Placements: The average salary package for mechanical engineering was 13 LPA. Around 88% of the students who SAT for the placement exams from my branch got placed. The highest package was 35 LPA, whereas the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Ford Motors, Texas Instruments, Bajaj Auto, Amazon, and Flipkart. The top internship recruiters were AT&S India, AbInbev, and Aequs Group. Top roles offered are Project Manager.

Placements: Placements are good in this college because it is the top college in NITS. The highest salary package offered is 60 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 9 LPA - 10 LPA. The placement percentage is 90%.

Placements: In AI branch, about 90% of the students who have applied for placements get their campus placements, and the remaining 10% choose to do Masters, Research, and startups from college tech clubs like IEEE and Cell. The highest package offered in AI branch for 2022-2023 is 55.25 Lakh, and the lowest is around 7 Lakh. The average package is 27.5 Lakh, which is mostly all students during this time period. Placements: The placements in the college are good compared to many IITs and NITs. You can expect a good placement in the relevant domain, but one has to work hard for that. The highest in my branch is 39 LPA, and the least is 6 LPA. 100% students got placed last year.

Placements: Placement in NITK Surathkal is great. The placement is slightly declined due to recession. But earlier the placement was way too good, with an overall percentage of 92%. In the year 2021, around 421 companies visited NITK for recruitment. Though the number was less last year.

Placements: In my batch, there were about 110 students in my department. Around 80-85% were placed, and the rest went on to pursue higher education. The highest salary package was around 40 LPA, and the average package was around 8-10 LPA. Top companies like Samsung, Qualcomm, Amazon, and Flipkart recruited students from our batch. However, fewer students were selected for internships than for placements, with each company taking fewer than 10 interns.

Placements: The best thing about my college is the placements. Last year, they offered 2,250 placements for students, and companies like HCL, Capgemini, TCS, Zoho, and Hyundai made good offers. Our students even got jobs at Google with packages of 60L! From the 6th semester, we will start having placements. About 90% of the students are getting placed with an average package of 5L. My plans after the degree are to pursue my master's abroad.

Placements: The placement in mechanical engineering at NITK is nearly 92%. The highest package last year was 38 LPA, the lowest package was 4.5 LPA, and the average package was 13 LPA. The median package is 11.5 LPA, and the overall average package of the institute is 18 LPA. Top recruiters include Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe, and core companies like TATA Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Gail Petroleum, and BPCL.

Placements: This year, about 70% of the graduating class was placed on campus. The rest went on to higher studies, off-campus placements, or are preparing for the GATE Examination. Top recruiters included Vedanta, Jindal, Well Fargo, and Accenture. Internships were available from the third year.

Placements: In 2022 and 2023, the placement percentage was around 75 to 80%. But due to a recession in 2024, it's around 70%, and the rest of the students are focused on diverse domains such as MBA, UPSC, and further studies. Placements: The placements of chemical students are very average. The highest package was around 30 LPA. The average package lies somewhere between 12-14 LPA. The percentage of placements is around 60%. Very few students get internships in the chemical engineering department.

Placements: About 70% of students get placed in NITK for industrial biotechnology. The maximum package is 15 LPA without minors. Taking shorter courses will increase the average package. The average package is around 7 LPA, and the minimum is 5.5 LPA. One of the top recruiting firms is . Students get internship opportunities and pre-placement offers before reaching the final year. A 7 CGPA is the minimum requirement to sit for the campus placement interview.

Placements: From the third semester on, the students are eligible for campus placement. There are a lot of companies that visit campus and offer placement to eligible students. Some companies visiting campus are L&T and Amazon. CSE, IT, and ECE students have higher placement rates. Our department placement percentage is 80%. An internship is given by L&T, Atkins, for ongoing metro and tunneling projects. Here we get a chance to learn design. The median package is 6 lpa.

Placements: The placements in the technology department are very good at NITK. Last year, the highest and average packages were 54 LPA and 28 LPA, respectively. The top recruiters are Intuit, Adobe, Uber, Wells Fargo, etc. Around 60% of the students got internship last year in various prestigious companies.

Placements: Approximately 90 percent of the students got placed, with an average salary of 12 LPA. The highest package was 24 LPA and the lowest salary was 6 LPA. Placements: There are a lot of opportunities during campus placement at NITK, Surathkal. Top recruiting companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, DE Shaw, and Goldman Sachs often visit here. They hire for both software development as well as analyst and consultant roles. Top core companies also visit here. More than 90% of students got placement in my course. Placements: About 98 percent of the students got placed from our course, with average salaries ranging from 8 LPA to 34 LPA. Big companies like Texas Instruments, Nvidia, Qualcolmm, ARM, and Samsung Semiconductor India to name a few are the top recruiting companies for our course. About 30 percent including M. Teach studnets secured internship in these companies. Most of them were hire as Hardware or Digital Design Engineers.

Placements: The placements here are quite amazing. We have around 95% placements here. We are also having a placements cell which will guide us through our placements process. Around 93% placements are done in my department with a median package of 15 LPA (Lacs per annum).
