Really good college placement-wise, though the food is not okay for north Indians.

Placements: Placements at NITW in M.Tech was very poor except for CSE department which went for 100% placements in all batches. Prior to our batches, other departments mostly got placements for lecturer jobs in other universities. Though in our batch, placements got a huge surge in electrical power systems engg, electronics communication engg. and mechanical thermal engg. Internship offered were not much though you can make your own arrangements for a year-long internship. ...

College life at NIT Warangal.

Placements: Since it has been just a year when I joined the college, so no placement information is there for our batch but as I have seen for our senior batches, placements for MCA are pretty good. You just need to work hard and gain knowledge rest the placement cell manages to call some great tech giants which result in great placements.

Satisfactory college in terms of placements, faculties and facilities.

Placements: The college has good placement records with 98% percent of the students who apply getting placed. Various companies like Microsoft, DE SHaw, Arcesium, Goldman Sachs, Qualcomm, Directi, Texas Instruments, Bajaj, Ford, Amazon, Uber, etc. come for recruitment. Coming to internship, it's somewhat less when compared to placements because of lack of complete knowledge in our subjects. The highest stipend is 1 lac per month and the lowest is 4k per month.

Apart from this, more than 10 core companies visit our college every year in the month of December and January for ECE, EEE, civil, as well as mecha...

NIT Warangal- The diamond of old times, lost the glamour but excellency is intact.

Placements: Placements for MTech students differ according to their branch and specialisation. NITW is best known for its computer science department, having the best learning and also the highest package placements among any other NIT. Specialisations CSIS and CSE both get almost 100% placements. The package offered depends upon the student's performance ranging from 5 LPA to 30 LPA for domestic and can be up to 80 LPA for international placements. The median salary offered is about 10 LPA for these guys. ...

Placements: Placements at NITW are good. Almost everyone gets placed with an average package of 9 LPA in my branch CSE. Regarding other branches too there is the high scope of getting jobs when compared to other local colleges here. The companies which visited are Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon, ITC etc. offering us internships as well as full-time jobs. Almost 50-60% students got an internship.

Placements: The placements for students pursuing B. Tech in computer science is really great. Almost all the students(95%) get placed by the end of the final year. The salary is normally based upon the company that is going to recruit and the student obviously. But in general, the highest salary that is offered is around 24 lakhs, lowest salary being 2.5-3 lakhs(which is rare as students avoid those companies) and average being 10 lakhs.
