There is no good campus recruitment team, and no student has taken to the software institutions.

It is one of the good colleges in terms of infrastructure.
Placements: This college was very good. There were few students so no companies visit our college for recruitment. Teachers guide us about internships. We can opt for software or hardware courses in this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was excellent in this college. Hostel facilities were good. Laboratories were available. It also provided a huge library with all the required materials. The food served in the canteen was good. It provided a big playground. The auditorium was also available for programs.
Faculty: Faculty members were well-educated and knowledgeable. They always help us to solve our doubts. They also provided theory and practical knowledge, so that we could gather good knowledge. They prepared us for the exam to attempt hard questions.
Other: In our college, fests, events, sports, games, competitions, etc., were conducted.

It is a good college, but it would be much better if the quality of staff is improved.
Placements: Around 20% of students got placed on campus. The highest package offered is 3.4 LPA, while the lowest is 1.8 LPA. Tech Mahindra is one of the best companies that come here for placements. The college provides good internships to the top students. Different roles are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: The college has decent Wi-Fi, decent labs, average classrooms and a good library. The quality of facilities is average. It should have been much better for the fees they charge. The quality of education is lacking. However, with keen interest, a student can succeed.
Faculty: A few teachers are helpful, and a few are not. The teaching quality is average. The curriculum is okay, but it does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams depend on the way students study and the way they plan their future. The curriculum is not meeting the industry expectations.

I am satisfied with good faculty, teaching, infrastructure and good campus to learn and enjoy.
Placements: Our college has above 95% of placements. The lowest package offered is 2 LPA, the average package offered is 5 LPA, and the highest package offered is 12 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Capgemini, Jaguar and Tata visit the college. Around 95% of the students got internships in Capgemini, Jaguar and Tata companies.
Infrastructure: The library and labs are good. Quality of food is excellent, and the hostels are good. The canteen is awesome to enjoy and eat food. Medical facilities are average. Sports and games are conducted at state and national levels. Excellent training is provided in the college.
Faculty: Faculty members always help students to understand the lectures easily. Teaching quality is good. They have good fluency in English. The college provides industrial training for students to gain practical knowledge and to know everything clearly.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in technology, software and hardware. Everything is good in our college, but job opportunities should be increased. Events and fests are awesome. Cultural activities and different shows are held for students to enjoy and show their talent. Scholarships provided are good.

Review of Pydah College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: There is a high placement rate in our college, i.e., about 50% of the students got placed from our branch. The highest salary package offered to our seniors was 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Infosys, Callest, Juspay, etc., visit our college for placements and offer all the roles. About 30% of the students got internships from our college.
Infrastructure: The location of our college is great and in a pollution-free, area and our college is equipped with laboratories and a library with high-speed Wi-Fi facility. Many canteens are also available, and there are grounds for all types of sports. But our college doesn't have a hostel for boys and girls.
Faculty: Faculty members here are very useful, helpful and friendly. They all are graduated from top institutions and have good knowledge. They make every student industry-ready through labs, workshops, etc. They guide every student in a proper way.
Other: I have chosen electronics and communication engineering (ECE). I wish that our college must use practical learning techniques from the beginning of the engineering course.

At first I was totally dissatisfied about the college, now looking back I realised it was great.
Placements: 1. 25 to 30% of students got placed including on and off-campus 2. Most of them attended off-campus because on-campus placements are rare as very few companies come for on campus. So the highest package would be 2.5lpa and the least being 2lpa. 3. Axis bank, VEE technologies are the recruiters and the package was 2.5 LPA. 4. Loan recovery agent for Axis Bank and customer support for VEE technologies are the major roles. 2.5 LPA stands as the maximum salary for all branches. 20% of the students have done internship from BSNL.
Infrastructure: 1. First of all, the campus is great. It is big and spacious and there is a sense of calmness all around the place. But there is no Wi-Fi, only one in five of the equipments work properly in labs. Library is better because we find all kinds of books related to our syllabus but there are only few copies of them. So it is given on first come first serve basis. There is a huge playground which is now covered with weeds. And we have a girls hostel which is good but the food isn't that great. We only have first aid emergencies but there is a hospital nearby for any serious emergencies. So that's a good thing.
Faculty: 1. Faculty is not that great. Most of them are freshers. They have a M.Tech qualification but they are upto their standard. They don't understand the concept themselves and get confused while teaching. So all in all teaching is not that good. 2. Yes the course curriculum is relevant and if studied with diligence, it makes the students industry ready.
Other: 1. I chose ECE because I have an option of continuing in our stream or can switch to software as our covers both of them and ECE is, in future, going to be the most popular course as AI is booming these days. 2. I think some subjects we study in our course are just irrelevant and I feel they can be replaced with some better ones related to the course. 3. Every Saturday we have cultural activities and we have fests once in every 3 months. This is the best time in college. Every one will participate and will have a lot of fun. As far as extra curricular activities are concerned, our college is one of the best.
