If you love pet animals then can join this college.
Placements: My college had 90 members, of which 400 were VCI students. There were not many placements because the government could not realize the positions. It is much better to go to a private college for veterinary surgeon training.
Infrastructure: The food was good and the infrastructure was good. It was located opposite the airport, so we could clearly see the airplanes landing. My hostel had free Wi-Fi, and the canteen and sports facilities were good. After class, we could go to the grounds and play different games.
Faculty: The course has a lot of subjects and a lot of syllabus, so we have to put in a lot of effort to study for the exams. The teaching is very good, and the teachers are very helpful because they have good teaching skills. They also teach other things besides the course material.
Other: I chose this course because I love pet animals. One of the best things about this college is that it doesn't have a lot of seats, so we have to come for the EAPCET exam. My college could improve its sports facilities, such as an indoor stadium. Also, the auditorium is not very good, so events and festivals are not very good.

Good facilities but no placements.
Placements: NTR College of Veterinary Science is a government institution; hence, on-campus placement or job opportunities are little to none. Though this is a demanding course, government jobs are very limited. But you can still try in sectors like dairy corporations or open any private clinic.
Infrastructure: The bachelor course is 5 and half years long with highly qualified faculty. You will have regular labs with well-equipped instruments in all labs. The classrooms are designed for a strength of 90 members. We have other activities like sports and games, NCC and horseback riding for both boys and girls.
Faculty: The professors are highly qualified and very strict regarding the course. We don't have a semester system at present; we will have 3 internals and one external exam. All the exams are done strictly. It's a difficult course but you can easily pass all the exams if you are attentive in classes and labs.
Other: If you love animals and want to learn about them, treat them. You will love this, but sadly, the majority of the students are hers because they could not get into medical college. You will have a lot of senior interaction, which will help you expand your connections. This college is located on the outskirts of Vijayawada City, opposite the airport, hence easy transportation.

It provides very good professors and the best in teaching and other facilities.
Placements: No particular placements are conducted separately on campus. Most of the students opt for post-graduation and also choose to go abroad for higher studies. The students after completion of education move into the animal husbandry department whenever government releases notification for the recruitment of veterinary assistant surgeons.
Infrastructure: The college is well-equipped with a central library and also every department has its laboratory and equipment. Wi-Fi is present in the hostel and campus. The ground is present for sports and other activities which also contain a pavilion and indoor stadium. 3A, R&V, regt, NCC is present on the campus where horses are being trained under the supervision of both army men and also professors and junior doctors.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful with a minimum qualification of MVSC and Ph.D. They are very helpful and generous towards students. They help students with their curriculum and also help in practical classes and laboratory parts. The course is followed as per regulations of MVSC 2016 act by the veterinary council of India. Semesters are very difficult but our professors make courses easy by their teaching.
Other: The best thing about our course is treating animals as they can't express their pain. Fests and sports activities are conducted regularly on every occasion like college day. Hostel day, annual day, etc., are held.

It is a good college with good faculty members and an environment.
Placements: I am from the 2016 batch, and I will complete my course by January 2022. Currently, I am doing an internship. The college deals with life sciences, and there are no placements. Mostly, students prefer to opt for higher education like PG and other courses. Some students may prefer to do private-sector jobs related to animal husbandry and companions animals. Some of the students may start their entrepreneurial life by starting their own clinics, dairy farm, etc. Most of the students move into the animal husbandry department of the government of Andhra Pradesh which recruits students in regular intervals. The average salary offered ranges from 3.5-5 LPA for a fresher. There will be a compulsory internship program for all the students to receive their degrees.
Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure. It has a central library which contains books of various authors of all subjects. It has an e-library, which consists of books, e-volumes, and journals related to various research works and the course. Classrooms are well-equipped here.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified. Most of them are PhD holders in their respective departments. The course curriculum is relevant to the jobs we get in the industry. It provides hands-on experience during our college and also during the internship. Exams are of yearly pattern, and it changes periodically by the Veterinary Council of India. The course curriculum was mainly based on practical learnings.
Other: Anyone choosing this course must have compassion towards animals and should be ready to serve them as there will be more outdoor activities. College life is good. It regularly conducts sports, events, extracurricular activities, etc.

Review of NTR College of Veterinary Science.
Placements: This is a unique course in veterinary. In our batch, the total number of students available is 84. NTR College of Veterinary Science is a top college to complete UG in veterinary sciences. After completing the course, there are many opportunities for government jobs as well as private jobs. Overall, it is a good college to pursue BVSC.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Classrooms and labs have very well infrastructure. Here Wi-Fi is available on the entire campus area. Here there is a separate library for students. Hostels are also very good. Here many indoor and outdoor playgrounds are available for all sports and games. A separate gym is also available for the physical fitness of students.
Faculty: All faculty members here are highly educated and experienced. The teaching method of faculty members is very good and easy to understand for students. But it seems some language problems for students who are from North region. The semester exams are a little bit difficult for students. Our college is very strict about exams.
