Placements here are average but the facilities could be better.
Placements: Approximately 70% of students got placed in CSE branch in NIET. The highest salary package offered is 51 LPA. The average placement that the college claims is 6 LPA which in reality is a little lesser than it. The lowest salary package offered is 3.4 LPA. The top recruiters in NIET are HCL, Amazon, Deloitte, Wipro, Microsoft, TCS, etc. Top roles offered in CSE are software developer, data analyst, and financial analyst.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very poor in our college. Campus is very small and the condition of classrooms is very poorly managed. No Wi-Fi facility is available for students. Labs don't have air-conditioners. Canteen is too expensive for a college student.
Faculty: Teachers are all Ph.D. graduates and well-qualified. All of them have very deep knowledge of subjects and are always ready to help students. Course curriculum is somewhat relevant and colleges change the curriculum according to the needs of the industry making students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult one can pass by studying one night before exam and can score a good CGPA if began studying 2 weeks before the exam.
Other: I chose this course CSE because it has interested me for a very long time and I always want to continue in this stream. The best thing about CSE is that we can get a very high-paying job if we remain well-focused in our college life. College can improve the department's infrastructure and provide students with better facilities. Events and fests are limited. It is only conducted on occasion.

Campus is so small and bad.
Placements: About many seniors have been placed in college. The most common package must be around 4 Lacs and it's also the average package for most colleges. TCS, Wipro, and Capgemini are mass recruiters which placed many students from our college. Internships we got online from ourselves.
Infrastructure: The faculty is fine; it is supportive. But if we talk about the infrastructure and the campus, it's not good. First of all, it is a very small campus, and its buildings are old. The washrooms are so bad; they are not fine and up to the mark. Washrooms should be made good.
Faculty: Teachers are mostly all Masters in their degree and are experienced too. Teachers are also supportive and helpful faculty. Yes, the course is curriculum relevant and it does make students industry-ready for the upcoming. Semester exams are fine, not too easy, and not much stuff.
Other: Fests are not much, about 2-3 every year. But events happen every month.

If you really want to enjoy college life, then do not take admission to this college.
Placements: Almost 70 percent of students get placed in my course. The highest package is 50 LPA (AVG-4 LPA), and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. I guess the top recruiting company in college is Zscaler. An internship is based on student performance. The top roles are many, and it depends on the student what he or she wants to select for their future.
Infrastructure: Facilities are not up to par, even though sometimes for water we need to go from one floor to the other. Students are not allowed to use the lift, and washrooms are also not clean. They have even painted the buildings for years, and the buildings look very bad. No Wi-Fi for students, no AC in classes, and the library is also not good. Actually, I am not a hostel student, but a few things I get to know from my classmates who are in the hostel are that the food is very bad. They do not have many options for sports. The canteen's condition is also not good. In the case of medical facilities, it is average.
Faculty: Some teachers are good, but a few teachers are not able to speak English. The teaching quality is average. The course is okay, as there are relevant things for your study. They do not make the students in the industry practice themselves for placement opportunities. If you study, then you can easily pass your exams. The pass percentage is 33 percent.
Other: By choosing this course, I can go for both industries (software or hardware). I think you need to focus more on practical things as compared to theoretical knowledge. Some events happen, but students do not like to participate much. No celebrity has been invited to this college until this year. Campus crowd is not as much. The connectivity issue is a serious problem. The campus surroundings are also not so good. A scholarship is given, maybe. You have the chance to participate in extracurricular activities.

Good Infrastructure, Knowledgeable Faculty, Strong Placements.
Placements: 80% of students were placed in my course. The highest and the lowest package offered in my course was 12 LPA, the lowest was 3.5 LPA, and the average in my class was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies in 2024 include TCS, HCL, and Capgemini. 40% of students got internships in companies like TCS, HCL, and Capgemini, with top roles such as Software Engineering.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in my course are very good and boast one of the best labs. Hostel food was moderate, neither too good nor too bad. The facilities are supportive and available to students outside of the classroom, but the campus size is smaller.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers at NIET are highly qualified (most have M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees) and are very helpful. They are approachable and use interactive teaching methods, making the learning experience enriching. The teaching quality is generally good, with regular assessments and industry-relevant discussions.
Other: I pursued a B.Tech in Computer Science, and my batch consisted of around 150 students. I chose this course because of my strong interest in technology and its application in real-world scenarios.

Honest review of college NIET, Greater Noida .
Placements: 40 percent of students were placed in my batch last year, and some also got off-campus placement. The lowest package is 4-5 LPA. The average package is 6-7 LPA, and the highest package last year is 19 LPA. Top recruiters are Capgemini, Amazon, EY, and Infosys. 10 percent of students also got internships last year.
Infrastructure: I opted for a college hostel. The infrastructure of my hostel is quite good. Everything is new, and every room has separate Wi-Fi. The quality of mess food is also decent. The hostel also has a medical room which is open 24 hours. Inside the campus, there is also a library which is open for 12 hours. There is also a playground for students.
Faculty: The faculty of my college is quite good. They teach us very actively, and they give their best to teach us. They use practical explanations to teach us. There is a new academic syllabus also which makes our college quite better than others. There are sessional exams every month and tests every week.
Other: I heard about this college very much because of its placement rate. I chose this college from AKTU counseling.

Review of Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET).
Placements: I don't really know much about placements, but they are absolutely not what they promise; they are worse than bad; no top recruiting company even comes. For internships, you have to pay; you don't get any internships from their side. Only 40% of students get placed.
Infrastructure: Everything is below average. Food is available in the mess, but the canteen is just like a small shop; nothing is available, and MRP items are also sold at high prices. WIFI is not available to students; you can't access those; labs are okay; the library is not accessible to freshers as it is on the main campus, and freshers have to go their after the college ends; otherwise, no entry.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful.
The course is pretty relevant; it does make the students industry-ready.
Semester exams are not too difficult, like you just have to study and that's it. If you don't, you'll find them tough.
Overall, the course is good for industry-level standards.
Other: I chose the course of computer science because of my interest in it.
The first thing is they have to improve the campus life, like it's just a school; nobody can even stand up; the strictness is too much; no campus life, I can say that.
Events are not for freshers; they are not allowed, so I don't know currently about events. There are literally no festivals here.
