Depressed about joining this college.

Placements: I belong to the 2025 batch; in my senior batch in 2024, only 5 students were placed, out of which 3 were placed off campus; their package was 5 LPA. In my total college, around 5–10 students were placed in each department. The companies that recruited them were TCS, Cognizant, and some startups such as Kaar Teach and Hexaware. No internships were provided to anyone, and the roles offered were data analyst, UI/UX designer, and full-stack developer.

One of the worst colleges in india.

Placements: In our college, only half of the students are able to secure placements within the campus itself. Approximately 25 percent of the students manage to find placements through campus recruitment, while the rest have to explore off-campus opportunities. Unfortunately, those who are not selected for the first round often have a history of arrears and lack the necessary skills. Moreover, the students who do get placed through campus recruitment only receive a salary of 2 or 3 LPA, making this college ...

The worst college in Chennai.

Placements: In my course, only 30 percent of the students have been placed; the highest package is 3.8 LPA and the lowest is 1.5 LPA. Kaar Technologies, Bluestar, and TCS visit the college and only take 10 people max from a department; the roles include application development associate, software development engineer, and junior data analyst. Companies only recruit students with excellent knowledge of coding and no history of arrears.

It is an average college in the city.

Placements: I belong to the 2016-2020 batch of the electronics and communication department. Placements are average. The average salary package offered would be 2-3 LPA. The highest salary package offered by Zoho was 6 LPA. We had a job fair where many production-related companies visited to hire students for menial jobs. They offered a low salary package. Core companies haven't visited our college, and around 45-50% of the students got placed on the campus. Top roles offered are software development engine...

If you want to have fun, then this college is not for you.

Placements: Placements are not good in this college. Students who don't have arrears will get selected for placements, and only a few students got good jobs in good companies. Most of them were selected as operators under NEEM scheme. Students who had been placed were not invited by companies to work. Even some students left the job because the salary offered is very less, i.e., Rs. 12,000 per month for the work.

Review of Panimalar Institute of Technology.

Placements: Our college is good, but you need to have good CGPA to get placed. Mostly IT sectors companies only visit our college for placements. Mechanical students don't get easily placed in this college.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, good placement in 2016 and really good infrastructure

Placements: 50% of students placed in our college. The highest salary is 1 Lacs and the lowest salary is 20thousand. TCS is the top recruiter. Research associate is the top role. The highest package is 4lakh per annum. And the lowest package is 2 Lacs per annum. I don't know about that the internship.

Students who want to score good marks with no practical exposure can choose this college.

Placements: Only 20 students got placed in Infosys. None other top companies came to our campus. Many BPO companies recruited a plethora of students. But students weren't satisfied.
