Pros:

* Excellent faculty with a high experience rate
* Good infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, library, and lab facilities
* Strong emphasis on extracurricular activities and sports
* Opportunities for students to participate in festivals and events
* Good hostel facilities with decent food and cleanliness
* Availability of scholarships and mentorship programs

Cons:

* Limited job prospects for BA students, with only a few mediocre companies visiting the campus
* No guaranteed placements or internships
* Course curriculum may not be entirely relevant to industry demands
* Infrastructure issues, such as poor maintenance and outdated facilities
* Food quality in the hostel mess may vary

Placement Scenario:
While some students reported getting placed in top companies like Wipro and Infosys, the overall placement scenario appears to be limited. According to one student, "None of the students got an internship from our course." Another student mentioned that only a few students from their batch got placed, while most opted for government services, teaching, or research.

Recommendation:
If you're considering joining Nizam College's BA program, it's essential to weigh the pros and cons carefully. While the college excels in certain areas, its limitations in terms of job prospects and infrastructure may impact your career goals. It is one of the best colleges to take admission.
Placements: Big corporations visit our college to offer placements. Internships and many roles are offered. The salary packages depend on the qualifications and skills of the students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and computer labs are available in our college. It has a big library where students can borrow books. There are big grounds, a basketball court, etc. Medical infrastructure is available in our college. Many students got national-level medals and certificates in sports.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are more helpful and highly educated. Their teaching quality is good. Every faculty is a professor, so students can easily learn skills from them. Semester examinations are sometimes tough. If students learn everything then they can score well.
Other: Management of our college is good. Our course fee is Rs.27,000 with scholarship of Rs.5,000.

Review of Nizam College.
Placements: Our college has good placements. Many top companies come and offer jobs, and nearly more than 100 companies offer jobs. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, Tata, Mahindra, and IKEA offer jobs and good salary packages. Students get well-settled.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. A good library with more than 10,000 books is available. It has new buildings, a large canteen, medical facilities for students, a sports department for students, and everything else.
Faculty: The exams and curriculum are well arranged. The college is conducting the exams well and the evaluation of the exams is good and well-verified. Faculty members of the college are well qualified. Almost 90% of students will pass out every semester.
Other: The campus is crowded with students. I chose the course for the development of my career and my skills.

Review of Nizam College.
Placements: Placements are not that great. There is a placement cell that provides the necessary training and skills required for the particular branch of placements. Many companies visit and choose the relevant students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not so good since it is a very old building. There is a library which has a good number of books. Sports facilities are just one of the many options available at the college. The canteen serves good food.
Faculty: Faculty members are the best part of our college. Our course curriculum is well structured and similar to that of DU. The pass percentage in our course is low, but it's fine in other courses. Semester exams are conducted by the college itself and are moderate.
Other: I have chosen this course as part of my civil service journey. My interest goes into economics since it is a multi-dimensional subject and is part of every field. Extracurricular activities are held by various departments, and everyone has an equal chance of participating. There are also NSS, NCC, and many other clubs.

The college is very good, but no one can teach well, and exams are conducted very strictly.
Placements: The placements for the past 2 years were very good, but this time, the placements are very less. The student intake is increased, but there are no proper recruiting companies. The percentage of placements is 2%, and there are no proper offers in my course.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very bad. There are no facilities in our college. There are many damages in classrooms, and no one cares about that part. All the teachers are busy with their personal life. Water purifiers are to be repaired, but no one is responsible for this infrastructure. The hostel is very good.
Faculty: Some faculty are good, and some faculty are not good. The senior teachers teach lessons very well, but this time, new teachers entered the college. These teachers teach lessons very badly and are not experienced. They have no grip on subjects. Some teachers are helpful, and some teachers or not helpful.

Really good. Seeing library and infrastructure.
Placements: 50 percent of the students placed in nizam college. Many Companies will come. Perfect student with good skills get placed. College will give guarantee for the best and good students. But top most college in Hyderabad deccan. No donations to the college. Can read with government fund.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure is quite good old ancient building. Superb performance. Hostels are good but food is not up to the mark. No fees for mess and etc. They are happy to serve each and everyone without any hesitation. I'm lucky to have this college.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified everyone in the campus get highly paid for what they have done. Students are done with industry training. Semester exams are too difficult because paper is made in nizam our college only no need to worry regarding the exams.

A:
{Source: B.Sc. students & alumni}

Placement Cell Effectiveness

Based on the feedback from students and alumni, here are some key findings:

* Companies visiting campus: Companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and others visit the campus for placements every year.
* Salary packages: While the highest salary package offered is 2 LPA, the average package ranges from 2.5 LPA to 7 LPA.
* Number of students placed: Around 10-15% of students get jobs, and a significant number of Computer Science students secure placements.
* Internship opportunities: Although there aren't dedicated internship programs for B.Sc. students, some students do get selected for internships.
* Faculty support: The faculty provides training sessions to prepare students for interviews and company-specific tests.
* Placement process: Students need to register with the placement cell to access job opportunities.

Overall, while the placement cell seems to make efforts to engage with recruiters and facilitate placements, the effectiveness appears limited compared to other departments like BBA and Chemistry. However, the placement cell does provide some benefits, such as training sessions and exposure to potential employers.

Yes, you are eligible for taking admission in Nizam college because it's cutoff for BCA is about 60% in class 12th. First, you have to apply for admission then wait for the admission list of selected students and when your name is there in list then visit to the college for documents verification.

Yes, you can get a seat in Nizam College But, only according to your reservation, you can get a seat. Because by the percentage you had, it is difficult to get. There is only chance by the caste reservation.

Your rank seems fair. I think you should be able to make it. I will advise you to keep following the counselling process till the end and do not miss out any notification. Your luck may come in handy during the mop up round, if you are unable to secure a seat in the regular one. Good luck.
