Good infrastructure and faculty members. I really enjoyed the campus life.

Placements: College provides the best placements for a good student. If you have the skills in you, then you can succeed. About 200 students were placed in our batch. Companies like TCS, MRF, Kalki, Suntech, Cognizent, etc. visited the campus for recruitment. The average package was around rupees 25000 per month. The senior batch also had good placements. Students were offered the role of an assistant engineer.

From the heart, an NSSian

Placements: The college has more than 30% of campus selections each year. The placement training and information bureau is doing an excellent job by conducting placement training sessions periodically. PTIB gives information about all the job opportunities to each student according to their respective subjects.

This is one of the best colleges. It has a good environment to study and is having one of the best experienced (20-25 years) faculty in Kerala. The demerit I found was the lack of a lab facility for complex experiments. But German made machines are available here. The students get the maximum support from the administration to get stipends and scholarships. The hostel facilities are not bad.

NSS a government college in Kerala, and rated one among the best. It has varied specialisations with around 120 seats for mechanical engineering. Govt. fees of about 4000-5000/yr. and hostel fees as low as 600/month speaks lot about the ROI. A large mechanical lab housing all the equipment’s from diesel engine, Car engine, a large model of turbogenertor etc. all what is required for an engineering student. Large campus with recreational facilities. Computer lab is well maintained and have about ...

Well reputed college with highly qualified faculty members. But the process they follow in the internal evaluation is worst. The campus is worth appreciable and all sports and arts facilities are available. Also the hostel facility according to the student perspective is pretty good though lots of political activities impact the living. Placement record is not good here. Overall if you consider a government college I would give it an average rating.

Nss engineering college review.

Placements: For getting admission, one has to write a KEAM exam and score a rank below 15000. For B.Tech in CS, he has to get a rank below 4000. Admission procedures are mainly online but we have to go to college for taking a permanent admission. In my course above 80% of students have gotten campus placement in the final years. There are many companies visiting our college and no of an offer made is more than 200 in our course. I also plan to get a placement after completing my course.

NSS, perfect destination if you want to gain some real knowledge and good campus life.

Placements: Placement cell is trying their best, but due to constraints in funds, not many companies other than IT companies come for placements. The infrastructure for the placement process is quite good. Percentage of students getting placed from college is very less. GPAs is also a reason for that. The average salary package of the placed students is around 3.5 to 4 LPA.
