectrum is broad, ranging from 8 to 55 lakh per annum, with an average of 20 lakh per annum. The requirement landscape includes companies like Texas, and internship opportunities are abundant.

Placements: The ECE boasts impressive placement statistics with 99% of all students securing placements. The range of packages is notable, with the highest at 51 lakhs per annum and the lowest at 8 lakhs per annum. The medium package is 25 lakhs per annum. All big companies come to my college campus.

Placements: As newcomers to this course, we lack information on placement statistics. However, based on the M.Teach CDS, it appears that the placements are satisfactory. Unfortunately, we do not have any internship records. The top roles offered may differ across companies, with positions like SDE being common. Notably, renowned companies such as Google, Amazon, and Microsoft also participate in the placement process.

Placements: Placement of NITK is around 94% this year (2023-2024). The highest package is around 60 lacs per annum (approximately) this year; however, official data may be released in the last week of December. For civil, the highest package was around 35 lacs per annum, which is offered by an IT-based company (Oracle). The top recruiting companies are Oracle, Tata, TCS, etc. A good number of students also got in NITK.

Placements: The placements of the ECE branch of NITK are decent. Last year, the highest package was 45 LPA. The average package was 24 LPA. Around 50–55% of students get the opportunity to do an internship. Some of them got jobs in software companies and the rest went for core field jobs.

Placements: Above 72% of students have been placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Lam Research, Thermax, and Tech Mahindra. 42% of students got an internship. The top roles offered are nuclear engineer, tool engineer, and mechanical engineer.

Placements: Almost 98.5 percent of students get placed in the EEE branch. The highest package is 51 Lacs per annum, and the average is 22 Lacs per annum, with the lowest being 9 Lacs per annum and the median at 20 Lacs per annum. Placements: There were excellent placements in the information technology branch in 2023. The highest package was 45 LPA. The average package was 27 LPA. In 2023, all students were placed. But this year, because of the recession in the companies, placement statistics went drastically down.

Placements: There are only 57 students in the Chemical Engineering branch of NITK. So most of the students get placed. The percentage of placements is good enough. In the last year, i.e., 2023, the percentage of placements was 95%. The highest package was around 30 LPA. The average package was 12 LPAs. The top recruiters were ExxonMobil, Reliance Industries, MRPL and Deloitte.

Placements: The placements for the civil branch were average compared to the other branches in NITK. The highest package was 34 LPAs. The average package for the same was 14 LPA. Most of the students got placed in the core civil sector only. Some of them got jobs at software companies.

Placements: The highest package for the academic year 2022–23 was 36 LPA. The average package for the same was around 20 LPA. The percentage of placements for the same year was around 85%. The top recruiters were Jio, DeShaw, Oracle, Walmart, Qualcomm, etc. Not so many students got internships but around 50% of students got internships and some of them got a chance to be interns at software companies.

Placements: The placements in the IT department were actually very good for the last 2–3 years but in 2023, because of the recession, the percentage of placements went down. Many top MNCs did not come for recruitment. And the companies that are coming are hiring a few people.

Placements: The placements in the computer Science and engineering (CSE) departments are very good. Almost 99% of students got placed during the 2022-23 academic year. For example, in 2022, 90 out of 91 eligible students were placed. The highest package in computer Science and engineering is INR 57 LPA, the median package is INR 29 LPA, the average package is INR 14.06 LPA and the lowest package is INR 11 LPA. Placements: The college has an excellent placement record. The college has a record of 90%-95% placement because a few of my classmates prefer to continue their education. The college administration and the placement council work well together to invite a wide variety of industries to the college for the job application process. The colleges the highest placement offer was around 47 LPA, and the median wage offer was around 15 LPA.
