Review of Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering.

Placements: Placements are decent as this college does not teach the required skills, and does not even give proper time for learning new skills. Therefore, the student's responsibility to keep on learning new skills and not to be dependent on college placements cell.

The placements are good, but the fee is high.

Placements: Every student gets the opportunity to get placed in a good company. 85-90% of students sit for placement activities, and almost 95% of them get placed. 3.7 LPA, 4.5 LPA, and 21 LPA are the lowest, average, and highest packages, respectively. Internships were mostly based on IT work, and almost every single one of us have done internships either provided by the college or applied by own.

I am satisfied a bit because of good infrastructure and convenience.

Placements: Around 8-9 students got placed from college with the highest salary package offered of 3 LPA. Sai industry, BNY Mellon and Syntel were the top recruiting companies of our college. The marketing manager was the top role offered. Only 4-5% of students got internships in Sai Industry. Many manufacturing companies also gave internship opportunities for students.

The college provides good placements, but teaching is normal. Facilities provided are bad.

Placements: There is over 90% of placements in the first semester itself, and the highest salary package offered is around 11 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 4 LPA -5 LPA. All the students are said to have an internship for 6 weeks, and the college gives attendance to leave. Top recruiters of our college are TCS and KPIT. During placements, there are multiple-aptitude tests before the interview.

Absolutely qualified faculty and placement is awesome.

Placements: Placements in our college are good this year. Many students got placed in core companies and IT companies. Almost 70% od the students got the salary package ranging between 3.8 LPA to 6.8 LPA. Very few people get internships from ENTC branch due to various factors, including college attendance.

The syllabus followed in college is good but teachers make it bad.

Placements: There are no mass recruiters visiting the college for placements. Many companies visit, and on an average, each company selects 8 students for a job. The average salary package offered was about 4 LPA. The college also has a training and placement department for the development of students and to give them knowledge on how the placement process works.

Think twice before getting into this college.

Placements: The placement scenario is not that good. The placements here mainly focus on IT and computer branches. The placement for EnTC is also quite good. The average salary offered is 3.5 - 4 Lacs per annum. The company that visit campus are IT based and are local. The internships are taken by students themselves without or some college help. Overall the college is just average as far as placements are concerned.

Disappointed by the faculty as they don't provide quality education. The college timings are long.

Placements: Out of 60 students, 42 are almost placed in every batch. A good number of our seniors have been placed. The highest salary offered was 7.5 LPA, and the lowest was 2-2.5 LPA. The companies like KPIT, Capgemini, Amazon, Wipro, L&T visited the campus. Software engineer, data analysis, etc., were the roles offered to the placed students. Around 30-40% of the students get an internship. There is a placement cell, and it is efficient and useful. There is a TNP officer in our college as well, named She...

If you want to join PCCOE then go through this review. It will help you a lot.

Placements: The placement scenario in PCCOE was great before 2 years. The highest package was offered by ZF which was of 32 lacs, which was really wonderful. This year, the training and placement cell is coming across many problems because of the recession period, but still, they are doing really well. Approximately 150+ companies visited PCCOE for recruitment.

Teaching in PCCOE is quite good. The professors are good and some professors have completed their PhD also. The college ensures 75% attendance from students. Also the laboratories for practicals are well equipped. The campus is great. The canteen is not that good because there is very less variety. One thing that teachers lack is the English speaking ability which should be improved. Overall the placements are good.

This is not a college, it is a school. If you talk to girls then they make sure that you don't pass next semester’s practical exams. This college discernment among students is on the basic of OMS and non-OMS. If you are not a Maharashtrian then you are going to face a lot of problems.

College is good as per academics, placement and infrastructure. Faculties are also good. The best thing about this college is it allows us to sit in campus placements even after pass out from college. All labs related to mechanical engineering. Syllabus is available in the college including workshop with lots of lathe machines. It also allows us to participate in many national level events. Some are like Baja, robotic events etc.
