Absolutely satisfied with college with a beautiful campus.
Placements: Our college places almost all of its students. After passing the final year examination, students are required to complete a one-year internship for which they receive a stipend of around 30,000 rupees. Most students choose to pursue higher studies by taking the NEET PG exam. Some students choose to do a residency, which pays a salary of 50,000 rupees.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is quite good, with air conditioned lecture theatres and a big central library with a huge collection of books. Wi-Fi is available in the academic areas. The hostel condition is not so good and needs renovation. The hostel mess food is good, and there is also the option of private mess in and around the campus. All medical facilities are available. There is a big playground on campus that hosts many events.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable in their subjects, and they have years of teaching experience. The teaching is practical-based and very interactive. The course curriculum is very relevant to the course and helps students get ready to tackle real-world problems. There is an annual professional exam with intermediate difficulty, and almost 90% of students pass the exams. The curriculum is in compliance with NMC guidelines.
Other: The annual academic festival at my college is called NUMESCON. The annual cultural festival is called PLASMA.

Dissatisfied with the faculty.
Placements: The percentage of students who were placed last year is low. Around 30 percent of students only got placement according to their skills. Majorly students have to find jobs themselves. No proper guidance and instruction was given by the faculty members and placement cell.
Infrastructure: The quality of the hostel is bad among other facilities of the college, had a bad experience in the hostel with no proper quality of food also. The classrooms are not too big and clean enough. But have a huge playground and court for playing and labs with old instruments and equipment.
Faculty: Teachers and staff faculty are knowledgeable and qualified but teach in their own way. But some of them were kind and helpful to students. Semester exams were easy to pass, students passed easily by studying just before the exam with a minimum passing percentage of 40 percent.

Yes, I am absolutely satisfied.
Placements: There is a compulsory internship for all students after passing the final year exam for 1 year with a stipend of 30,000 rupees. Most of the students opt for a higher degree course by giving the PG exam. Many of them do house-staffs with a salary of 50,000 rupees.
Infrastructure: We have a central library open from 9 am to 8 pm. Lab facilities are also good. Hostel supplies like the canteen and water supply are all good. All types of curricular activities are also provided apart from studies. Bathrooms are well-furnished with Indian and commode-type toilets and are regularly cleaned by PWD workers.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very helpful. Almost all are MD degree-certified in different courses. Yes, this course is really relevant. The difficulty of semester exams is moderate and sometimes easy. Our teachers also take doubt classes. Both practical and theory classes are very helpful.
Other: I chose this course because I want to serve people and become a successful doctor. I'm fully satisfied with the provided facilities at my college.

Infrastructure needs to be improved.
Placements: Currently I'm a 3rd proff (part 1) student. The interns in our college right now are currently receiving a stipend of Rs. 30000. During the internship, many people opt for working in a private nursing home as well and hence earn a fairly good amount. Post-internship, many doctors opt for house staffship, during which they get a salary of Rs. 45000–50000; during this time they can also prepare for NEET PG exams. Apart from post-graduation, you can also opt for GDMO with a salary of Rs. 80000-90000.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is subpar. Hostels are pretty old and need renovation. We have two hostels for senior students (3rd year, 4th year, interns, and housestaff), one for juniors (1st year and 2nd year), and a PG hostel as well. Classrooms of 1st and 2nd year subjects are air conditioned. From 3rd year onwards, classes are mostly conducted in the wards/seminar rooms. We have two mess and a college canteen. Food served is hygienic; we also have the option of joining a private mess/tiffin service. As of now, the library is not up to the mark; it is not air conditioned, and the chairs are quite comfortable. But we have a good collection of books and Wi-Fi in the library. For sports, we have a field where football and cricket matches are played. We don't have a proper badminton court.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are highly qualified. Sometimes people from the All India Quota might face a language barrier when few teachers deliver their lectures in Bengal. We have 6 lecture theaters, out of which two have projectors. The question paper set for semester exams is standard and as per the CBME curriculum. It follows the university examination pattern, and to score good marks, you have to study each and every subject thoroughly throughout the year.
Other: The annual event of our college is called Plasma. We have a 4-day festival, and before that, an academic festival is also conducted, during which renowned doctors come to the college and conduct a seminar. During the festival, we have various bands and celebrity artists. There are various scholarships that the students can avail of, for example, the Swami Vivekananda scholarship and the Aikyashree scholarship. Students also get the benefit of private scholarships like FFE and ONGC.
